技术领域
本发明涉及瓷砖技术领域,尤其是一种有较高强度的仿古砖。
背景技术
申请号为200910017617.3的专利申请公开了一种仿古砖,主要由黄河淤泥、粉煤灰、瑾青石厘钵粉制成;这种仿古砖可以达到外形轻薄的特点,但是存在的不足在于强度不够,在使用过程中容易开裂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种仿古砖,它可以解决强度不够的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种仿古砖,由以下重量份的原材料制成:高岭土25份~32份,石英砂16份~22份,粉煤灰12份~18份,粘土8份~14份,水泥4份~6份,滑石粉4份~6份,碎石6份~12份,水10份~20份,釉12份~20份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:高岭土28份,石英砂19份,粉煤灰15份,粘土11份,水泥5份,滑石粉5份,碎石9份,水15份,釉16份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
高岭土具有良好的可塑性和耐火性等理化性质,与一定配比的石英石混合,可以提高高岭土的可塑性和抗折强度;粉煤灰和水泥可以均起到粘结的作用,两者以一定的配比组合可以提高结合强度;滑石粉高温不变色, 具有增加张力强度,剪切强度,压力强度,降低变形、伸张率和热膨胀系数的优点;碎石可以提高砖的强度;采用以上原料可以制备出强度高的仿古砖。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
一种仿古砖,由以下重量份的原材料制成:高岭土25千克,石英砂16千克,粉煤灰12千克,粘土8千克,水泥4千克,滑石粉4千克,碎石6千克,水10千克,釉12份;
制备方法是:取上述成分的高岭土、石英石、粘土和碎石用球磨机磨成粉末,将该粉末以及粉煤灰和滑石粉过800目筛;将过筛后的粉料混合,将水注入喷雾机进行喷雾造粉;再静置密封陈腐;将粉料送入陶瓷压机进行压制成型制成砖坯;在所述砖坯上施釉;进入辊道窑烧制;最后进行磨边处理即可制得成品。
实施例2:
一种仿古砖,由以下重量千克的原材料制成:高岭土32千克,石英砂22千克,粉煤灰18千克,粘土14千克,水泥6千克,滑石粉6千克,碎石12千克,水20千克,釉20份;
制备方法是:取上述成分的高岭土、石英石、粘土和碎石用球磨机磨成粉末,将该粉末以及粉煤灰和滑石粉过1000目筛;将过筛后的粉料混合,将水注入喷雾机进行喷雾造粉;再静置密封陈腐;将粉料送入陶瓷压机进行压制成型制成砖坯;在所述砖坯上施釉;进入辊道窑烧制;最后进行磨边处理即可制得成品。
实施例3:
一种仿古砖,由以下重量千克的原材料制成:高岭土28千克,石英砂19千克,粉煤灰15千克,粘土11千克,水泥5千克,滑石粉5千克,碎石9千克,水15千克,釉16千克。

1.一种仿古砖,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:高岭土25份~32份,石英砂16份~22份,粉煤灰12份~18份,粘土8份~14份,水泥4份~6份,滑石粉4份~6份,碎石6份~12份,水10份~20份,釉12份~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿古砖,其特征在于:高岭土28份,石英砂19份,粉煤灰15份,粘土11份,水泥5份,滑石粉5份,碎石9份,水15份,釉16份。
