本发明提供了一种汽车标牌注塑方法,产品采用pmma材料注塑,模具温度70±5℃,料温230±10℃,注塑压力小于105Bar,将熔体注射入模具内,注塑速度小于50%,注塑保压压力小于100Bar;注塑完成后需立即对产品进行冷却,温度为10℃,冷却时间3min。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车标牌加工领域,尤其涉及一种汽车标牌注塑方法。
背景技术
PMMA是一种透明性好的合成材料,质地优异、耐老化性好,当被用在车标上时,立体感强、具有透光效果。但是在PMMA的应用上,目前最厚只能达到4-5mm左右,过厚则会出现缩水、熔接线、气痕甚至应力开裂等缺陷,合格率低、生产成本高等问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种汽车标牌注塑方法。
为了达到所述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种汽车标牌注塑方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
产品采用pmma材料注塑,模具温度70±5℃,料温230±10℃,注塑压力小于105Bar,将熔体注射入模具内,注塑速度小于50%,注塑保压压力小于100Bar;
注塑完成后需立即对产品进行冷却,温度为10℃,冷却时间3min。
由此,保证低模温、低注塑压力以及低注射速度,注塑完成后快速冷却,避免缩水的情况。
作为一种优选,pmma在注入模具前在90℃烘干4h。
由此,减少原材料中的水分含量。
作为一种优选,注塑完成后需对产品进行去应力烘烤,温度80℃,时间4h。
作为一种优选,所述模具水道环绕所述型腔设置,与所述标牌厚度一侧表面相对的所述模具水道截面积大于与所述标牌表面相对的所述模具水道截面积,所述模具水道距离型腔的距离为10-12mm。
由此,模具水道距离型腔距离较小,可以保证冷却速度与效果;在交替穿过不同截面积的水道段的过程中,水道内各层液体混合,减小沿水道表面到中心位置方向的不同流体层的冷却液的温度差以及沿水道延伸方向的水道外侧表面温度差,促进热量的传递并减小标牌表面不同部位冷却速度间的差异,提高成品质量;另外,与标牌表面相对的模具水道段的冷却液流速大于与标牌厚度一侧表面相对的模具水道内的冷却液流速,前者的冷却效率也快于后者,避免标牌表面区域热量聚积。
作为一种优选,所述模具水道截面积变化位置内侧表面平滑过渡。
由此,避免截面积变化区域流体的雷诺数过大产生强紊流,进而导致旋涡与结构的振动,最终避免模具水道与型腔距离过小导致二者之间干扰引起的安全性问题。
作为一种优选,注塑保压时间为25s。
由此,避免注塑产品收缩。
综上,与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:对于大厚度的标牌,成品表面无熔接线、缩痕和开裂,合格率高;水道内冷却液利用率高,标牌各区域快速冷却速率均匀,减小了产品缩印和变形几率。

具体实施方式
标牌厚度8.5mm,材料为PMMA。注塑方法包括下列步骤:
步骤1、pmma在注入模具前在90℃烘干4h;
步骤2、模具温度70±5℃,料温230±10℃,注塑压力小于105Bar,将熔体注射入模具内,注塑速度小于50%,注塑保压压力小于100Bar,注塑保压时间25s;
步骤3、注塑完成后需立即对产品进行冷却,温度为10℃,冷却时间3min;
步骤4、对产品进行去应力烘烤,温度80℃,时间4h。
注塑所使用的模具水道环绕型腔设置,与标牌厚度一侧表面相对的模具水道截面积大于与标牌表面相对的模具水道截面积。冷却液在交替穿过不同截面积的水道段的过程中混合,减小沿水道表面到中心位置方向的不同流体层的冷却液温度差以及沿水道延伸方向的水道外侧表面温度差,促进热量的传递并减小标牌表面不同部位冷却速度间的差异,提高成品质量;另外,与标牌表面相对的模具水道段的冷却液流速大于与标牌厚度一侧表面相对的模具水道内的冷却液流速,前者的冷却效率也快于后者,避免标牌表面区域热量聚积,减小了产品缩印和变形几率,提高了成品率。
模具水道距离型腔的距离为10-12mm,保证冷却速度与效果,模具水道距离型腔距离小于10mm时,安全性较差,模具水道距离型腔距离大于12mm时,冷却效果不好。
模具水道截面积变化位置内侧表面平滑过渡。在保证水道内靠近水道表面附近区域的冷却液能够充分混合的前提下,避免截面积变化区域流体的雷诺数过大而产生强紊流,减小旋涡的产生与结构的振动,最终减小模具水道与型腔距离过小导致二者之间干扰引起的安全性隐患。

1.一种汽车标牌注塑方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
产品采用pmma材料注塑,模具温度70±5℃,料温230±10℃,注塑压力小于105Bar,将熔体注射入模具内,注塑速度小于50%,注塑保压压力小于100Bar;
注塑完成后需立即对产品进行冷却,温度为10℃,冷却时间3min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车标牌注塑方法,其特征在于:pmma在注入模具前在90℃烘干4h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车标牌注塑方法,其特征在于:注塑完成后需对产品进行去应力烘烤,温度80℃,时间4h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车标牌注塑方法,其特征在于:所述模具水道环绕所述型腔设置,与所述标牌厚度一侧表面相对设置的所述模具水道截面积大于与所述标牌表面相对的所述模具水道截面积,所述模具水道距离型腔的距离为10-12mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车标牌注塑方法,其特征在于:所述模具水道截面积变化位置内侧表面平滑过渡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车标牌注塑方法,其特征在于:注塑保压时间为25s。
