本发明公开了一种祛斑美肤口香糖,由以下原料制成:胶基、脱脂牛奶、乳酸菌、山梨糖醇、低聚乳果糖、食盐、中药、老丝瓜、酵母提取物、食醋、谷胱甘肽、曲酸。本发明提供的一种祛斑美肤口香糖,细腻有弹性,酸甜适中,奶香浓郁,满足消费者营养和保健需求,能够活血化瘀,抗菌消炎,抗过敏,从根本上保护皮肤,美容护肤,祛斑美白;加入丝瓜纤维,使口香糖不但能粘除牙齿上的杂物,还具有清扫牙齿的功能,彻底清洁牙齿,使口气清新,预防龋齿;口香糖富含乳酸菌和益生物质,咀嚼的同时,能够促进胃肠功能,清除肠道垃圾,减肥瘦身;中草药提取后经食醋处理,简单快速,消除中药可能存在的毒性,不含任何添加剂,保证食用安全。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及口香糖加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种祛斑美肤口香糖。
背景技术
目前,市场上口香糖的种类很多,口香糖越来越受到人们喜爱,但现在市面上的口香糖在咀嚼时只能去除口腔中极少部分残留物和短暂的清新口气,因在咀嚼时它无法对牙齿及舌头表面产生摩擦作用,相反,还会使残留物存在更牢固,无法从根本上保持口气清新。
而且市场上口香糖的种类虽然越来越多,但都是在口味上进行稍微的改变,多为各种水果味,目前市场上的口香糖比较缺乏功能性,还没有出现祛斑美肤的口香糖,以增加市场上口香糖的品种,满足不同消费者的口味、营养及保健需求。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种祛斑美肤口香糖。
一种祛斑美肤口香糖,由以下重量份的原料制成:胶基23~25、脱脂牛奶76~78、乳酸菌2~3、山梨糖醇7~9、低聚乳果糖7~9、食盐0.6~0.8、中药0.6~0.8、老丝瓜0.4~0.5、酵母提取物0.4~0.5、食醋0.3~0.4、谷胱甘肽0.06~0.08、曲酸0.05~0.07。
所述的乳酸菌,由以下重量比的原料组成:保加利亚乳杆菌:开菲尔:德式乳杆菌=7~8:5~6:4~5,且已经活化。
所述的中药,由以下重量比的原料组成:白蔹:千根草:辛夷:火殃勒:当归:杜茎山根:微毛柃:山乌桕根=13~14:11~12:11~12:9~10:9~10:9~10:7~8:7~8。
一种祛斑美肤口香糖的制备方法,其具体步骤包括:
(1)将胶基置于54~56℃烘箱中,加热至完全融化,得口香糖胶基;
(2)将山梨糖醇和低聚乳果糖加入脱脂牛奶中,混合均匀,置于121℃灭菌12~14分钟,取出,待温度降至40~45℃,加入乳酸菌,混合均匀,置于40~42℃恒温箱中,发酵7~8小时,得酸奶;
(3)将中药粉碎,过100~120目筛,得中药粉,加入中药粉重量2~3倍量的纯净水,84~86℃水浴,26~28KHz超声提取16~18分钟,过滤,向中药渣中加入中药粉重量2~3倍量的体积分数为62~64%的食用酒精溶液,62~64℃水浴,23~25KHz超声提取12~14分钟,过滤,得滤液,合并所有滤液,1000转/分钟离心10分钟,取上清,加入食醋,42~44℃恒温浸泡6~8小时,去除中药毒性,再置于53~55℃真空旋转蒸发至含水量为中药粉重量的46~48%,得中药提取物;
(4)将老丝瓜粉碎,过160~180目筛,口感细腻,无渣滓感,得老丝瓜纤维粉;
(5)将酸奶和中药提取物加入口香糖胶基,在54~56℃混合均匀,加入食盐、老丝瓜纤维粉和酵母提取物,68~70转/分钟搅拌20~30分钟,加入谷胱甘肽和曲酸,挤压成型,置于26~28℃、湿度为51~53%的环境下老化20~24小时,防止口香糖返潮变形,得祛斑美肤口香糖;
(6)包装,4℃冷藏,得成品。
中药:清热解毒,活血散瘀,抗菌消炎,清洁肠道垃圾,止痛消肿,美白祛斑。
本发明的优点是:本发明提供的一种祛斑美肤口香糖,细腻有弹性,酸甜适中,奶香浓郁,丰富市场上口香糖的品种,满足消费者营养和保健需求,能够活血化瘀,抗菌消炎,抗过敏,从根本上保护皮肤,美容护肤,祛斑美白;加入丝瓜纤维,使口香糖不但能粘除牙齿上的杂物,还具有清扫牙齿的功能,彻底清洁牙齿,使口气清新,预防龋齿,而且能够淡化色斑;口香糖富含乳酸菌和益生物质,咀嚼的同时,能够促进胃肠功能,清除肠道垃圾,减肥瘦身;中草药提取后经食醋处理,简单快速,消除中药可能存在的毒性,不含任何添加剂,保证食用安全。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
一种祛斑美肤口香糖,由以下重量份的原料制成:胶基23、脱脂牛奶76、乳酸菌2、山梨糖醇7、低聚乳果糖7、食盐0.6、中药0.6、老丝瓜0.4、酵母提取物0.4、食醋0.3、谷胱甘肽0.06、曲酸0.05。
所述的乳酸菌,由以下重量比的原料组成:保加利亚乳杆菌:开菲尔:德式乳杆菌=7:5:4,且已经活化。
所述的中药,由以下重量比的原料组成:白蔹:千根草:辛夷:火殃勒:当归:杜茎山根:微毛柃:山乌桕根=13:11:11:9:9:9:7:7。
一种祛斑美肤口香糖的制备方法,其具体步骤包括:
(1)将胶基置于54℃烘箱中,加热至完全融化,得口香糖胶基;
(2)将山梨糖醇和低聚乳果糖加入脱脂牛奶中,混合均匀,置于121℃灭菌12分钟,取出,待温度降至40℃,加入乳酸菌,混合均匀,置于40℃恒温箱中,发酵7小时,得酸奶;
(3)将中药粉碎,过120目筛,得中药粉,加入中药粉重量3倍量的纯净水,85℃水浴,26KHz超声提取18分钟,过滤,向中药渣中加入中药粉重量3倍量的体积分数为62%的食用酒精溶液,64℃水浴,23KHz超声提取14分钟,过滤,得滤液,合并所有滤液,1000转/分钟离心10分钟,取上清,加入食醋,44℃恒温浸泡8小时,去除中药毒性,再置于55℃真空旋转蒸发至含水量为中药粉重量的48%,得中药提取物;
(4)将老丝瓜粉碎,过160目筛,口感细腻,无渣滓感,得老丝瓜纤维粉;
(5)将酸奶和中药提取物加入口香糖胶基,在55℃混合均匀,加入食盐、老丝瓜纤维粉和酵母提取物,70转/分钟搅拌30分钟,加入谷胱甘肽和曲酸,挤压成型,置于26℃、湿度为51%的环境下老化24小时,防止口香糖返潮变形,得祛斑美肤口香糖;
(6)包装,4℃冷藏,得成品。
实施例2
一种祛斑美肤口香糖,由以下重量份的原料制成:胶基24、脱脂牛奶77、乳酸菌2.5、山梨糖醇8、低聚乳果糖8、食盐0.7、中药0.7、老丝瓜0.5、酵母提取物0.4、食醋0.4、谷胱甘肽0.07、曲酸0.06。
所述的乳酸菌,由以下重量比的原料组成:保加利亚乳杆菌:开菲尔:德式乳杆菌=8:6:5,且已经活化。

所述的中药,由以下重量比的原料组成:白蔹:千根草:辛夷:火殃勒:当归:杜茎山根:微毛柃:山乌桕根=14:12:12:10:10:10:8:8。

市售普通口香糖。
实施例和对比例口香糖清洁牙齿的效果:
随机选择40位受试者,随机分为实施例组和对照组,每天在上午11点进行测试,测试前1个小时内不允许进食除水之外的其他食物和饮料。先用一次性小勺盛装咀嚼口香糖前的唾液,用精密pH试纸(测试范围6.4~8.0)测试pH;然后发给口香糖,咀嚼10分钟后,采用相同方法再次测试唾液pH。实施例和对比例口香糖清洁牙齿的效果见表1。

表1的结果表明,本发明提供的祛斑美肤口香糖,经受试者咀嚼后唾液pH升高值明显大于对比例,有利于清除牙面的糖和酸,预防龋齿,说明本发明提供的祛斑美肤口香糖具有很好的清洁牙齿的效果。
实施例和对比例口香糖祛斑美肤的效果:
有效:面部的黄褐斑、雀斑和晒斑得到一定程度的淡化,甚至消失,皮肤状况得到改善;
无效:面部的黄褐斑、雀斑和晒斑没有淡化,甚至更加严重。
随机选择黄褐斑、雀斑和晒斑各200名,随机分为实施例组和对照组,每组每种患者各100名,所有患者每天咀嚼该组的口香糖3粒,每次咀嚼15分钟,受试期间不刻意使用祛斑产品,受试前后拍照进行对比。实施例和对比例口香糖祛斑美肤的效果见表2。

表2的结果表明,本发明提供的祛斑美肤口香糖,经受试者咀嚼后,实施例患者的黄褐斑、雀斑和晒斑得到一定程度的淡化,甚至消失,有效率明显较对比例高,说明本发明提供的祛斑美肤口香糖具有很好的祛斑美肤的效果。

1.一种祛斑美肤口香糖,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:胶基23~25、脱脂牛奶76~78、乳酸菌2~3、山梨糖醇7~9、低聚乳果糖7~9、食盐0.6~0.8、中药0.6~0.8、老丝瓜0.4~0.5、酵母提取物0.4~0.5、食醋0.3~0.4、谷胱甘肽0.06~0.08、曲酸0.05~0.07。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛斑美肤口香糖,其特征在于,所述的乳酸菌,由以下重量比的原料组成:保加利亚乳杆菌:开菲尔:德式乳杆菌=7~8:5~6:4~5,且已经活化。
3.根据权利要求1所述的祛斑美肤口香糖,其特征在于,所述的中药,由以下重量比的原料组成:白蔹:千根草:辛夷:火殃勒:当归:杜茎山根:微毛柃:山乌桕根=13~14:11~12:11~12:9~10:9~10:9~10:7~8:7~8。
4.根据权利要求1所述祛斑美肤口香糖的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将胶基置于54~56℃烘箱中,加热至完全融化,得口香糖胶基;
(2)将山梨糖醇和低聚乳果糖加入脱脂牛奶中,混合均匀,置于121℃灭菌12~14分钟,取出,待温度降至40~45℃,加入乳酸菌,混合均匀,置于40~42℃恒温箱中,发酵7~8小时,得酸奶;

(5)将酸奶和中药提取物加入口香糖胶基,在54~56℃混合均匀,加入食盐、老丝瓜纤维粉和酵母提取物,68~70转/分钟搅拌20~30分钟,加入谷胱甘肽和曲酸,挤压成型,置于26~28℃、湿度为51~53%的环境下老化20~24小时,得祛斑美肤口香糖;
(6)包装,4℃冷藏,得成品。
