本发明中采用改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、酚醛树脂、聚丙烯酸乙烯酯乳液作为基材协同作用,制品与待涂覆底材的粘结强度极高,防腐、防水极好,且对人体无害,成本低;其中改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物采用一定工艺制备,不仅粘结强度高,且抗腐蚀、抗氧化及耐摩擦性能优异,对人体无害,其中的大豆蛋白与戊二醛、胶原蛋白、聚乙烯醇、微晶纤维素作用形成纤维胶状物,不仅可进一步增强粘结强度,且制品伸缩性好,拉伸强度高,防水性能也极为优异;改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物与铬酸铅协同作用,制品防腐性能极好,采用环氧丙烷作为稀释剂,纤维素羟丙基甲基醚作为胶黏剂,改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物与二间苯、纤维素羟丙基甲基醚产生协同作用,制品原料相互间分散性极好,且粘结强度进一步增强;而改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物与活性碳酸钙、黏土、云母粉、石墨粉、硅灰石粉作用,在增强制品防腐、防水性能的基础上,耐摩擦性能极为优异,力学性能极好,制品的使用寿命长,且成本低。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防腐防水建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于,改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物采用如下工艺制备:将丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、熔融尿素、铁粉、水混合搅拌均匀,搅拌温度为80-90℃,加入煅烧高岭土、壳聚糖、冰乙酸、羧甲基纤维素钠混合均匀,调节体系pH值至中性,加入对苯二酚、促进剂DM、硅酸钠混合搅拌20-50min,混合温度为92-98℃,降温至室温,加入大豆蛋白,调节体系pH值至8.5-9.5,加入戊二醛胶体磨研磨,研磨温度为55-65℃,加入胶原蛋白、聚乙烯醇混合搅拌10-30min,搅拌速度为400-600r/min,胶体磨研磨,脱气,静置30-60min,得到改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的防腐防水建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于,改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将5-15份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、8-15份熔融尿素、1-2份铁粉、50-90份水混合搅拌均匀,搅拌温度为80-90℃,加入1-5份煅烧高岭土、5-10份壳聚糖、1-2份冰乙酸、1-2份羧甲基纤维素钠混合均匀,调节体系pH值至中性,加入0.5-1.2份对苯二酚、1-2份促进剂DM、1-2份硅酸钠混合搅拌20-50min,混合温度为92-98℃,降温至室温,加入5-10份大豆蛋白,调节体系pH值至8.5-9.5,加入1-2份戊二醛胶体磨研磨,研磨温度为55-65℃,加入1-4份胶原蛋白、1-2份聚乙烯醇混合搅拌10-30min,搅拌速度为400-600r/min,胶体磨研磨,脱气,静置30-60min,得到改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的防腐防水建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于,酚醛树脂、聚丙烯酸乙烯酯乳液、改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、纤维素羟丙基甲基醚的重量比为8-12:10-12:8-10:8-12。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的防腐防水建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于,改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、硅灰石粉、活性碳酸钙、云母粉、黏土、石墨粉的重量比为8-10:2-4:2-4:2-4:4-8:2-4。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的防腐防水建筑墙体涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:酚醛树脂8-12份,聚丙烯酸乙烯酯乳液10-12份,改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物8-10份,纤维素羟丙基甲基醚8-12份,铬酸铅3-5份,环氧丙烷13-17份,硅灰石粉2-4份,活性碳酸钙2-4份,云母粉2-4份,黏土4-8份,石墨粉2-4份。
