本发明公开了一种有机水质稳定剂,以质量份计,该水质稳定剂包括以下组份:纯碱:35份;腐殖酸纳:60份;口乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠:1份;水解聚马来酸酐:2份;亚硝酸钠:5份;亚硫酸钠:5份;苯胺三氮唑:0.8份。本发明一种有机水质稳定剂本品对于热水锅炉\集中供热系统可以起到防垢、防腐、节能、防止生水的作用。另外本发明应用在循环水系统中可以起到杀菌、灭藻的作用。

一种有机水质稳定剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防止设备的腐蚀和结垢的化学试剂,尤其涉及一种有机水质稳定剂。
背景技术
水质稳定剂目前已有百余个品种,大类主要可分为下列几种:水质稳定剂,产品有阻垢剂、缓蚀剂、杀菌灭藻剂、清洗剂、预膜剂、螯合剂、分散剂等,广泛应用于工业循环水、锅炉及采暖水、油田注水、反渗透膜等系统。水质稳定剂能与水中钙、镁离子等成垢物质形成稳定的络合物,易溶于水,起良好的螯合、分散、缓蚀作用,阻止结垢并对老垢层起到疏松作用,便于清垢。对碳钢、不锈钢有较好的缓蚀、阻垢作用,可提高设备换热效果,延长设备使用寿命,起到节水和节能以及节约钢材的作用。广泛应用于工业循环冷却水和锅炉水的处理。主要有缓蚀剂、消垢剂和杀菌灭藻剂。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种有机水质稳定剂。
本发明通过下述方案实现:
一种有机水质稳定剂,以质量份计,该水质稳定剂包括以下组份:
纯碱:35份;
腐殖酸纳:60份;
口乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠:1份;
水解聚马来酸酐:2份;
亚硝酸钠:5份;
亚硫酸钠:5份;
苯胺三氮唑:0.8份。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种有机水质稳定剂本品对于热水锅炉\集中供热系统可以起到防垢、防腐、节能、防止生水的作用。另外本发明应用在循环水系统中可以起到杀菌、灭藻的作用。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明:
一种有机水质稳定剂,以质量份计,该水质稳定剂包括以下组份:
纯碱:35份;
腐殖酸纳:60份;
口乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠:1份;
水解聚马来酸酐:2份;
亚硝酸钠:5份;
亚硫酸钠:5份;
苯胺三氮唑:0.8份。
本发明中的聚马来酸(俗称水解聚马来酸酐,简写HPMA)是一种性能优良的阻垢分散剂,广泛应用于循环冷却水、油田注水和锅炉水处理,具有良好的抑制水垢生成和剥离老垢作用,水解聚马来酸酐能在较高温度下保持优异的阻垢缓蚀效果。
因为亚硝酸钠易被氧化成硝酸钠,这样就防止了金属共和氧气之间的反应,从而达到保护金属的目的。亚硝酸钠作为黑色金属的水溶性缓蚀剂具有价廉、效果好,使用方便等独特的特点,故被广泛使用,可以有效的防止管路生锈的问题。
亚硫酸钠在空气中易风化并氧化为硫酸钠。在150℃时失去结晶水。再热则熔化为硫化钠与硫酸钠的混合物。无水物的密度2.633。比水合物氧化缓慢得多,在干燥空气中无变化。受热分解而生成硫化钠和硫酸钠,与强酸接触分解成相应的盐类而放出二氧化硫。亚硫酸钠还原性极强,可以还原铜离子为亚铜离子(亚硫酸根可以和亚铜离子生成配合物而稳定),也可以还原磷钨酸等弱氧化剂。亚硫酸酸钠起防腐的作用主要是其脱氧的作用,它的主要化学性质之一就是还原性,可以消耗水环境中的氧。
酸洗缓蚀剂被广泛应用到换热设备、传热设备及冷却设备等水垢清洗和表面处理行业,其对减少清洗过程事故的发生,降低酸对设备的侵蚀程度有实际而重要的意义。三氮唑化合物作为一类高效缓蚀剂,目前国内外研究较多,尤其是有关含氮杂环化合物的腐蚀抑制作用在文献中已经进行了广泛的报道:缓蚀剂有机分子中如果含有电负性较大的原子,如O、N、S、P等原子,不饱和键或者大共轭体系,一般来说都具有较好的缓蚀效果。
本发明一种有机水质稳定剂本品对于热水锅炉\集中供热系统可以起到防垢、防腐、节能、防止生水的作用。另外本发明应用在循环水系统中可以起到杀菌、灭藻的作用。
