背景技术
商场地坪装修档次高,一般均是采用镜面地坪,并要求地坪具备耐磨、防滑、防水、防脚印等特点。现有技术中既美观又经济的镜面地坪较少。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种建筑用地坪,以解决上述技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种建筑用地坪,包括从下至上依次设置的混凝土层、强化层、连接层、镜面层和晶亮层;
所述强化层按重量份计包括以下组分:0.5mm石英砂15-20份、二氧化锰粉11-20份、25目白钻晶15-20份、0.5mm砂粒8-10份、活化牡蛎壳粉7-9份、白水泥15-25份、10-20mm抗碱玻璃纤维2-4份、聚羧酸减水剂0.1-0.3份;
所述连接层按重量份计包括以下组分:活化牡蛎壳粉7-9份、丁酸缩水甘油酯10-20份、二氧化锰粉15-25份、间苯二酚甲醛树脂1-5份、碳酸二正丁酯2-4份、石油磺酸钠6-8份;
所述镜面层按重量份计包括以下组分:0.5mm石英砂15-20份、环辛四烯3-5份、25目白钻晶15-20份、0.5mm水晶15-20份、白水泥15-20份、5044N胶粉0.5-1.0份、活化牡蛎壳粉15-20份、色粉15-20份;
所述晶亮层是在强化层、连接层、镜面层完全固化后,把晶亮剂喷涂在镜面层上,固化后制得。
其中,所述活化牡蛎壳粉其制备方法为:将牡蛎壳粉放入1100-1200℃高温炉中焚烧60min,然后冷却至室温,制得活化牡蛎壳粉。
其中,所述晶亮剂按重量份计包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯乳液10-30份、丙三醇3-8份、聚丙烯酸钠1-3份、磷酸三丁酯4-8份、六偏磷酸钠1-3份、乙二醇10-20份、苯甲酸钠1-3份、水40-80份。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种制备所述建筑用地坪的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混凝土层的浇筑:在浇筑混凝土后养护到完全;
(2)强化层的施工:先将强化层的各组分搅拌均匀,按水灰比0.3-0.35:1施工,摊平、整实;在强化层初凝的45分钟后,按“指压测试法”留下4-6mm印记,用撒播机按4kg/m2撒播已混合均匀的强化层材料,目测材料上层有湿料,即用抹光机摊平、整实、收光1-3次;
(3)连接层的施工:将连接层的组分混合均匀,用撒播机按6kg/m2撒播已混合均匀的连接层材料,目测材料上层有湿料,即用抹光机摊平、整实、收光1-3次;
(4)镜面层的施工:将镜面层的组分混合均匀后,按2kg/m2撒播镜面层的材料,目测镜面层材料吸收水分变湿后,再用抹光机压实、收光到表面固化,养护至完全固化后;
(5)晶亮层的施工:把晶亮剂喷涂在镜面层上,固化。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
上述方案中,本发明自制了晶亮剂,喷涂以后,地坪具有晶亮光泽,防滑、防水、耐污性好,耐久性好;另外,本发明的晶亮镜面地坪底层是强度较高的混凝土实体,还依次包括强化层、连接层、镜面层和晶化层,兼具功能性和美观性,特别适用于旧混凝土等的翻新改造,延长地坪的使用寿命,节约时间,降低成本。

(5)晶亮层的施工:把晶亮剂喷涂在镜面层上,固化。

(4)镜面层的施工:将镜面层的组分混合均匀后,按2kg/m2撒播镜面层的材料,目测镜面层材料吸收水分变湿后,再用抹光机压实、收光到表面固化,养护至完全固化后;
(5)晶亮层的施工:把晶亮剂喷涂在镜面层上,固化。
