Abstract

本发明公开了一种超导电缆表面镀锡及塑形的方法,步骤为:(1)融锡:将Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu锡料放入到化锡容器中进行融锡,温度控制在235-245℃;化锡容器的内部尺寸为50*50*180mm,内层材料使用钛合金,外层包裹保温棉以及不锈钢外壳;(2)清洗超导材料:用浓度为99.7%酒精擦洗超导缆两次;(3)刷助焊剂:待酒精挥发后,用丝绸布蘸取助焊剂轻刷在经过清洗的超导电缆表面;(4)挂锡:将待挂锡的超导缆插入到化锡容器中,放置5秒钟后取出;(5)塑形:使用模具对超导缆进行整形,得到超导电缆成品。本发明加工时间短,生产效率高,能有效地对超导材料表面进行镀锡处理和对超导缆进行整形。

一种超导电缆表面镀锡及塑形的方法
技术说明
本发明属于特种材料表面处理及模压成型的技术领域,具体涉及一种超导电缆表面镀锡及塑形的方法。
背景说明
随着超导材料应用越来越广泛,为了增大超导电缆与超导接头之间的接触面,减小接触电阻,因而需要对超导电缆进行挂锡处理,然而国内目前没有对于超导材料表面镀层及镀层过程进行控制的技术和方法,对于外形的控制也没有成熟的工艺技术。因而有必要研制一种技术用于超导材料表面镀层的过程控制及超导材料的整形。
发明内容
本发明的目的是研制一种新的超导电缆表面镀锡及轮廓整形工艺,工艺流程包括融锡、清洗超导材料、刷助焊剂、挂锡、冷却、除助焊剂、塑形。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
超导电缆表面镀锡及塑形的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)融锡:将Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu锡料放入到化锡容器中进行融锡,温度控制在235-245℃;其中化锡容器的内部尺寸为50*50*180mm,内层材料使用钛合金,外层包裹保温棉以及不锈钢外壳;
(2)清洗超导材料:用浓度为99.7%酒精擦洗超导缆两次,去除超导缆表面的杂质;
(3)刷助焊剂:待酒精挥发后用丝绸布蘸取助焊剂轻刷在经过清洗的超导电缆表面;
(4)挂锡:将待挂锡的超导缆插入到化锡容器中,放置5秒钟后取出;
(5)塑形:使用模具对超导缆进行整形,得到超导电缆成品,其中模具分为上、下两半,中间孔为超导线直径,材料使用不锈钢以杜绝对于锡料的污染。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明加工时间短,生产效率高,能有效地对超导材料表面进行镀锡处理和对超导缆进行整形,而由于整个镀锡及塑形过程采用了温度控制,特殊的助焊剂、清洗材料以及塑形工装因而不会损伤到超导材料本身,又得到了理想的外形。
具体实施方式
实施例1:超导电缆挂锡塑形的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)融锡:将Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu锡料放入到化锡容器中进行融锡,温度控制在240℃;其中化锡容器的内部尺寸为50*50*180mm,内层材料使用钛合金,外层包裹保温棉以及不锈钢外壳;
(2)清洗超导材料:用浓度为99.7%酒精擦洗超导缆两次,去除超导缆表面的杂质;
(3)刷助焊剂:待酒精挥发后用丝绸布蘸取助焊剂轻刷在经过清洗的超导电缆表面;
(4)挂锡:将待挂锡的超导缆插入到化锡容器中,放置5秒钟后取出;
(5)塑形:使用模具对超导缆进行整形,得到超导电缆成品,其中模具分为上、下两半,中间孔为超导线直径,材料使用不锈钢以杜绝对于锡料的污染。

1.超导电缆表面镀锡及塑形的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)融锡:将Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu锡料放入到化锡容器中进行融锡,温度控制在235-245℃;其中化锡容器的内部尺寸为50*50*180mm,内层材料使用钛合金,外层包裹保温棉以及不锈钢外壳;
(2)清洗超导材料:用浓度为99.7%酒精擦洗超导缆两次,去除超导缆表面的杂质;
(3)刷助焊剂:待酒精挥发后,用丝绸布蘸取助焊剂轻刷在经过清洗的超导电缆表面;
