本发明公开了一种导热双面胶,包括两个离型纸层与导热层,所述导热层的正面与背面分别覆盖有离型纸层,所述导热层包括如下组分:聚二甲基硅氧烷100份,甲基丙烯酸辛酯10‑12份,石墨粉100‑120份,铂金催化剂0.2‑0.4份,醇类延迟剂0.01‑0.05份,氧化铝28‑32份,氮化硼3‑8份,份数均为质量份数。本发明提供的导热双面胶中,导热胶带以高导热橡胶聚二甲基硅氧烷为导热基材,采用石墨粉和氧化铝等作为导热剂,氮化硼作为阻燃剂,单面或双面背有压敏导热胶,粘接可靠、强度高。导热胶带厚度薄,柔韧性好,非常易于贴合器件和散热器表面。防腐耐磨,抗阻燃,承载力也强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种导热双面胶,属于LED硅胶技术领域。
背景技术
在高科技不断研发生产的今天,导热材料的行业也在萌发中,导热双面胶起着很大的核心做用.由于一般的导热材料难于对电子重要部位起着既导热又有很好粘性的作用,导热双面胶完全解决了这个问题;特别是在电子、LED照明行业与LED电视领域中起到了重大的作用。
导热双面胶是由压克力聚合物填充导热陶瓷粉末,与有机硅胶粘剂复合而成。具有高导热和绝缘的特性,并具有柔软性、压缩性、服帖性、强粘性。适应温度范围大,可填补不平整的表面,能紧密牢固地贴合热源器件和散热片,将热量快速传导出去。
热传导胶带广泛应用在CPU、功率管、模块电源等发热器件的热传导设计中,它能够完全替代传统硅脂的应用场合,高效便捷的传递热量。
导热双面胶应用场合:导热胶带的压敏背胶有高粘接强度和优异导热性能,可以将器件和散热器粘接固定,实现导热、绝缘和固定,特别适合于集成度高、设备空间小、固定困难等场合,是减小散热附件占用体积,优化设计的适用材料。

目的:为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种导热双面胶。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种导热双面胶,其特征在于:包括两个离型纸层与导热层,所述导热层的正面与背面分别覆盖有离型纸层,所述导热层包括如下组分:聚二甲基硅氧烷100份,甲基丙烯酸辛酯10-12份,石墨粉 100-120份,铂金催化剂0.2-0.4份,醇类延迟剂0.01-0.05份,氧化铝28-32份,氮化硼3-8 份,份数均为质量份数。
作为优选方案,所述的导热双面胶,其特征在于,所述导热层原料组成为:聚二甲基硅氧烷100份,甲基丙烯酸辛酯11份,石墨粉110份,铂金催化剂0.3份,醇类延迟剂0.03份,氧化铝30份,氮化硼5份,份数均为质量份数。

有益效果:本发明提供的导热双面胶,导热胶带以高导热橡胶聚二甲基硅氧烷为导热基材,采用石墨粉和氧化铝等作为导热剂,氮化硼作为阻燃剂,单面或双面背有压敏导热胶,粘接可靠、强度高。导热胶带厚度薄,柔韧性好,非常易于贴合器件和散热器表面。导热胶带还能适应冷、热温度的变化,保证性能的一致和稳定。

实施例2:一种导热双面胶,组成如下:
聚二甲基硅氧烷100份,甲基丙烯酸辛酯10份,石墨粉 100份,铂金催化剂0.2份,醇类延迟剂0.01份,氧化铝28份,氮化硼3 份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例3:一种导热双面胶,组成如下:
聚二甲基硅氧烷100份;甲基丙烯酸辛酯12份,石墨粉 120份,铂金催化剂0.4份,醇类延迟剂0.05份,氧化铝32份,氮化硼8份,份数均为质量份数。
以上实施例得到的产品,经过实验测试:本发明提供的导热双面胶中,导热胶带以高导热橡胶聚二甲基硅氧烷为导热基材,采用石墨粉和氧化铝等作为导热剂,氮化硼作为阻燃剂,单面或双面背有压敏导热胶,粘接可靠、强度高。导热胶带厚度薄,柔韧性好,非常易于贴合器件和散热器表面。导热胶带还能适应冷、热温度的变化,保证性能的一致和稳定。使得产品具有优质的性能,防腐耐磨,抗阻燃,承载力也强。
