Abstract
本发明公开一种工业用布的生产工艺,包括下述步骤:按所生产的坯布的幅宽及网孔分布,备好所需经向、纬向用纱总根数,将原纱通过一次排梳整经,整好经轴;将得到的经纱与纬纱混合,合并后片纱浸入浸渍液,再将湿浆纱分绞进入热烘干区,热风烘干纱线表面成膜后,进入锡林烘干至含水率2.5‑3%,并轴织成坯布;坯布进入脱浆机进行第一次热清洗,脱浆机将坯布上的含水率降至1‑1.5%;将第一次热清洗后的坯布放入闷炉进行第二次热清洗至含水率降至0.6‑0.8%;将第二次热清洗后的坯布通过表面处理机,涂覆硅烷偶联剂,经烘干、切边,按等级包装入库。本发明具有耐高温的优异性能,具有良好的烧蚀性能,电工产品的绝缘等级得以提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于工业用布技术领域,涉及一种工业用布,具体是一种工业用布的生产工艺。
背景技术
工业用布种类繁多,根据材料和用途的不同大致分为丙纶滤布、除尘滤袋、单丝滤布、无纺滤布等,工业用布需要耐酸碱、耐磨、导电性良好等特点,近年来,高性能的新型合成材料的出现,使得工业用帆布材料的发展速度加快,但如何进一步提高工业用布的性能,却一直是个困难的课题。传统浸胶体系中采用RFL浸胶液,即间苯二酚—甲醛—胶乳浸渍体系,再加入异氰酸酯为交联剂。由于聚酯的内聚能密度不像RF树脂,RFL浸胶液与聚酯相之间的分子接触性差。而且间苯二酚在高温环境下易挥发,不仅降低了浸渍液的浓度,对车间工人危害较大。因此必须改进现有浸胶体系,提高工业用布的性能,减少有毒物质的释放。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工业用布的生产工艺。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种工业用布的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括下述步骤:
(1)按所生产的坯布的幅宽及网孔分布,备好所需经向、纬向用纱总根数,将原纱通过一次排梳整经,整好经轴;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的经纱与纬纱混合,合并后片纱浸入浸渍液,再将湿浆纱分绞进入热烘干区,热风烘干纱线表面成膜后,进入锡林烘干,锡林烘干至含水率2.5-3%,并轴织成坯布;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的坯布进入脱浆机,进行第一次热清洗,脱浆机将坯布上的含水率降至1-1.5%;
(4)将第一次热清洗后的坯布放入闷炉进行第二次热清洗,使含水率降至0.6-0.8%;
(5)将第二次热清洗后的坯布通过表面处理机,涂覆硅烷偶联剂,经烘干、切边,按等级包装入库。
步骤(3)所述的第一次热清洗温度为150-250℃,步骤(4)所述第二次热清洗炉温为440-460℃,闷烧时间为24-48h。
所述硅烷偶联剂浓度为4.5-6.5%。
所述浸渍液由天然乳胶20-25份、聚乙烯醇6-8份、渗透剂2-4份、PH调节剂1-2份、抗氧化剂0.4-0.8份、水55-65份、丁苯胶乳15-20份、醇醚12-16份、杀菌剂4-6份、聚丙烯酰胺35-40份、分散剂1-3份、硅油1-2份制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明生产工艺经过坯布织造、并轴、第一次热清洗、第二次热清洗和表面处理五个步骤生产出工业用布,具有耐高温的优异性能,具有良好的烧蚀性能,电工产品的绝缘等级得以提高。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
一种工业用布的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括下述步骤:
(1)按所生产的坯布的幅宽及网孔分布,备好所需经向、纬向用纱总根数,将原纱通过一次排梳整经,整好经轴;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的经纱与纬纱混合,合并后片纱浸入浸渍液,再将湿浆纱分绞进入热烘干区,热风烘干纱线表面成膜后,进入锡林烘干,锡林烘干至含水率2.8%,并轴织成坯布;
浸渍液制备方法为:由天然乳胶22份、聚乙烯醇7份、渗透剂3份、PH调节剂1.5份、抗氧化剂0.6份、水60份、丁苯胶乳18份、醇醚14份、杀菌剂5份、聚丙烯酰胺38份、分散剂2份、硅油1.5份制成;
将PH调节剂、抗氧化剂、分散剂与水按1∶4的比例在60℃下混合,搅拌至完全溶解,冷却至室温,再加入天然乳胶、丁苯胶乳混合均匀,再加入聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺,混合均匀,制成混合液待用;将醇醚、杀菌剂、渗透剂、硅油利用剩余净水稀释,搅拌均匀,制成乳液与上述混合液再次混合,制得浸渍液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的坯布进入脱浆机,进行第一次热清洗,温度为200℃,脱浆机将坯布上的含水率降至1.2%;
(4)将第一次热清洗后的坯布放入闷炉进行第二次热清洗,清洗炉温为450℃,闷烧时间为30h,使含水率降至0.7%;
(5)将第二次热清洗后的坯布通过表面处理机,涂覆浓度为5%硅烷偶联剂,经烘干、切边,按等级包装入库。
实施例2
一种工业用布的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括下述步骤:
(1)按所生产的坯布的幅宽及网孔分布,备好所需经向、纬向用纱总根数,将原纱通过一次排梳整经,整好经轴;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的经纱与纬纱混合,合并后片纱浸入浸渍液,再将湿浆纱分绞进入热烘干区,热风烘干纱线表面成膜后,进入锡林烘干,锡林烘干至含水率2.5%,并轴织成坯布;
浸渍液由天然乳胶25份、聚乙烯醇6份、渗透剂4份、PH调节剂1份、抗氧化剂0.8份、水55份、丁苯胶乳20份、醇醚12份、杀菌剂6份、聚丙烯酰胺35份、分散剂3份、硅油1份制成,制备方法同实施例1;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的坯布进入脱浆机,进行第一次热清洗,温度为250℃,脱浆机将坯布上的含水率降至1%;
(4)将第一次热清洗后的坯布放入闷炉进行第二次热清洗,清洗炉温为460℃,闷烧时间为24h,使含水率降至0.8%;
(5)将第二次热清洗后的坯布通过表面处理机,涂覆浓度为4.5%硅烷偶联剂,经烘干、切边,按等级包装入库。
实施例3
一种工业用布的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括下述步骤:
(1)按所生产的坯布的幅宽及网孔分布,备好所需经向、纬向用纱总根数,将原纱通过一次排梳整经,整好经轴;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的经纱与纬纱混合,合并后片纱浸入浸渍液,再将湿浆纱分绞进入热烘干区,热风烘干纱线表面成膜后,进入锡林烘干,锡林烘干至含水率3%,并轴织成坯布;
浸渍液由天然乳胶20份、聚乙烯醇8份、渗透剂2份、PH调节剂2份、抗氧化剂0.4份、水65份、丁苯胶乳15份、醇醚16份、杀菌剂4份、聚丙烯酰胺40份、分散剂1份、硅油2份制成,制备方法同实施例1;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的坯布进入脱浆机,进行第一次热清洗,温度为150℃,脱浆机将坯布上的含水率降至1.5%;
(4)将第一次热清洗后的坯布放入闷炉进行第二次热清洗,清洗炉温为440℃,闷烧时间为48h,使含水率降至0.6%;
(5)将第二次热清洗后的坯布通过表面处理机,涂覆浓度为6.5%硅烷偶联剂,经烘干、切边,按等级包装入库。

Claims (4)
1.一种工业用布的生产工艺,其特征在于,该生产工艺包括下述步骤:
(1)按所生产的坯布的幅宽及网孔分布,备好所需经向、纬向用纱总根数,将原纱通过一次排梳整经,整好经轴;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的经纱与纬纱混合,合并后片纱浸入浸渍液,再将湿浆纱分绞进入热烘干区,热风烘干纱线表面成膜后,进入锡林烘干,锡林烘干至含水率2.5-3%,并轴织成坯布;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的坯布进入脱浆机,进行第一次热清洗,脱浆机将坯布上的含水率降至1-1.5%;
(4)将第一次热清洗后的坯布放入闷炉进行第二次热清洗,使含水率降至0.6-0.8%;
(5)将第二次热清洗后的坯布通过表面处理机,涂覆硅烷偶联剂,经烘干、切边,按等级包装入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业用布的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述的第一次热清洗温度为150-250℃,步骤(4)所述第二次热清洗炉温为440-460℃,闷烧时间为24-48h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业用布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂浓度为4.5-6.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业用布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述浸渍液由天然乳胶20-25份、聚乙烯醇6-8份、渗透剂2-4份、PH调节剂1-2份、抗氧化剂0.4-0.8份、水55-65份、丁苯胶乳15-20份、醇醚12-16份、杀菌剂4-6份、聚丙烯酰胺35-40份、分散剂1-3份、硅油1-2份制成。
