Abstract

本发明公开一种汽车刹车灯灯罩制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)汽车刹车灯灯罩形状设计,制作灯罩模具;(2)干燥:对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒进行干燥;(3)混料:将荧光粉、紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂与步骤(2)干燥后的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒按比例混合均匀;(4)加热融化;(5)热成型:将溶液注塑、挤出到步骤(1)的所述的模具中;(6)通过热风循环干燥消除内应力,形成灯罩初模;(7)机加工。本发明能够适配各种颜色LED芯片,增加荧光粉、紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂,有利于LED器件的散热,能够有利于提高LED器件的寿命;紫外线吸收剂能够吸收有害紫外光,延长刹车灯灯罩使用寿命,阻燃剂阻燃,安全性能高。

一种汽车刹车灯灯罩制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于汽车设备制造领域,尤其涉及一种汽车刹车灯灯罩制备方法。
背景技术
随着城市汽车保有量的增加,道路车辆上路率增加,同时,城市红绿灯密集,刹车使用频繁,现有技术中,汽车刹车灯灯罩缺少紫外线吸收剂和荧光剂,亮度低,寿命短。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种基于三维人脸识别的手机支付方法,计算简单,配置参数快速,能够满足手机支付效率的要求。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种汽车刹车灯灯罩制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)汽车刹车灯灯罩形状设计,制作灯罩模具:根据汽车尾灯适配的LED灯芯和汽车刹车灯的安装位置设计灯罩的形状结构,并制作成模具;
(2)干燥:对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒进行干燥,在80℃-85℃下干燥4 h -5h;聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒的大小在5μm~25μm范围内。
(3)混料:将荧光粉、紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂与步骤(2)干燥后的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒按比例混合均匀;荧光粉为掺稀土元素的荧光粉颗粒,该稀土元素可以以氧化物或氮化物形式出现,比如锶以钇铝石榴石、铝酸锶、氮化硅等晶体结构出现;紫外线吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮;阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁混合物,三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁比例为1:1。
(4)加热融化:对步骤(3)混合均匀后的颗粒进行加热,加热温度为200℃~250℃;
(5)热成型:将溶液注塑、挤出到步骤(1)的的模具中;
(6)通过热风循环干燥消除内应力,形成灯罩初模:在控制热风循环干燥箱的干燥温度为70℃-80℃,对成型灯罩干燥需3.5h~5h左右;
(7)机加工:通过机加工方法去除灯罩初模毛刺。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果包括:
本发明能够适配各种颜色LED芯片,增加荧光粉、紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂,直接通过荧光灯罩直接出光,有利于LED器件的散热,能够有利于提高LED器件的寿命;;紫外线吸收剂能够吸收有害紫外光,延长刹车灯灯罩使用寿命,阻燃剂阻燃,安全性能高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种汽车刹车灯灯罩制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)汽车刹车灯灯罩形状设计,制作灯罩模具:根据汽车尾灯适配的LED灯芯和汽车刹车灯的安装位置设计灯罩的形状结构,并制作成模具;
(2)干燥:对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒进行干燥,在80℃-85℃下干燥4 h -5h;聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒的大小在5μm~25μm范围内。
(3)混料:将荧光粉、紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂与步骤(2)干燥后的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒按比例混合均匀;荧光粉为掺稀土元素的荧光粉颗粒,该稀土元素可以以氧化物或氮化物形式出现,比如锶以钇铝石榴石、铝酸锶、氮化硅等晶体结构出现;紫外线吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮;阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁混合物,三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁比例为1:1。
(4)加热融化:对步骤(3)混合均匀后的颗粒进行加热,加热温度为200℃~250℃;
(5)热成型:将溶液注塑、挤出到步骤(1)的的模具中;
(6)通过热风循环干燥消除内应力,形成灯罩初模:在控制热风循环干燥箱的干燥温度为70℃-80℃,对成型灯罩干燥需3.5h~5h左右;
(7)机加工:通过机加工方法去除灯罩初模毛刺。

Claims (6)

1.一种汽车刹车灯灯罩制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)汽车刹车灯灯罩形状设计,制作灯罩模具:根据汽车尾灯适配的LED灯芯和汽车刹车灯的安装位置设计灯罩的形状结构,并制作成模具;
(2)干燥:对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒进行干燥;
(3)混料:将荧光粉、紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂与步骤(2)干燥后的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒按比例混合均匀;
(4)加热融化:对步骤(3)混合均匀后的颗粒进行加热,加热温度为200℃~250℃;
(5)热成型:将溶液注塑、挤出到步骤(1)的所述的模具中;
(6)通过热风循环干燥消除内应力,形成灯罩初模:在控制热风循环干燥箱的干燥温度为70℃-80℃,对成型灯罩干燥需3.5h~5h左右;
(7)机加工:通过机加工方法去除灯罩初模毛刺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车刹车灯灯罩制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)干燥条件为在80℃-85℃下干燥4 h -5h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车刹车灯灯罩制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颗粒的大小在5μm~25μm范围内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车刹车灯灯罩制备方法,其特征在于,所述荧光粉为掺稀土元素的荧光粉颗粒,该稀土元素可以以氧化物或氮化物形式出现,比如锶以钇铝石榴石、铝酸锶、氮化硅等晶体结构出现。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车刹车灯灯罩制备方法,其特征在于,所述紫外线吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车刹车灯灯罩制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁混合物,三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁比例为1:1。
