一种日间行车灯LED模组,所述的软基板(4)上固定有接插件Ⅰ(41),电源板(3)上设有接插件Ⅱ(31),电源板(3)与软基板(4)通过接插件Ⅰ(41)与接插件Ⅱ(31)相互连接,软基板(4)安装在支架(2)的正面,电源板(3)安装在支架(2)的反面;所述的支架(2)呈阶梯状,其每一个台阶上均设有两个限位柱(5),软基板(4)通过限位柱(5)固定在支架(2)上,每个台阶上的限位柱(5)连接后得一条直线,软基板(4)上固定的每颗LED颗粒(1)安装在每个对应台阶的直线中点上,支架(2)背面边缘上设翻边(6),并在中间设有加增筋(7)。本发明,安装方便快捷,LED散热快,产品质量可靠。

一种日间行车灯 LED 模组
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车灯具行业,特别是汽车日间行车灯用LED模组结构。
背景技术
为提高行车安全性,欧盟规定自2011年起,欧盟境内所有新车必须安装日间行车灯,日间行车灯可使汽车看起来更酷,但最大的作用在于提供的车辆被辨别性。日间行车灯的使用提高道路安全性、减少交通事故起到了积极有效的作用。目前市场上的LED日间行车灯在长时间点亮后会出现光衰的现象,主要是灯具中LED散热结构做的不好;另外随着汽车流线性的设计风格,导致车厂给灯具设计厂家的CAS面斜度越来越大,使得需要使用LED颗粒的灯具,其LED颗粒安装无法一块平面。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种日间行车灯LED模组,通过支架将软基板固定安装,软基板上的LED颗粒提供光源,并通过铝板进行LED颗粒的散热,支架通过其上安装孔与定位孔固定安装在其它零件上,安装方便快捷。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种日间行车灯LED模组,由两颗及两颗以上的LED颗粒、支架、电源板与软基板组成,所述的LED颗粒固定在软基板上,其特征在于:所述的软基板上固定有接插件Ⅰ,电源板上设有接插件Ⅱ,电源板与软基板通过接插件Ⅰ与接插件Ⅱ相互连接,软基板安装在支架的正面,电源板安装在支架的反面;所述的支架呈阶梯状,其每一个台阶上均设有两个限位柱,软基板通过限位柱固定在支架上,每个台阶上的限位柱连接后得一条直线,软基板上的每颗LED颗粒安装在每个对应台阶的直线中点上,支架背面边缘上设翻边,并在中间设有加增筋,加增筋与翻边上连接有安装柱。
所述的支架还设有用于与其它零件限位连接的安装孔与限位孔。
所述的安装柱上设有与电源板配合的定位孔。
所述的软基板在每颗LED颗粒与支架接触外固定有一铝板。
所述的LED颗粒为大功率LED颗粒。
本发明,结构简单,成模组安装方便快捷,可以满足灯具曲面大的要求,LED散热快,产品质量可靠同时提高了产品的竞争力。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2、图3、图4知,一种日间行车灯LED模组,由两颗及两颗以上的LED颗粒1、支架2、电源板3与软基板4组成,所述的LED颗粒1固定在软基板4上,所述的软基板4上固定有接插件Ⅰ41,电源板3上设有接插件Ⅱ31,电源板3与软基板4通过接插件Ⅰ41与接插件Ⅱ31相互连接,软基板4安装在支架2的正面,电源板3安装在支架2的反面;所述的支架2呈阶梯状,其每一个台阶上均设有两个限位柱5,软基板4通过限位柱5固定在支架2上,每个台阶上的限位柱5连接后得一条直线,软基板4上固定的每颗LED颗粒1安装在每个对应台阶的直线中点上,支架2背面边缘上设翻边6,并在中间设有加增筋7,加增筋7与翻边6上连接有安装柱8。所述的支架2还设有用于与其它零件限位连接的安装孔9与定位孔10;所述的支架2在安装柱8处设有与电源板3配合的定位柱11,电源板3通过定位柱11进行定位防止打螺钉固定过程中将电源板3带动旋转,影响安装速度。所述的软基板4在每颗LED颗粒1与支架2接触外固定有一铝板12;所述的LED颗粒1为大功率LED颗粒。通过支架2将软基板4固定安装,软基板4上的LED颗粒1提供光源,并通过铝板12进行LED颗粒1的散热,防止在使用过程中LED颗粒高温后光衰;支架2通过其上安装孔9与定位孔10固定安装在其它零件上,安装方便快捷。结构简单,成模组安装方便快捷,可以满足灯具曲面大的要求,LED散热快,产品质量可靠同时提高了产品的竞争力。

Claims (5)

1.一种日间行车灯LED模组,由两颗及两颗以上的LED颗粒(1)、支架(2)、电源板(3)与软基板(4)组成,所述的LED颗粒(1)固定在软基板(4)上,其特征在于:所述的软基板(4)上固定有接插件Ⅰ(41),电源板(3)上设有接插件Ⅱ(31),电源板(3)与软基板(4)通过接插件Ⅰ(41)与接插件Ⅱ(31)相互连接,软基板(4)安装在支架(2)的正面,电源板(3)安装在支架(2)的反面;所述的支架(2)呈阶梯状,其每一个台阶上均设有两个限位柱(5),软基板(4)通过限位柱(5)固定在支架(2)上,每个台阶上的限位柱(5)连接后得一条直线,软基板(4)上固定的每颗LED颗粒(1)安装在每个对应台阶的直线中点上,支架(2)背面边缘上设翻边(6),并在中间设有加增筋(7),加增筋(7)与翻边(6)上连接有安装柱(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种日间行车灯LED模组,其特征在于:所述的支架(2)还设有用于与其它零件限位连接的安装孔(9)与限位孔(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种日间行车灯LED模组,其特征在于:所述的支架(2)在安装柱(8)处设有与电源板(3)配合的定位柱(11)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种日间行车灯LED模组,其特征在于:所述的软基板(4)在每颗LED颗粒(1)与支架(2)接触外固定有一铝板(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种日间行车灯LED模组,其特征在于:所述的LED颗粒(1)为大功率LED颗粒。
