本发明公开了一种单染纱的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:1)原料控制;2)工艺流程:梳棉,并条头,二并、三并,粗纱,细纱,络筒。本发明和现有技术相比,可以低成本地去除单染造成的竹节疵点和白星的现象,还解决了涤纶充分梳理的问题。

单染纱的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织工艺技术领域,特别涉及单染纱的生产工艺。
背景技术
单染纱是涤棉纱线在织成面料后进行染色时只染其中的一种纤维,只染棉不染涤或只染涤不染棉,这样可节约染色成本且更加环保,而染后的面料有留白效果,做成服饰比较时尚、风格独特。但纱线的疵点在正常染色时可以隐盖掉,而做单染时就会明显的暴露出来,要消除就要增加成本且很难处理掉。而且纯涤纶短纤或棉纤维通过梳棉工序后,由于梳理度达不到而无法梳理成单纤维状态,以及静电现象易产生涤纶或棉纤维棉结,使得针、机织坯布单染后存在竹节不匀和白星现象。即使梳棉各部速度、针布配置合理,也不能有效保证产品质量的可靠性,仍可能产生竹节不匀和白星。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种单染纱的生产工艺和所制成的单染纱。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:单染纱的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)原料控制:选用细长整齐度好,短绒率低,疵点少的原棉,涤纶选用1.33分特*38毫米优等高强棉型针织用涤纶纤维;
2)工艺流程:
a:梳棉:采用轻定量、强分梳、低速度的工艺原则;
b:并条头:采用6根并合,采取较小牵伸倍数设计意外牵伸小,牵伸带来的不匀减少,
c:二并、三并:二并、三并采用8根并合,并条确保摇架压力两端一致,使用大直径皮辊;
d:粗纱:采用JWF1415四罗拉粗纱机带有伺服电机变频调节功能,可减少开关机细节和意外牵伸,确保摇架压力一致,压力差异控制在±10牛顿以内;
e:细纱:锭速控制在15500转/分使用软弹性胶辊,控制摇架压力差异在±10牛顿以内;
f:络筒:使用分级切疵功能适当切除A2B1B2类纱疵,减少因不必要切纱疵而增加的接头,捻接结头强力保证在原纱强力的百分之八十以上,。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,可以低成本地去除单染造成的竹节疵点和白星的现象,还解决了涤纶充分梳理的问题。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
以下实施例中所用原料具体信息为:
涤纶选用仪征化纤1.33分特*38毫米优等高强棉型针织用涤纶纤维;
棉花选用长度长、整齐度好。马克隆值在3.7-4.5之间;
粗纱机为天津宏大纺织机械有限公司生产的JWF1415四罗拉粗纱机。
实施例:
单染纱的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)原料控制:选用细长整齐度好,短绒率低,疵点少的原棉,涤纶选用1.33分特*38毫米优等高强棉型针织用涤纶纤维;
2)工艺流程:

本发明通过原料控制和合理的工艺流程,可以低成本地去除单染造成的白丝和白星的现象,还解决了涤纶充分梳理的问题,充分解决了现有技术中单染造成的竹节疵点和白星的现象。

Claims (2)

1.单染纱的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)原料控制:选用细长整齐度好,短绒率低,疵点少的原棉,涤纶选用1.33分特*38毫米优等高强棉型针织用涤纶纤维;
2)工艺流程:
a:梳棉:采用轻定量、强分梳、低速度的工艺原则;
b:并条头:采用6根并合,采取较小牵伸倍数设计意外牵伸小,牵伸带来的不匀减少,
c:二并、三并:二并、三并采用8根并合,并条确保摇架压力两端一致,使用大直径皮辊;
d:粗纱:采用JWF1415四罗拉粗纱机带有伺服电机变频调节功能,可减少开关机细节和意外牵伸,确保摇架压力一致,压力差异控制在±10牛顿以内;
e:细纱:锭速控制在15500转/分使用软弹性胶辊,控制摇架压力差异在±10牛顿以内;
f:络筒:使用分级切疵功能适当切除A2B1B2类纱疵,捻接结头强力保证在原纱强力的百分之八十以上,减少因不必要切纱而增加的接头。
