本发明涉及一种双内圈8点接触式轴承;包括内圈、外圈和滚动体,所述的滚动体设立于内圈和外圈之间,其特征在于:所述的外圈为两列并排的内滚道,所述的内圈为两个,对应的安装于外圈的双滚道之下;所述的两内圈之间留有间隙。本发明的目的是:提供一种双内圈8点接触式轴承,解决重负载同时又要求平滑的轴承。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,特别涉及到一种一双内圈的轴承。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。滚动轴承一般由外圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架四部分组成,严格的说是由外圈、内圈、滚动体、保持架、密封、润滑油 六大件组成。简单来说,只要具备外圈、内圈、滚动体就可定义为为滚动轴承。对于现有技术来说,滚动轴承转动是否平滑而有力,取决于滚动体与外圈、内圈接触点位的多少,当接触点多时;其承载力必然增加;但是转动的速度则会下降,因此,市场上急需一种集负载与速动平滑于一体的轴承。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种双内圈8点接触式轴承,解决重负载同时又要求平滑的轴承。
为完成上述发明目的,本发明是这样实现的:一种双内圈8点接触式轴承,包括内圈、外圈和滚动体,所述的滚动体设立于内圈和外圈之间,其特征在于:所述的外圈为两列并排的内滚道,所述的内圈为两个,对应的安装于外圈的双滚道之下;所述的两内圈之间留有间隙。
对上述技术方案作进一步的改进和限定,所述的两内圈的外圆上设有与外圈滚道对应的外滚道。
对上述技术方案作进一步的改进,所述的内圈的外滚道与外圈的内滚道相对夹持着滚动体,该每个滚动体至少有四个点位与外滚道和内滚道接触。
对上述技术方案作进一步的改进,轴承接触角α≤60°。
对上述技术方案作进一步的改进,所述内圈与外圈之间设有防尘盖。
对上述技术方案作进一步的改进,所述内圈与外圈之间设有密封圈,密封圈外设防尘盖。
本发明的技术效果是:轴承采用双内圈双列钢球结构,单独一列钢球与轴承内圈和外圈具都有4个接触点,双内圈与外圈共有8个接触点。由于双内圈设计,两内圈的间距有一定的自由度,实现轴承8个接触点都能受力。实现既增加负荷又同时兼顾了速度。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种双内圈8点接触式轴承,包括内圈1、外圈2和滚动体6,所述的滚动体6设立于内圈1和外圈2之间,所述的外圈为两列并排的内滚道,所述的内圈为两个,对应的安装于外圈的双滚道之下;所述的两内圈之间留有间隙;所述的两内圈的外圆上设有与外圈滚道对应的外滚道。所述的内圈的外滚道与外圈的内滚道相对夹持着滚动体,该每个滚动体至少有四个点位与外滚道和内滚道接触;轴承接触角α≤60°。所述内圈与外圈之间设有防尘盖。所述内圈与外圈之间设有密封圈,密封圈4外设防尘盖3。
本发明的技术效果是:轴承采用双内圈双列钢球结构,单独一列钢球与轴承内圈和外圈具都有4个接触点,双内圈与外圈共有8个接触点。由于双内圈设计,两内圈的间距有一定的自由度,实现轴承8个接触点都能受力。实现既增加负荷又同时兼顾了速度。

1.一种双内圈8点接触式轴承,包括内圈、外圈和滚动体,所述的滚动体设立于内圈和外圈之间,其特征在于:所述的外圈为两列并排的内滚道,所述的内圈为两个,对应的安装于外圈的双滚道之下;所述的两内圈之间留有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双内圈8点接触式轴承,其特征在于:所述的两内圈的外圆上设有与外圈滚道对应的外滚道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双内圈8点接触式轴承,其特征在于:所述的内圈的外滚道与外圈的内滚道相对夹持着滚动体,该每个滚动体至少有四个点位与外滚道和内滚道接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双内圈8点接触式轴承,其特征在于:轴承接触角α≤60°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双内圈8点接触式轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈与外圈之间设有防尘盖。
