电炉的保温装置。提供了一种结构简单，提高保温性的电炉的保温装置。包括炉体，所述炉体上部设有炉盖，所述炉体的两侧分别为炉门，所述炉门的外侧设有缓冲仓，所述炉门的上部为活动门、下部为固定门，所述活动门的下部设有折弯的嵌槽，所述固定门位于嵌槽内；所述活动门的表面设有若干气管一，若干气管一为直管且均布设置，所述气管一的管口朝下设置，所述气管一连接热风机。本发明在工作中，通过在炉体的外侧设置缓冲仓，具有保温的功能；通过对气管一充入热风，使得缓冲仓内具有热量，从而提高炉体的保温性。本发明方便加工，操作可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业电炉，尤其涉及对电炉的改进。
背景技术
电炉是用电加热实现预期工艺目的的电热设备。把炉内的电能转化为热量对工件加热的加热炉，同燃料炉比较，电炉的优点有：炉内气氛容易控制、物料加热快、加热温度高、温度容易控制等。随着现代工业技术的发展，广泛应用家庭、医药、化工、冶金、等多个领域。保温是一种科学、高效的节能技术措施，使热量的散发传导速度减慢的措施。然而，现有的电炉保温效果差，因此亟需研发一种结构完备，操作方便且保温效果好保温装置。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题，提供了一种结构简单，提高保温性的电炉的保温装置。
本发明的技术方案是：包括炉体，所述炉体上部设有炉盖，所述炉体的两侧分别为炉门，所述炉门的外侧设有缓冲仓，所述炉门的上部为活动门、下部为固定门，所述活动门的下部设有折弯的嵌槽，所述固定门位于嵌槽内；
所述活动门的表面设有若干气管一，若干气管一为直管且均布设置，所述气管一的管口朝下设置，所述气管一连接热风机。
所述活动门和缓冲仓之间设有弹簧。
所述固定门的的表面设有仓体，所述活动门上设有气管二，所述气管二连通仓体。
所述气管二连接热风机。
所述炉盖的两侧呈斜面。
本发明在工作中，通过在炉体的外侧设置缓冲仓，具有保温的功能；通过对气管一充入热风，使得缓冲仓内具有热量，从而提高炉体的保温性。本发明方便加工，操作可靠。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1-4所示，包括炉体1，所述炉体1上部设有炉盖2，所述炉体的两侧分别为炉门3，所述炉门3的外侧设有缓冲仓4，缓冲仓用于罩设炉门，进行密封；所述炉门3的上部为活动门31、下部为固定门32，所述活动门31的下部设有折弯的嵌槽310，所述固定门位于嵌槽内，保证炉体内的密封；炉门设置成活动门连接固定门，便于活动门开启，适应不同的工况要求；
所述活动门的31表面设有若干气管一5，所述水平管的管口朝向缓冲仓，便于吹风，从而便于活动门的开启动作，若干气管一5为直管且均布设置，所述气管一的管口朝下设置。
所述活动门31和缓冲仓4之间设有弹簧7，使得活动门位置相对固定，提高炉体内的密封性，需通过外力开启，同时，便于活动门的复位动作。
所述气管一5连接热风机，便于对炉体进行保温。
所述固定门32的的表面设有仓体8，所述活动门31上设有气管二6，所述气管二6连通仓体8，使得仓体直接对炉体内进行保温。
所述气管二6连接热风机。
所述炉盖2的两侧呈斜面20，形成空位，便于活动门旋转动作。

1.电炉的保温装置，包括炉体，所述炉体上部设有炉盖，其特征在于，所述炉体的两侧分别为炉门，所述炉门的外侧设有缓冲仓，所述炉门的上部为活动门、下部为固定门，所述活动门的下部设有折弯的嵌槽，所述固定门位于嵌槽内；
所述活动门的表面设有若干气管一，若干气管一为直管且均布设置，所述气管一的管口朝下设置，所述气管一连接热风机。
