Abstract

一种防静电热塑性复合材料的制备方法,首先预制导电层预浸料,将基体树脂PESEKK溶解于DMF溶液中,形成质量配比为30%的树脂溶解液,再将长度为2mm的T700短切碳纤维与基体树脂按照1:1的质量配比加入树脂溶解液混合,以形成导电层预浸料;再将导电层预浸料铺贴在复合材料结构本体表面;待复合材料结构本体表面铺贴完毕后,对其进行合模,合模后进行加热、加压,得防静电热塑性复合材料结构本体粗成品;再将防静电热塑性复合材料结构本体粗成品自然冷却,再用水冷却后,卸压起模,得防静电热塑性复合材料。本发明在热塑性复合材料结构本体表面铺覆一层导电层预浸料以形成防静电热塑性复合材料,从而达到释放、消除静电荷效果。

Description

一种防静电热塑性复合材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及热塑性复合材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防静电热塑性复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
飞行器在大气层运动时因多种静电起电机理而积累大量的静电荷,当飞行器飞行高度不断增加、气温和气压不断下降时,相互绝缘的部件间很容易发生静电放电,而该静电放电作为近距离干扰源将产生热效应、电流脉冲注入、电磁辐射等多方面的复杂效应,进而对飞行器的飞行产生严重危害;特别是随着复合材料在飞行器上的运用越来越广泛,因复合材料属于电绝缘体,从而导致飞行器上的静电不能自行散去;当飞行器壳体受到摩擦、撞击时感应静电,将促使壳体局部产生静电积累,形成电压很高的静电场,发生静电放电,进而导致燃油点燃而发生事故。然而通常复合材料结构件采用的防静电方法是在复合材料油箱内壁涂防静电涂层,从而不可避免地存在防静电涂层与本体材料结合力不够高而脱落。因此,在复合材料大量使用的条件下,研制出一种与本体相结合,且能避免产生静电的材料显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种防静电热塑性复合材料的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种防静电热塑性复合材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1)预制导电层预浸料,首先将基体树脂PESEKK溶解于DMF溶液中,形成质量配比为30%的树脂溶解液,再将长度为2mm的T700短切碳纤维与基体树脂按照1:1的质量配比加入30%的树脂溶解液混合,以形成导电层预浸料;
2)将步骤1)中预制的导电层预浸料铺贴在复合材料结构本体表面;
3)待步骤2)中的复合材料结构本体表面铺贴完毕后,对铺贴有导电层预浸料的复合材料结构本体进行合模,合模后进行加热,当温度上升至320℃~340℃,保持此温度10min,在进行加压,加压至1.0~2.0MPa,再保温40min,得防静电热塑性复合材料结构本体粗成品;
4)在步骤3)中的防静电热塑性复合材料本体结构粗成品保温结束后,将防静电热塑性复合材料结构本体粗成品自然冷却至150℃,再用水冷却后,卸压起模,得防静电热塑性复合材料。
在本发明中,所述步骤4)中,水冷却温度为60℃以下。
在本发明中,通过本制备方法制备的防静电复合材料,包括导电层和热塑性复合材料结构本体,且所述导电层固化在热塑性复合材料结构本体表面;所述热塑性复合材料结构本体材料为碳纤维增强聚醚砜醚酮酮,所述导电层为长度为2mm的碳纤维和聚醚砜醚酮酮的预浸料。
有益效果:本发明通过在热塑性复合材料结构本体表面铺覆一层导电层预浸料,与结构本体固化成型后在结构件表面形成防静电热塑性复合材料,从而达到释放、消除静电荷的效果;且不影响结构件的性能指标,不影响飞行器整体组装,便于加工成型。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
一种防静电热塑性复合材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1)预制导电层预浸料,首先将一定量的基体树脂PESEKK溶解于DMF溶液中,形成质量配比为30%的树脂溶解液,再将长度为2mm的T700短切碳纤维与基体树脂按照1:1的质量配比加入30%的树脂溶解液中混合,以形成导电层预浸料;
2)将步骤1)中预制的导电层预浸料铺贴在复合材料结构本体表面;
3)待步骤2)中的复合材料结构本体表面铺贴完毕后,对铺贴有导电层预浸料的复合材料结构本体进行合模,合模后进行加热,当温度上升至320℃~340℃,保持此温度10min,在进行加压,加压至1.0~2.0MPa,再保温40min,得防静电热塑性复合材料结构本体粗成品;
4)在步骤3)中的防静电热塑性复合材料本体结构粗成品保温结束后,将防静电热塑性复合材料结构本体粗成品自然冷却至150℃,再用水冷却至60℃以下,卸压起模,得防静电热塑性复合材料。
通过本制备方法制备的防静电复合材料,包括导电层1和热塑性复合材料结构本体2,且所述导电层1固化在热塑性复合材料结构本体2表面;所述热塑性复合材料结构本体2材料为碳纤维(T700SC:长纤维+织物)增强聚醚砜醚酮酮(PESEKK),所述导电层1为长度为2mm的碳纤维和聚醚砜醚酮酮的预浸料;所述防静电复合材料与复合材料板材电阻率试验数据对比如下:

通过上述对比可知,防静电复合材料不仅突破了传统的复合材料静电防护设计模式,且在满足结构件基本功能的情况下,达到了防静电的目的。

Claims (4)

1.一种防静电热塑性复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)预制导电层预浸料,首先将基体树脂PESEKK溶解于DMF溶液中,形成质量配比为30%的树脂溶解液,再将碳纤维与基体树脂按照1:1的质量配比加入30%的树脂溶解液混合,以形成导电层预浸料;
2)将步骤1)中预制的导电层预浸料铺贴在复合材料结构本体表面;
3)待步骤2)中的复合材料结构本体表面铺贴完毕后,对铺贴有导电层预浸料的复合材料结构本体进行合模,合模后进行加热,当温度上升至320℃~340℃,保持此温度10min,在进行加压,加压至1.0~2.0MPa,再保温40min,得防静电热塑性复合材料结构本体粗成品;
4)在步骤3)中的防静电热塑性复合材料本体结构粗成品保温结束后,将防静电热塑性复合材料结构本体粗成品自然冷却至150℃,再用水冷却后,卸压起模,得防静电热塑性复合材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电热塑性复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中,碳纤维为长度为2mm的T700短切碳纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电热塑性复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中,水冷却温度为60℃以下。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电热塑性复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,通过本制备方法制备的防静电复合材料,包括导电层和热塑性复合材料结构本体,且所述导电层固化在热塑性复合材料结构本体表面;所述热塑性复合材料结构本体材料为碳纤维增强聚醚砜醚酮酮,所述导电层为长度为2mm的碳纤维和聚醚砜醚酮酮的预浸料。
