技术领域
本发明涉及矿用锚具夹片内孔加工制造领域,具体涉及半自动内孔成型机。
背景技术
矿用锚具夹片内孔加工一般做法是采用专用机用铰刀加工,工艺顺序为粗铰、精铰。这样铰刀磨损大,受损铰刀要求工人修磨,对工人技术要求高。在对机加工过程中由于工件外圆面为锥度面,不宜加紧。生产效率极为低下,工人劳动强度大,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种半自动内孔成型机,其具有操作方便、快捷、加工出来的产品质量稳定、生产效率高等特点。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案的:它包含油压机1、推杆2、支撑工作台3、挤压模具4、挤压钢球5,推杆2安装在油压机1上,推杆2顶端安装有挤压钢球5,油压机固定在支撑工作台3上,挤压模具4放于支撑工作台3上,置于挤压钢球5的正下端。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、工件定位稳定、准确、快捷,普通车床夹片进行内孔加工工艺时,一般采用对夹片外圆锥度面实施定位夹紧,而本发明采购产品端面定位;
2、内孔加工工具主要是专用挤压钢球,操作起来具有方便、快捷,而且加工出来的产品质量稳定;
3、操作时对工人的熟练程度要求不高,生产效率是传统车床加工效率的5倍。

具体实施方式
参考图1,它包含油压机1、推杆2、支撑工作台3、挤压模具4、挤压钢球5,推杆2安装在油压机1上,推杆2顶端安装有挤压钢球5,油压机固定在支撑工作台3上,挤压模具4放于支撑工作台3上,置于挤压钢球5的正下端。
本发明改变传统夹片内孔的车加工方法,采用内部挤压的方式实现一次成型,工件的定位夹紧由原来的外锥度面定位夹紧改变为以工件的端面定位,钢球挤压方式夹紧、成型加工。

1.半自动内孔成型机,其特征在于它包含油压机(1)、推杆(2)、支撑工作台(3)、挤压模具(4)、挤压钢球(5),推杆(2)安装在油压机(1)上,推杆(2)顶端安装有挤压钢球(5),油压机固定在支撑工作台(3)上,挤压模具(4)放于支撑工作台(3)上,置于挤压钢球(5)的正下端。
