本发明公开一种萜烯树脂的生产方法,属于松香深加工技术领域。本发明采用以下重量份的原料:二丙二醇甲醚1份~5份、二丙二醇丁醚5份~8份、松节油30份~35份、异氰酸酯0.5份~1份以及无水三氯化铝0.05份~0.1份;包括将上述原料二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚、松节油、异氰酸酯以及无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在20℃~25℃下保温反应10分钟~20分钟,然后进行蒸馏。本发明通过在其制备过程加入一定比例的二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚以及异氰酸酯,从而有效的缩短产物萜烯树脂的生产周期,降低其成本。

技术领域
本发明属于松香深加工技术领域,尤其是一种萜烯树脂的生产方法。
背景技术
萜烯树脂是一些热塑性嵌段共聚物、具有低气味、高硬度、高附着力、抗氧化性和热稳定性好、相容性和溶解性好等优点,特别EVA系SIS系,SBS系等热溶胶中具有优良的相容性和耐候性及增粘效果,其广泛应用于胶粘剂、接着剂、双面胶带、溶剂型胶水、书本装订版、色装、胶布、烯烃胶布、牛皮纸卡胶布、胶带 标签、木工胶、压敏胶、热溶胶、密封胶、油漆和油墨及其它聚合物改质剂等方面。但其也存在着一些不可忽视的缺点,即制备周期长、成本高的缺点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种萜烯树脂的生产方法,该方法制得的萜烯树脂具有颜色浅的优点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
采用以下重量份的原料:
二丙二醇甲醚1份~5份、二丙二醇丁醚5份~8份、松节油30份~35份、异氰酸酯0.5份~1份以及无水三氯化铝0.05份~0.1份;
包括以下步骤:
将上述原料二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚、松节油、异氰酸酯以及无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在20℃~25℃下保温反应10分钟~20分钟,然后进行蒸馏。
由于采用上述技术方案 ,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过在其制备过程加入一定比例的二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚、异氰酸酯以及无水三氯化铝,从而有效的缩短产物萜烯树脂的生产周期,降低其成本。

下面结合具体实例,对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1--生产萜烯树脂的方法:
将1kg二丙二醇甲醚、8kg二丙二醇丁醚、35kg松节油、0.5kg异氰酸酯以及0.1kg无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在25℃下保温反应10分钟,然后进行蒸馏。
本实施例产物萜烯树脂的生产周期缩短了2小时。
实施例2--生产萜烯树脂的方法:
将5kg二丙二醇甲醚、5kg二丙二醇丁醚、30kg松节油、1kg异氰酸酯以及0.05kg无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在20℃下保温反应20分钟,然后进行蒸馏。
本实施例产物萜烯树脂的生产周期缩短了2小时。
实施例3--生产萜烯树脂的方法:
将2kg二丙二醇甲醚、7kg二丙二醇丁醚、33kg松节油、0.8kg异氰酸酯以及0.09kg无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在22℃下保温反应15分钟,然后进行蒸馏。
本实施例产物萜烯树脂的生产周期缩短了2小时。

采用以下重量份的原料:
二丙二醇甲醚1份~5份、二丙二醇丁醚5份~8份、松节油30份~35份、异氰酸酯0.5份~1份以及无水三氯化铝0.05份~0.1份;
包括以下步骤:
将上述原料二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚、松节油、异氰酸酯以及无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在20℃~25℃下保温反应10分钟~20分钟,然后进行蒸馏。
