本发明公开了一种环保防锈内墙建筑涂料及其制备方法,包括下列重量份数的组分:硅丙乳液50‑60份,滑石粉10‑15份,粉煤灰25‑30份,木质素磺酸盐类10‑16份,丙二醇13‑20份,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛9‑17份,水性消泡剂5‑10份,去离子水55‑80份。本发明的涂料VOC排放为零,不含重金属,绿色环保、具有干燥快、耐水、耐酸碱、耐化学药品腐蚀、耐洗刷性好、耐人工气候老化性、附着力强、耐盐雾、防锈性能强等特点,广泛应用于建筑装潢防腐,具有独特的防腐装饰效果,是传统防锈漆的换代产品。涂刷后不会出现钉眼锈迹渗透现象,装饰效果良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保防锈内墙建筑涂料。
背景技术
近年来,国内外涂料领域的科技人员对防锈涂料的研究已取得了一定的成果,但对水性环保防锈内墙建筑涂料方面的研究较少。目前,在建筑内墙装潢时,没有刷内墙涂料之前,钉眼较多,这些钉眼不刷防锈漆就批腻子干燥后,然后刷涂料,半年后到处都是钉眼锈迹,特别难看,严重影响装饰效果。所以,批腻子前在钉眼中先刷防锈漆,然后批腻子干燥后再刷涂料,这样可以解决钉眼锈迹问题。但是,如果这样的工艺漏掉几个钉眼,也会出现钉眼锈迹问题。因此研制一种涂刷后不会出现钉眼锈迹渗透现象的涂料,其意义重大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:本发明提供一种环保防锈内墙建筑涂料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供的环保防锈内墙建筑涂料,包括下列重量份数的组分:硅丙乳液50-60份,滑石粉10-15份,粉煤灰25-30份,木质素磺酸盐类10-16份,丙二醇13-20份,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛9-17份,水性消泡剂5-10份,去离子水55-80份。
优选的,环保防锈内墙建筑涂料包括下列重量份数的组分:硅丙乳液53份,滑石粉12份,粉煤灰28份,木质素磺酸盐类14份,丙二醇16份,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛13份,水性消泡剂8份,去离子水75份。
本发明还提供一种制备环保防锈内墙建筑涂料的方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)将硅丙乳液、滑石粉、粉煤灰、去离子水混合均匀,35-45℃时充分搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为25-35分钟,得到混合乳液。
(2)将木质素磺酸盐类、丙二醇、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入步骤(1)的混合乳液中,70-80℃继续搅拌50-65min。
(3)将水性消泡剂加入步骤(2)的混合乳液中,20-30℃继续搅拌20-30min。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的涂料VOC排放为零,不含重金属,绿色环保、具有干燥快、耐水、耐酸碱、耐化学药品腐蚀、耐洗刷性好、耐人工气候老化性、附着力强、耐盐雾、防锈性能强等特点,广泛应用于建筑装潢防腐,具有独特的防腐装饰效果,是传统防锈漆的换代产品。涂刷后不会出现钉眼锈迹渗透现象,装饰效果良好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的环保防锈内墙建筑涂料,包括下列重量份数的组分:硅丙乳液53份,滑石粉12份,粉煤灰28份,木质素磺酸盐类14份,丙二醇16份,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛13份,水性消泡剂8份,去离子水75份。
制备环保防锈内墙建筑涂料的方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)将硅丙乳液、滑石粉、粉煤灰、去离子水混合均匀,41℃时充分搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为32分钟,得到混合乳液。
(2)将木质素磺酸盐类、丙二醇、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入步骤(1)的混合乳液中,76℃继续搅拌55min。
(3)将水性消泡剂加入步骤(2)的混合乳液中,28℃继续搅拌26min。
实施例2
本实施例提供的本发明提供的环保防锈内墙建筑涂料,包括下列重量份数的组分:硅丙乳液60份,滑石粉15份,粉煤灰30份,木质素磺酸盐类16份,丙二醇20份,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛17份,水性消泡剂10份,去离子水80份。
制备环保防锈内墙建筑涂料的方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)将硅丙乳液、滑石粉、粉煤灰、去离子水混合均匀,45℃时充分搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为35分钟,得到混合乳液。
(2)将木质素磺酸盐类、丙二醇、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入步骤(1)的混合乳液中,80℃继续搅拌65min。
(3)将水性消泡剂加入步骤(2)的混合乳液中,30℃继续搅拌30min。
性能测试:
本发明的环保防锈内墙建筑涂料的性能测试结果如下表所示:

1.一种环保防锈内墙建筑涂料,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的组分:硅丙乳液50-60份,滑石粉10-15份,粉煤灰25-30份,木质素磺酸盐类10-16份,丙二醇13-20份,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛9-17份,水性消泡剂5-10份,去离子水55-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保防锈内墙建筑涂料,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的组分:硅丙乳液53份,滑石粉12份,粉煤灰28份,木质素磺酸盐类14份,丙二醇16份,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛13份,水性消泡剂8份,去离子水75份。
3.制备上述任一项权利要求所述的环保防锈内墙建筑涂料的方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)将硅丙乳液、滑石粉、粉煤灰、去离子水混合均匀,35-45℃时充分搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为25-35分钟,得到混合乳液;
(2)将木质素磺酸盐类、丙二醇、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入步骤(1)的混合乳液中,70-80℃继续搅拌50-65min;
(3)将水性消泡剂加入步骤(2)的混合乳液中,20-30℃继续搅拌20-30min。
