口腔是人体的一个重要器官,为消化道的起端,保护口腔、爱护牙齿就是保护我们身体健康。口香糖是一种被世界公认清洁口腔的糖果,也是深受人们喜爱的休闲食品。口香糖的基质具有一定黏性,能除去牙齿表面的食物残渣,咀嚼运动,机械刺激又能增加唾液的分泌,冲洗口腔表面,起到清洁口腔的作用;咀嚼口香糖,促进了面部血液循环与肌肉的锻炼,对牙齿颌面的发育有积极作用;且咀嚼口香糖时,唾液分泌增多,从而促进了消化。因此,常食用口香糖,可起到洁齿、爽口、利咽、增强咀嚼肌、调节心理平衡的作用。胶基是口香糖的主要组分之一,其性能的好坏是决定口香糖质量优劣的关键,非食用性天然树胶或化学合成胶料胶基,不具有可降解性和较强粘附性,这给环境带来了较大的污染,且其中的矿物碳氢化合物有毒,长时间咀嚼,残余物质进入体内严重影响了人类的健康。另外,现有技术生产的很多口香糖含有白砂糖或甜味剂,让高血糖患者们望口香糖生畏。
蜂巢是蜜蜂栖息、繁衍、储食的重要场所,陈旧蜂巢含有蜂胶、蜂蜡、蜂蜜、蜂花粉等生物活性物质,营养丰富。蜂胶是由蜜蜂从植物芽孢或树干采集的树胶、蜜蜂上颚腺分泌物和蜂蜡混合而成的树脂状固体物质,含有三十多种人体必需的微量元素,二十种氨基酸,数十种芳香族化合物,大量的黄酮类物质,维生素、酶类、多糖等具有生物活性的天然成份,具有抗菌、抗炎、保护心血管、降血糖、抗氧化、抗肿瘤和免疫调节等功能。蜂蜡是工蜂为了构筑蜂巢和封闭蜂房由自身蜡腺和上颚腺分泌物的复杂有机混合物,具有良好的可塑性、黏稠性和延展性。在常温下为固体,加热到一定温度即可变为液体,再次冷却到一定温度又可变成半固体加工方便,蜂蜡具有解毒、生肌、止痛等功效,是作为口香糖胶基的好原材料。
桑叶含有多种功能性成分,例如糖类、脂肪、氨基酸、胆碱、有机酸、异懈皮甙、胡萝卜素、VB1、VB2、VC、叶酸和钙、磷、铁、锰等营养成分,具有降血糖、降血压、降低胆固醇、抗衰老、维持消化系统和排泄系统健康、预防肿瘤、增强免疫力、减肥、抗病毒和抑菌等功效,是功能性保健制品的理想原料。
木糖醇是一种具有医药生理功能的甜味物质,能被人体迅速吸收,既是健康人群日常糖的代用品,也是糖尿病患者的营养剂和辅助治疗剂,作为一种糖的替代品已经广泛的应用于食品中。它不仅具有与蔗糖相似的理化性质,还具有抑制细菌生长,破坏牙菌斑形成的作用,有效的预防龋齿。木糖醇抑制细菌生长的同时,可刺激口腔中保护性唾液的分泌和流动,减少酸对牙齿的酸蚀,还能使钙盐重新沉淀于牙齿珐琅质,使牙齿重新变硬,从而修复珐琅质的损失,对已产生的牙齿裂痕具有很好的修复功能,从而保护牙齿。
随着人们保健意识的增强,对安全、环保、健康保健食品的需求越来越大,陈旧蜂巢、桑叶、木糖醇等都是无毒的、天然的、营养丰富的绿色材料,具有很高的药用价值,且胶基易降解,对环境不产生污染,材料易得,生产成本低。因此利用陈旧蜂巢、桑叶、木糖醇等材料研究开发一种无毒、降血糖、健齿、可降解的灭菌健齿口香糖,将成为顺应市场需求的健康产品,具有广阔的发展前景。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种蜂巢灭菌健齿口香糖,具有降血糖、杀菌、健齿的功效,解决了现有的口香糖不能降解,污染环境的问题,也避免了误食后带来的危害。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种蜂巢灭菌健齿口香糖,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
陈旧蜂巢冻干粉10-60份、桑叶粉2-30份、β-环状糊精1-10份、木糖醇20-40份、淀粉5-10份、纯甘油4-8份、奶油4-10份、维生素B 4-6份、维生素C 4-6份、纯净水10-25份、调味剂1-3份。
所述陈旧蜂巢冻干粉的制备方法为:将陈旧蜂巢洗净晒干,撕碎后放入冷冻干燥机中干燥,干燥完成后经粉碎机粉碎,过60目筛,即得陈旧蜂巢冻干粉。
所述桑叶粉的制备方法为:选择阴凉通风处,将采摘回来的鲜桑叶洗净,并摊放在篾垫或竹匾上进行适度轻萎凋,待摊青叶湿度为桑叶含水率65-75%、手感软和、颜色青绿时摊放于热风干燥箱中,摊叶厚度3-5cm,50℃烘5h,待桑叶干脆时取出揉碎,放入粉碎机中粉碎,过60目筛,即得桑叶粉。
所述调味剂为柠檬酸。柠檬酸具有良好的防腐性能,抑制细菌的增值,能较好的保护牙齿,有效改善了口香糖的风味。
上述蜂巢灭菌健齿口香糖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料制作:取一半的50-70℃纯净水倒入一容器中,加入淀粉、桑叶粉充分搅拌至均匀;再取另一半的50-70℃纯净水倒入另一容器中,加入木糖醇、纯甘油、奶油、维生素B、维生素C、调味剂;然后将两容器的物质混合,搅拌均匀备用;
(2)胶基配置:在搅拌器里加入陈旧蜂巢粉、β-环状糊精,低速搅拌3-6min,再缓缓加入步骤(1)制作的配料,高速搅拌20-40min,成团后取出;
(3)成品的形成与包装:取配置好的胶基放入特定的模具中,压制成宽1-2cm、长4-5cm的长方形片状,直接包装或表面涂糖衣,防潮、遮光、隔热条件下贮藏。
陈旧蜂巢具有一些独特的物理和药理特性,如:①蜂蜡具有良好的可塑性、黏稠性和延展性,在常温下为固体,加热到一定温度即可变为液体,再冷却到一定温度又可变成半固体;②蜂胶具有灭菌、抗炎、保护心血管、降血糖、抗氧化、抗肿瘤和免疫力调节等功能,能很好保护牙齿、清洁口腔,可用来制做口香糖的基料。这些独特性质可维持人类健康,避免了误食口香糖的危害,优越于化工合成材料,加之出于对环境的保护,可再生资源和生物可降解材料越来越适应市场的需求,使之有着广阔应用前景。

本发明涉及桑叶粉制备,选择阴凉通风处,将采摘回来的鲜桑叶洗净摊放在篾垫或竹匾上,让其进行适度的轻萎凋,可使桑叶内的水分部分散发,减少脱镁叶绿酸的形成,有利于鲜叶中活性成分的裂解。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明研制的灭菌健齿口香糖不仅具有清洁口腔、预防龋齿、保健身体和降血糖的功能,而且具有无毒、安全、可食、可降解、绿色环保和原料易得等特点。本发明制备工艺简单可行,易于进行产业化、规模化和标准化生产,同时有效避免了化学合成有机物质残留造成对身体的危害。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)配料制作:取15份的50-70℃纯净水倒入一容器中,加入5份淀粉、15份桑叶粉充分搅拌至均匀;再取10份的50-70℃纯净水倒入另一容器中,加入20份木糖醇、4份纯甘油、4份奶油、4份维生素B、4份维生素C、1份调味剂;然后将两容器的物质混合,搅拌均匀备用;
(2)胶基配置:在搅拌器里加入10份陈旧蜂巢粉、5份β-环状糊精,低速搅拌6min,再缓缓加入步骤(1)制作的配料,高速搅拌20min,成团后取出;
(3)成品的形成与包装:取配置好的胶基放入特定的模具中,压制成宽2cm、长4cm的长方形片状,直接包装或表面涂糖衣,防潮、遮光、隔热条件下贮藏。
实施例2
(1)配料制作:取10份的50-70℃纯净水倒入一容器中,加入8份淀粉、10份桑叶粉充分搅拌至均匀;再取13份的50-70℃纯净水倒入另一容器中,加入25份木糖醇、5份纯甘油、8份奶油、4份维生素B、4份维生素C、1份调味剂;然后将两容器的物质混合,搅拌均匀备用;
(2)胶基配置:在搅拌器里加入10份陈旧蜂巢粉、2份β-环状糊精,低速搅拌6min,再缓缓加入步骤(1)制作的配料,高速搅拌20min,成团后取出;
(3)成品的形成与包装:取配置好的胶基放入特定的模具中,压制成宽2cm、长4cm的长方形片状,直接包装或表面涂糖衣,防潮、遮光、隔热条件下贮藏。
对照例1
以实施例2为对照,设置不添加木糖醇的对照例1,其余操作与实施例2完全相同。
对照例2
以实施例2为对照,设置不添加桑叶粉的对照例2,其余操作与实施例2完全相同。
对照例3
以实施例2为对照,设置不添加陈旧蜂巢粉的对照例3,其余操作与实施例2完全相同。
分别利用实施例1-2、对照例1-3制备口香糖,并对所制口香糖进行口感检测和牙面菌斑抑制效果检测,结果如表1所示。
采用双盲法将30名受试者随机分为5组,每组6名受试者,分别咀嚼实施例1-2、对照例1-3制备的口香糖。每组的所有受试者均参加2次菌斑检查,2次检查间隔4周。试验期间5组受试者在专人指导下每人每日咀嚼口香糖10粒,分5次咀嚼,每次10min。试验过程中,所有受试者均使用统一发放的无氟牙膏,不得使用其他任何口腔卫生用品,如其他牙膏、漱口液、牙线等,但对饮食不作限制。对受试者基线和咀嚼口香糖4周后的菌斑进行检测。检测牙位为在检测中采用一次性平面口镜,并在电筒辅助照射下进行。菌斑检测方法:先将RED-/>菌斑显示液按一定比例配制成漱口水,受试者将其在口腔中含漱30s后吐出,然后检查者根据改良Quigley-Hein菌斑指数记录法对各组菌斑进行评价。评价标准:0为无菌斑;1为龈缘区有薄层菌斑;2为龈缘区有明显的菌斑,菌斑带小于1mm;3为龈缘区菌斑带大于等于1mm,但不超过牙面的1/3;4为菌斑达牙面1/3~2/3;5为菌斑达牙面2/3。计算每一受试者的菌斑指数均值。检查牙齿的指数总和除以所检查的牙数即得该被检查对象的菌斑指数。每个人的记分=受检牙记分的总和÷受检牙数

由表1可知,本发明实施例1和2所制口香糖的口感良好,口气清新,无异味,并且对牙面菌斑的抑制效果显著;其中木糖醇、桑叶粉、陈旧蜂巢粉的添加能够明显改善所制口香糖的口感和对牙面菌斑的抑制效果,由此说明本发明口香糖配方中的木糖醇、桑叶粉、陈旧蜂巢粉具有协同增效作用。

1.一种蜂巢灭菌健齿口香糖,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:陈旧蜂巢冻干粉10-60份、桑叶粉2-30份、β-环状糊精1-10份、木糖醇20-40份、淀粉5-10份、纯甘油4-8份、奶油4-10份、维生素B 4-6份、维生素C 4-6份、纯净水10-25份、调味剂1-3份;所述陈旧蜂巢冻干粉的制备方法为:将陈旧蜂巢洗净晒干,撕碎后放入冷冻干燥机中干燥,干燥完成后经粉碎机粉碎,过60目筛,即得陈旧蜂巢冻干粉:
