Abstract
蓄电池用的密封胶材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:胶体基料40~60份、溶剂15~25份、三羟甲基冰烷三缩水甘油醚3~8份、气相二氧化钛2~6份、羟乙基纤维素1~3份、0.5%浓度的植酸水溶液1~3份、甲苯缩水甘油醚1~4份、填料10~18份及其他助剂8~15份。本发明提供的蓄电池用的密封胶材料经合理的原料配比及大量的实验证实,具有良好的附着力及较低的接触电阻,可有效降低胶粘剂的用量,提高电池制造的环保性;本发明的导电涂层不含有毒性高的甲苯和二甲苯,同时密封效果较好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电池用加工材料技术领域,具体涉及蓄电池用的密封胶材料。
背景技术
电池的整体密封性是阀控密封铅酸蓄电池的关键指标之一,在现有阀控密封铅酸蓄电池生产中,采用电池密封胶来保证电池密封仍有较高的比例。电池密封胶在电池生产中主要应用于电池壳体密封及端子密封,其主要作用是确保电池壳体上盖板与壳体以及电池端子与上盖板处结合紧密,保证电池密封性。尽管蓄电池端子露出的电解液非常少,在初期不影响电池容量,但对于用户来说蓄电池端子漏液影响电池外观,并且腐蚀电池架、电池连接线、铜排和用户各种电源设备。但现有的密封材料存在以下不足:采用甲苯或二甲苯为溶剂,二甲苯或甲苯均有毒性,不符合环保要求;在高温和压力的长期作用下,会因密封胶流动而造成漏液。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种粘接强度高、耐酸性好、密封性好的蓄电池密封胶材料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:蓄电池用的密封胶材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:胶体基料30~40份、溶剂15~25份、三羟甲基冰烷三缩水甘油醚3~8份、气相二氧化钛2~6份、羟乙基纤维素1~3份、0.5%浓度的植酸水溶液1~3份、甲苯缩水甘油醚1~4份、填料10~18份及其他助剂8~15份。
进一步地,所述胶体基料为虫胶和聚氨酯胶粘剂,其质量份比为1:2~4。
进一步地,所述溶剂为乙醇和碳酸二甲酯,其质量份比为1~3:1。
进一步地,所述填料为石灰石粉、纳米羟基磷灰石粉、纳米级硅藻土的混合物。
进一步地,所述其他助剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、交联剂、防老剂和阻燃剂。
上述的蓄电池用的密封胶材料,按照上述的质量份数备取原料后,经物理方法混合、过滤及后续处理得到本发明的环保型密封涂层材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果为:
本发明提供的蓄电池用的密封胶材料经合理的原料配比及大量的实验证实,具有良好的附着力及较低的接触电阻,采用环保性原料,提高电池制造的环保性;本发明的导电涂层不含有毒性高的甲苯和二甲苯,同时粘接强度高、耐酸性好、密封性好。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:蓄电池用的密封胶材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:胶体基料50份、溶剂20份、三羟甲基冰烷三缩水甘油醚5份、气相二氧化钛4份、羟乙基纤维素2份、0.5%浓度的植酸水溶液2份、甲苯缩水甘油醚2份、填料15份及其他助剂12份。
进一步地,所述胶体基料为虫胶和聚氨酯胶粘剂,其质量份比为1:3;所述溶剂为乙醇和碳酸二甲酯,其质量份比为2:1;所述填料为石灰石粉、纳米羟基磷灰石粉、纳米级硅藻土的混合物;所述其他助剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、交联剂、防老剂和阻燃剂。
实施例2:蓄电池用的密封胶材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:胶体基料40份、溶剂15份、三羟甲基冰烷三缩水甘油醚3份、气相二氧化钛2份、羟乙基纤维素1份、0.5%浓度的植酸水溶液1份、甲苯缩水甘油醚1份、填料10份及其他助剂8份。
进一步地,所述胶体基料为虫胶和聚氨酯胶粘剂,其质量份比为1: 4;所述溶剂为乙醇和碳酸二甲酯,其质量份比为1:1;所述填料为石灰石粉、纳米羟基磷灰石粉、纳米级硅藻土的混合物;所述其他助剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、交联剂、防老剂和阻燃剂。
实施例3:蓄电池用的密封胶材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:胶体基料60份、溶剂25份、三羟甲基冰烷三缩水甘油醚8份、气相二氧化钛6份、羟乙基纤维素3份、0.5%浓度的植酸水溶液3份、甲苯缩水甘油醚4份、填料18份及其他助剂15份。
进一步地,所述胶体基料为虫胶和聚氨酯胶粘剂,其质量份比为1:2;所述溶剂为乙醇和碳酸二甲酯,其质量份比为3:1;所述填料为石灰石粉、纳米羟基磷灰石粉、纳米级硅藻土的混合物;所述其他助剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、交联剂、防老剂和阻燃剂。
上述实施例1~3所述的蓄电池用的密封胶材料,按照上述的质量份数备取原料后,经物理方法混合、过滤及后续处理得到本发明的环保型密封涂层材料。

1. 蓄电池用的密封胶材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:胶体基料40~60份、溶剂15~25份、三羟甲基冰烷三缩水甘油醚3~8份、气相二氧化钛2~6份、羟乙基纤维素1~3份、0.5%浓度的植酸水溶液1~3份、甲苯缩水甘油醚1~4份、填料10~18份及其他助剂8~15份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池用的密封胶材料,其特征在于:所述胶体基料为虫胶和聚氨酯胶粘剂,其质量份比为1:2~4。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池用的密封胶材料,其特征在于:所述溶剂为乙醇和碳酸二甲酯,其质量份比为1~3:1。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池用的密封胶材料,其特征在于:所述填料为石灰石粉、纳米羟基磷灰石粉、纳米级硅藻土的混合物。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池用的密封胶材料,其特征在于:所述其他助剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、交联剂、防老剂和阻燃剂。
