Abstract

本发明属于化工材料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于包装的聚氨酯泡沫材料及其制备方法。用于包装的聚氨酯泡沫材料由A组分和B组分组成,A组分:聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C、泡沫稳定剂、水、催化剂A、催化剂B、色浆;B组分为多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯。本发明是在常温、常压下进行,工艺简单,易操作,挥发低,无三废,产品质量稳定。

用于包装的聚氨酯泡沫材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化工材料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于包装的聚氨酯泡沫材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,对于各类灯饰等易碎物品、精密仪器、机件等商品的包装,市面上普遍采用聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)材料,该类材料具有一定的减震性,但是也存在多个问题:首先是可降解性差,形成严重的白色污染;其次是该材料的密度相对固定,无法调整;另外一点是,该类材料往往需要预先在模具中成型,其最终产品形状固定,必须根据要包装的物品外形先定制好模具再生产。
聚氨酯泡沫材料成型快,可以直接对待包装物的空腔进行浇筑成型;密度范围广,可根据待包装物情况自由调整泡沫密度,操作方便;全水发泡的聚氨酯材料基本不含有毒挥发物,且易于降解。
硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料弹性不足,无法作为包装材料,而软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料则强度不够,作为包装材料不能起到很好的保护作用,常规的半硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料虽然具有一定的吸能作用,但是由于其主体聚醚往往全部是低官能度、高分子量软泡聚醚,内部强度不足,制备的泡沫往往只能用来包装轻量的玻璃制品,对于金属制品则仍无法起到足够的保护作用。若将硬泡体系和软泡体系混杂在一起,兼顾弹性和强度,则面临着体系相容性不足、泡沫易塌泡等各种问题,需要对配方体系进行精密的设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于包装的聚氨酯泡沫材料,软硬泡体系相结合,可以根据包装物情况调整密度范围,且相容性佳、发泡过程平稳;本发明同时提供了用于包装的聚氨酯泡沫材料的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
本发明所述的用于包装的聚氨酯泡沫材料,由A组分和B组分组成,A组分与B组分的重量比为100:100,其中,
以A组分总质量为100%计,A组分:
B组分为多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯。
所述的聚醚多元醇A为甘油起始剂,环氧丙烷为主聚合单体,环氧乙烷聚合封端的分子量为5000-6000的高活性聚醚;优选YEP-330N(一诺威新材料公司市售产品)。
所述的聚醚多元醇B为蔗糖、甘油复合起始剂,官能度为4.5-5.0,羟值为430-470mgKOH/g的硬泡聚醚;优选YNW-8345(一诺威新材料公司市售产品)。
所述的聚醚多元醇C为甘油起始剂,分子量500-1000,聚合单体为环氧丙烷的聚醚;优选YNW-305或YNW-310(一诺威新材料公司市售产品)。
所述的泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂A或泡沫稳定剂B中的一种或两种;其中,泡沫稳定剂A为非水解型高效软泡硅油,优选L-580(迈图公司市售产品);泡沫稳定剂B为非水解型常规硬泡硅油,优选L-6868(迈图公司市售产品)。
所述的水与泡沫稳定剂的量占A组分的重量百分数需满足如下关系:当水为5-8%时,泡沫稳定剂A为0,泡沫稳定剂B为0.6-0.8%;当水为8-15%时,泡沫稳定剂A为0.3-0.4%,泡沫稳定剂B为0.3-0.4%;当水为15-20%时,泡沫稳定剂A为0.6-0.8%,泡沫稳定剂B为0。
所述的催化剂A为叔胺类耐水解催化剂,优选A-1(双(二甲氨基乙基)醚70%的一缩二丙二醇溶液)和A-33(三乙烯二胺33%的丙二醇溶液)的混合物,其质量比为1:3-3:1。
所述的催化剂B为钾盐类聚氨酯三聚催化剂,优选异辛酸钾。
本发明所述的用于包装的聚氨酯泡沫材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)A组分的制备:将称量好的聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C装入反应釜中搅拌,然后加入称量好的泡沫稳定剂、水、催化剂A、催化剂B、色浆,在常温下反应,搅拌2-3小时,即可装桶;
(2)B组分的制备:将多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯称量备用;
(3)将A组分与B组分按重量比100:100通过浇注机或手工电钻搅拌混合均匀,注入需包装的物体空腔或模具中,制得泡沫材料。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明是在常温、常压下进行,工艺简单,易操作,挥发低,无三废,产品质量稳定;
2、本发明通过精密的配方体系设计,得到软硬泡相结合的聚氨酯泡沫包装材料,产品可以根据包装物情况调整密度范围,且相容性佳、发泡过程平稳。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
(1)制备A组分:100kg,分别称取YEP-330N、50kg,YNW-8345、21kg,YNW-310、20kg,L-6868、0.8kg,水、5kg,A-1、1kg,A-33、0.7kg,异辛酸钾、0.5kg,色浆、1kg。将称量好的聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C、泡沫稳定剂、水、催化剂A、催化剂B、色浆,依次加入反应釜中,在常温下搅拌2小时,取样检测合格后,即可装桶。
(2)B组分:多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯,100kg,称量备用。
(3)将A组分与B组分按重量比100:100,通过浇注机注入模具中,经过成型熟化,制得产品,经检测产品性能指标如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)制备A组分:100kg,分别称取YEP-330N、40kg,YNW-8345、28kg,YNW-305、20kg,L-580、0.3kg,L-6868、0.3kg,水、8kg,A-1、1.3kg,A-33、0.6kg,异辛酸钾、1kg,色浆、0.5kg。将称量好的聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C、泡沫稳定剂、水、催化剂A、催化剂B、色浆,依次加入反应釜中,在常温下搅拌2小时,取样检测合格后,即可装桶。
(2)B组分:多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯,100kg,称量备用。
(3)将A组分与B组分按重量比100:100,通过手电钻搅拌均匀混合,注入待包装物空腔,经过成型熟化,制得产品,经检测产品性能指标如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)制备A组分:100kg,分别称取YEP-330N、36kg,YNW-8345、25kg,YNW-305、15kg,L-580、0.8kg,水、20kg,A-1、1.1kg,A-33、0.5kg,异辛酸钾、0.8kg,色浆、0.8kg。将称量好的聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C、泡沫稳定剂、水、催化剂A、催化剂B、色浆,依次加入反应釜中,在常温下搅拌2小时,取样检测合格后,即可装桶。
(2)B组分:多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯,100kg,称量备用。
(3)将A组分与B组分按重量比100:100,通过浇注机注入模具中,经过成型熟化,制得产品,经检测产品性能指标如表1所示。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于包装的聚氨酯泡沫材料,其特征在于由A组分和B组分组成,A组分与B组分的重量比为100:100,其中,
以A组分总质量为100%计,A组分:
聚醚多元醇A 30-50%
聚醚多元醇B 20-30%
聚醚多元醇C 15-20%
泡沫稳定剂 0.6-0.8%
水 5-20%
催化剂A 0.5-2%
催化剂B 0-1%
色浆 0.5-1%;
B组分为多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯;
所述的聚醚多元醇A为甘油起始剂,环氧丙烷为主聚合单体,环氧乙烷聚合封端的分子量为5000-6000的高活性聚醚;
所述的聚醚多元醇B为蔗糖、甘油复合起始剂,官能度为4.5-5.0,羟值为430-470mgKOH/g的硬泡聚醚;
所述的聚醚多元醇C为甘油起始剂,分子量500-1000,聚合单体为环氧丙烷的聚醚;
所述的泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂A或泡沫稳定剂B中的一种或两种;其中,泡沫稳定剂A为非水解型高效软泡硅油,泡沫稳定剂B为非水解型常规硬泡硅油;
所述的水与泡沫稳定剂的量占A组分的重量百分数需满足如下关系:当水为5-8%时,泡沫稳定剂A为0,泡沫稳定剂B为0.6-0.8%;当水为8-15%时,泡沫稳定剂A为0.3-0.4%,泡沫稳定剂B为0.3-0.4%;当水为15-20%时,泡沫稳定剂A为0.6-0.8%,泡沫稳定剂B为0;
所述的催化剂A为叔胺类耐水解催化剂;
所述的催化剂B为钾盐类聚氨酯三聚催化剂。
2.一种权利要求1所述的用于包装的聚氨酯泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)A组分的制备:将称量好的聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C装入反应釜中搅拌,然后加入称量好的泡沫稳定剂、水、催化剂A、催化剂B、色浆,在常温下反应,搅拌2-3小时,即可装桶;
(2)B组分的制备:将多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯称量备用;
(3)将A组分与B组分按重量比100:100通过浇注机或手工电钻搅拌混合均匀,注入需包装的物体空腔或模具中,制得泡沫材料。
