本发明涉及一种聚合松香改性硼酚醛树脂制备防火涂料的制备方法,属于涂料制备技术领域。
背景技术
随着高分子材料在各种场合的广泛应用,火灾的潜在危险也在增加,许多建筑物构件在高温下失去荷载能力导致建筑物坍塌,给人们生命财产造成巨大损失。
防火涂料涂覆于物体表面,在遇火时涂膜本身难燃或不燃,对基材有较好的保护作用,为灭火和人员撤离赢得了时间。因此对它的研究和应用已引起了世界各国的高度重视。
防火涂料依其防火机理不同可分为非膨胀型与膨胀型两类,其中非膨胀型防火涂料在燃烧中吸收大量的热量,使温度难以上升,其自身不燃烧并形成一层隔绝氧气的釉状保护层,对物体起到一定的保护作用,但隔热性能较差。而膨胀型防火涂料平常保持普通涂膜状态,遇火时,涂层发生软化熔融,膨胀形成海绵状或蜂窝状炭化层,虽然其防火性能较好,但是其以甲醛作为其炭化剂,会在使用时散发出有毒气体,给人的身体健康带来危害。
硼酚醛树脂将苯酚与硼酸反应,制得硼酸二苯酚酷,然后与多聚甲醛反应,控制凝胶时间,而得含硼酚醛树脂。其特性为具有比普通酚醛树脂高的耐热性,瞬时耐高温性能、耐热氧化性能、防中子辐射等优良比能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对非膨胀型防火涂料隔热性能较差,达不到很好的防火性能,而膨胀型防火涂料中含有甲醛,危害人的身体健康的问题,本发明首先利用聚合松香改性硼酚醛树脂后,加入蓖麻油,进行高温搅拌混合,再冷却,利用铁为催化剂和棕榈油进行混合,得到松香改性硼酚醛树脂漆,接着利用聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、钛白粉等物质进行混合,得到防火涂料助剂,最后将防火涂料助剂与松香改性硼酚醛树脂漆、消泡剂、增稠剂物质混合,即可得到防火涂料。本发明制备的防火涂料防火性能好,且得到的防火涂层强度高,不易脱落、起泡。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
(1)向装有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝管的四口烧瓶中加入40~60g聚合松香,将烧瓶放入油浴锅中加热至聚合松香完全融化,向融化的聚合松香中加入5~10g硼酚醛树脂、0.2~0.4g氧化铁、0.3~0.6g过硫酸钾和5~10g马来酸酐,设置油浴温度为150~180℃,进行保温搅拌反应30~40min,反应后降低温度至100~110℃,继续搅拌反应2~3h,反应结束后冷却至室温,出料,得松香改性硼酚醛树脂;
(2)称取30~40g蓖麻油放入搪瓷烧杯中,用电炉加热至180~190℃,保持此温度下向烧杯中加入30~40g上述松香改性硼酚醛树脂,机械搅拌混合15~20min,混合后再加入30~40g桐油,继续加热升温至200~220℃,搅拌混合10~15min,混合结束后,将搪瓷烧杯放入干冰中快速降温至100~120℃后出料,将物料按体积比1:1与棕榈油混合,加入2~4g铁催干剂后搅拌均匀,即可得到松香改性硼酚醛树脂漆,备用;
(3)按重量份数计,分别选取10~15份聚磷酸铵,5~8份季戊四醇,8~10份三聚氰胺,1~3份钛白粉和1~3份氯化石蜡,依次加入分散罐中,用800~1000r/min转速分散15~25min,将分散物加入研磨缸中,研磨20~30min后过滤,得细度为50~70μm的涂料助剂,并加入0.8~1.2份聚氧丙烯甘油醚消泡剂,消泡1~2h,得防火涂料助剂;
(4)向步骤(2)备用的松香改性硼酚醛树脂漆中加入其质量5~10%上述制备得到的防火涂料助剂,放入高速研磨分散机中,以1200~1500r/min转速研磨分散20~30min,研磨分散后出料,将出料物与其质量0.5~0.8%聚二甲基硅氧烷和其质量1~4%羧甲基纤维素钠增稠剂搅拌混合10~15min,静置5~6h,即可得到防火涂料。
本发明的应用方法:首先对钢构件表面进行处理,使其表面无尘,无灰后、利用喷枪将上述制备的防火涂料垂直喷涂于钢构件上,控制喷涂气压为0.5~0.7MPa,喷涂厚度为5mm,待喷涂结束后,使其自然固化12~18h后,即可得到防火涂层,经检测,该防火涂层厚度5mm,抗压强度大于2MPa,耐高温可达到550℃以上,耐火时间高于5h。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明制备的防火涂料防火性能好,其防火涂层厚度5mm,耐火时间不低于2.5h;
(2)本发明制备的防火涂料抗压强度高,不易脱落、起泡;
(3)本发制备步骤简单,所需成本低,同时不含有害物质,不会危害人的身体健康。
具体实施方式

(3)按重量份数计,分别选取10~15份聚磷酸铵,5~8份季戊四醇,8~10份三聚氰胺,1~3份钛白粉和1~3份氯化石蜡,依次加入分散罐中,用800~1000r/min转速分散15~25min,将分散物加入研磨缸中,研磨20~30min后过滤,得细度为50~70μm的涂料助剂,并加入0.8~1.2份聚氧丙烯甘油醚消泡剂,消泡1~2h,得防火涂料助剂;
(4)向步骤(2)备用的松香改性硼酚醛树脂漆中加入其质量5~10%上述制备得到的防火涂料助剂,放入高速研磨分散机中,以1200~1500r/min转速研磨分散20~30min,研磨分散后出料,将出料物与其质量0.5~0.8%聚二甲基硅氧烷和其质量1~4%羧甲基纤维素钠增稠剂搅拌混合10~15min,静置5~6h,即可得到防火涂料。
