[0002] 肾是五脏之首,肾为水火之脏,经云:“肾为先天之本”,肾主纳气,气根于肾而归于 肺,故有助于肺的吸气和肃降:“肾水上济于心,心火下交于肾,水大既济”,则阴阳平衡;肾 为先天之本,脾为后天之本,脾气的健云,有赖于肾的温煦,而肾气的充足,又需脾胃的补 养。肝肾同居下焦,肝木需赖肾水滋生,肾精充足则肝阴亦得涵养。
[0003] 急性肾炎起病急骤,以血尿、蛋白尿、水肿、高血压为主要临床表现,属中医“风 7K”、“溺血”范围,其病因是感受风、湿、毒等外邪,伤及内脏,以致肺失肃降,脾不转输,肾难 开合,以致三焦水道不通,汗、尿排泄障碍而发病,治宜发汗利水,疏通三焦水道气机。用益 气养阴、凉血止血法治疗,常可取得良好效果。
[0004] 慢性肾炎是原发于肾小球的一组疾病,临床上以不同程度的浮肿、高血压、肾功能 损害、蛋白尿和血尿等为主要表现。有浮肿的属中医“水肿”的范围;有肾功能衰竭者则可归 属“虚劳”的范围。本病由外邪入侵,日久损伤脾肾,脾肾两虚,脾不转输,肾失开合所致,或 脾肾本虚,复感外邪而成,总以脾肾两虚为本,邪实(水湿、风邪、血瘀)为标。中医对本病有 许多治疗方法,如利水消肿、健脾固肾、活血化瘀、祛风胜湿、清热解毒等。
[0005] 足浴,属中医足疗法内容之一,也是一种常用的外治法。足浴的历史有数千年,最 早的文献记载是晋代《肘后备急方》,至今已有千余年历史。中医认为,足部是足三阴经、足 三阳经的起止点,与全身所有脏腑经络均有密切关系,用热水泡脚,可以起到调整脏腑功 能、增强体质的作用。我国有一句古话:“中药洗脚,胜吃补药”,而熏洗疗法是中国传统医学 外治疗法之一,在外治疗法中占有很重要的地位。熏洗疗法,是利用药物煎汤趁热在皮肤或 患处进行熏蒸、淋洗的治疗方法(一般先用药汤蒸气熏,待药液温时再洗)。此疗法是借助药 力和热力,通过皮肤、粘膜作用于肌体,促使腠理疏通、脉络调和、气血流畅,从而达到预防 和治疗疾病的目的。
[0006] 目前在临床实践中,很多中医建议肾炎患者使用温水泡脚,有利于血液循环、发 汗,有利于患者体内肌酐、尿素氮排出。但是发明人发现,在临床应用中,单纯的温水泡脚虽 有治疗肾炎的功效,但是治疗效果甚微。因此研究一种组方合理、效果明显的用于治疗肾炎 的中药熏洗剂成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。

[0088] 王某,男,33岁。双下肢无明显诱因出现水肿,呈凹陷性,进行性加重,感冒时水肿 明显加重。尿量减少,起病1周左右每天排尿次数减至1次。尿液偏黄色,含较多泡沫。试验前 尿常规:黄色、透明,尿蛋白+++,其它各项正常。使用本申请实施例1中的中药熏洗剂进行治 疗,一个疗程后临床症状消失,随访至今未复发。
[0089] 田某,女,42岁。无明显诱因出现乏力,自双下肢起向上开始出现非指压性的水肿, 持续10个月。试验前检查尿蛋白+++,血白蛋白25g/L,胆固醇10.9mmol/L,甘油三酯 2.8mmol/L,24h尿蛋白定量9.7g。使用本申请实施例1中的中药熏洗剂进行治疗,一个疗程 后临床症状基本缓解。
