技术领域
本申请属于灯罩生产工艺技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灯罩生产工艺。
背景技术
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,俗称有机玻璃、亚克力,具有较好的透明性、化学稳定性和耐候性、易染色、易加工、外观优美,故广泛应用于灯饰中,然而聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯具有较明显的吸湿性,在注塑前必须干燥,干燥时耗费的时间长,耗能高;在塑化和注射阶段的时间长,使得原料易热降解,从而使得原料的粘度降低,同时冷却速度较慢,导致原料部分结晶,使得产出成品会有气泡、水纹或雾状等不良形态。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灯罩生产工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请揭示了一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灯罩生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
选取粘度为0.79dL/~0.83dL/g聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒;
烘干聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒,烘干温度为60℃~80℃,烘干时间为3小时;
塑化熔融聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒,形成聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯流体,塑化温度为230℃;
注射聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯流体进入模具,注射速度为15g/s;
冷却模具至80℃,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯流体定型形成聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯成品,每克聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯成品冷却时间为0.1秒;及
开模,机械手取出聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯成品。
根据本申请的一实施方式,注射聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯流体进入模具进行保压,保压压力为30巴,保压时间为1秒。
本发明的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灯罩生产工艺可缩短成型周期,减少气泡、水纹或雾状等不良现象,提高聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灯罩灯罩的透明度,透光率提高至94%以上。

具体实施方式
以下将以图式揭露本申请的多个实施方式,为明确说明起见,许多实物上的细节将在以下叙述中一并说明。然而,应了解到,这些实物上的细节不应用以限制本申请。也就是说,在本申请的部分实施方式中,这些实务上的细节是非必要的。此外,为简化图式起见,一些习知惯用的结构与组件在图式中将以简单的示意的方式绘示之。
本申请提供一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灯罩生产工艺,请参阅图1,图1为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灯罩生产工艺的流程图。如图1所示,执行步骤S1,对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料进行检测,选取粘度为0.79dL/g~0.83dL/g的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒。接着执行步骤S2,将符合粘度标准的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒原料置于加热保温装置中烘干干燥,其中加热保温装置包括支架、加热元件及保温桶,保温桶设置于支架,加热元件设置于保温桶。保温桶具有桶底及桶身,桶底设置于支架,桶身设置于桶底。其中桶身包括外保温层及内保温层,加热元件设置于外保温层及内保温层间,通过加热保温装置中烘干聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒,设置烘干温度为60℃~80℃,烘干时间为3小时,使得聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒的含水率由0.3%-0.4%降至0.001%-0.004%。加热烘干后,执行步骤S3,将烘干的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒注入注塑机中进行塑化熔融。注塑机采用无螺杆拉伸流变技术,即本注塑机的机身不含螺杆,通过设计成两级注塑系统,第一级的功能为塑化挤出和输料功能,第二级为计量和注射功能,相对于传统的采用螺杆挤出的注塑机的机身体积较小,原料的热机械历程相比螺杆挤出的注塑机要缩短50%以上。设置注塑机的塑化温度为230℃,将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒熔融成聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯流体。在塑化的同时执行步骤S4,注射聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯流体进入模具中,由注射油缸推动注射活塞将熔融聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯以每秒每腔15g的速度注入到模具,注射的完毕后,执行步骤S5,对注塑后的模具进行保压,保压压力为30巴,保压时间为1秒。保压完成后,执行步骤S6,通过冷水机对模具进行冷却,模具的成型腔内的零件配合位置采用特殊表面处理技术,同时模具采用三轴冷却系统,提高了冷却时的热传导效率,每克聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯成品的冷却时间只需0.1秒,冷却速度快,可在短时间内将模具由230℃降至80℃。根据灯罩成品的重量设置冷却时间,冷却结束后,执行步骤S7,开模,通过机械手取出聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯成品。
综上所述,本申请的一或多个实施例中,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒的成型周期短,耗能减少,同时减少气泡、水纹或雾状等不良现象,提高聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灯罩灯罩的透明度,透光率提高至94%以上。

Claims (2)
1.一种聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灯罩生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
选取粘度为0.79dL/g~0.83dL/g聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒;
烘干所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒,烘干温度为60℃~80℃,烘干时间为3小时;
塑化熔融所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯原料颗粒,形成聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯流体,塑化温度为230℃;
注射所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯流体进入模具,注射速度为15g/s;
冷却所述模具至80℃,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯流体定型形成聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯成品,每克所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯成品冷却时间为0.1秒;及
开模,机械手取出所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灯罩生产工艺,其特征在于,注射所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯流体进入模具进行保压,保压压力为30巴,保压时间为1秒。
