肾为先天之本，生命之源。而肾脏疾病却是一种严重危害人类生命健康的常见性顽固病，若得不到及时恰当的治疗，常给患者及其家属带来极大的身心痛苦和经济负担。现在医学上治疗肾病的中药治疗范围窄，治疗周期长，疗效不显著，而西药中含有激素，对人体有很大副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗慢性肾炎、肾功能不全的中药组合物。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗慢性肾炎、肾功能不全的中药组合物，它包含下列重量份的物质：大黄18-22份、蝼蛄12-30份、蜈蚣10-15份、太子参40-50份、沙参25-35份、麦冬23-30份、五味子6-8份、黄芪30-40份、当归20-25份、炒白术20-25份、茯苓20-25份、陈皮20-25份、生薏米20-25份、山萸肉20-25份、桑寄生30-35份、炒枣仁20-25份、白花蛇舌草30-35份、金银花30-35份、焦三仙30-35份、赤小豆20-25份、蒲公英20-25份、女贞子25-30份、菟丝子25-30份、枸杞子30-40份、车前子20-30份、金樱子20-30份和丹参30-40份。
优选地，本发明所述的治疗慢性肾炎、肾功能不全的中药组合物包含下列重量份的物质：大黄20份、蝼蛄20份、蜈蚣12份、太子参45份、沙参30份、麦冬26份、五味子7份、黄芪35份、当归22份、炒白术22份、茯苓22份、陈皮22份、生薏米22份、山萸肉22份、桑寄生32份、炒枣仁22份、白花蛇舌草32份、金银花32份、焦三仙32份、赤小豆22份、蒲公英22份、女贞子28份、菟丝子28份、枸杞子35份、车前子25份、金樱子25份和丹参35份。
更优选地，本发明所述的治疗慢性肾炎、肾功能不全的中药组合物还包含下列重量份的物质：0.1份的具有下列结构式的物质：
优选地，所述中药组合物可以是洗剂、软膏剂或丸剂。
本发明还提供具有下列结构式的物质在制备治疗慢性肾炎、肾功能不全的药物中的用途：
本发明所述的药物见效快，疗程短，效率高，成本低，无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。应该理解的是，本发明的实施例是用于说明本发明而不是对本发明的限制。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。除非另有说明，否则本发明中的百分数是重量百分数。
实施例1
称取大黄20克、蝼蛄20克、蜈蚣12克、太子参45克、沙参30克、麦冬26克、五味子7克、黄芪35克、当归22克、炒白术22克、茯苓22克、陈皮22克、生薏米22克、山萸肉22克、桑寄生32克、炒枣仁22克、白花蛇舌草32克、金银花32克、焦三仙32克、赤小豆22克、蒲公英22克、女贞子28克、菟丝子28克、枸杞子35克、车前子25克、金樱子25克和丹参35克，粉碎，过100目筛，即得。
实施例2
化合物具有下列结构式：
试验例对肾阳虚小鼠补肾壮阳作用的研究
取清洁级ICR雄性小鼠60只，体重(30±5)g，随机分为6组，每组10只。正常对照组、肾阳虚模型组、阳性药(丙酸睾酮注射液，规格25mg·mL-1)组、给药组1、给药组2、给药组3。各组给药量如下：正常对照组、肾阳虚模型组给予生理盐水灌胃1mL/1000g体重；阳性药组，皮下注射丙酸睾酮注射液，5mg·kg-1；给药组1，实施例1的粉末10g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组2，0.02g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组3，实施例1的粉末5g和0.01g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重。以上均每日1次。除正常对照组外，各组在给药第6天均腹腔注射氢化可的松25mg·kg-1，制备肾阳虚模型。然后各组按照之前的方式继续给药14天。
末次给药后24h处死小鼠，摘除前列腺-精囊腺、睾丸、包皮腺，分离周围脂肪等结缔组织。立即称量睾丸和包皮腺。前列腺-精囊腺，于Bovin′s液中固定，过夜。取出后，剔除附着的结缔组织。分离左侧附睾，在盛有20mL无菌PBS液的培养皿中剪碎，用镊子夹住组织反复洗涤，使精子游离出来，37℃孵育30min，即为精子混悬液。运用血细胞计数板法计数精子数量。结果见下表。

1.一种治疗慢性肾炎、肾功能不全的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：大黄18-22份、蝼蛄12-30份、蜈蚣10-15份、太子参40-50份、沙参25-35份、麦冬23-30份、五味子6-8份、黄芪30-40份、当归20-25份、炒白术20-25份、茯苓20-25份、陈皮20-25份、生薏米20-25份、山萸肉20-25份、桑寄生30-35份、炒枣仁20-25份、白花蛇舌草30-35份、金银花30-35份、焦三仙30-35份、赤小豆20-25份、蒲公英20-25份、女贞子25-30份、菟丝子25-30份、枸杞子30-40份、车前子20-30份、金樱子20-30份和丹参30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性肾炎、肾功能不全的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：大黄20份、蝼蛄20份、蜈蚣12份、太子参45份、沙参30份、麦冬26份、五味子7份、黄芪35份、当归22份、炒白术22份、茯苓22份、陈皮22份、生薏米22份、山萸肉22份、桑寄生32份、炒枣仁22份、白花蛇舌草32份、金银花32份、焦三仙32份、赤小豆22份、蒲公英22份、女贞子28份、菟丝子28份、枸杞子35份、车前子25份、金樱子25份和丹参35份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗慢性肾炎、肾功能不全的中药组合物，其特征在于，它还包含下列重量份的物质：0.1份的具有下列结构式的物质：
