本发明公开了一种防辐射复合无纺布,包括覆膜层和防辐射层,所述的覆膜层通过胶水与防辐射层粘结在一起,所述的防辐射层是由银纤维和纺织纤维构成,所述银纤维通过脱敏处理后,经过脱敏处理的银以离子状态聚合,银离子可牢固的与纺织纤维复合在一起,其中所述的纺织纤维占所述的无纺布的质量百分比的54%‑56%,所述的银纤维占所述的无纺布的质量百分比的44%‑46%。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,让银以离子状态聚合,实现了银离子的稳定附着,脱敏处理后的银离子可以更牢固的和纤维质结合,而且不易被氧化,优化了稳定性的银纤维面料不仅具备的长期的辐射保护能力,更重要的目的还在于更适合人体贴身穿着。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体属于一种防辐射复合无纺布。
背景技术
防辐射面料大致有五种,上面所述只是其中之一,通常叫“金属纤维防辐射面料”;除此种面料之外,市场上较流行的还有多元素面料、铜或镍离子面料、银纤维面料、单向防静电面料。金属细线采用直径在3-50微米之间的金属微丝纺成。还有采用银纤维孕妇防辐射服以贵金属银作为原材料,银是很好的导电材料,用来做孕妇防辐射服是最好不过的选择。但是银纤维孕妇防辐射服同样有不利的一面:银的性能极其活泼,很容易和其他物质反应,难以保存,因此,难以应用于工业生产银纤维。传统的银纤维采用的是纳米银附着技术,很难保证银颗粒的稳定性和均匀度,穿着时间长了银含量会掉落、氧化。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种防辐射复合无纺布,克服了现有技术的不足,让银以离子状态聚合,实现了银离子的稳定附着,脱敏处理后的银离子可以更牢固的和纤维质结合,而且不易被氧化,优化了稳定性的银纤维面料不仅具备的长期的辐射保护能力,更重要的目的还在于更适合人体贴身穿着。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种防辐射复合无纺布,包括覆膜层和防辐射层,所述的覆膜层通过胶水与防辐射层粘结在一起,所述的防辐射层是由银纤维和纺织纤维构成,所述银纤维通过脱敏处理后,经过脱敏处理的银以离子状态聚合,银离子可牢固的与纺织纤维复合在一起,其中所述的纺织纤维占所述的无纺布的质量百分比的54%-56%,所述的银纤维占所述的无纺布的质量百分比的44%-46%。
所述的覆膜层的材质为透明材质。
所述的覆膜层的厚度为0.02mm。
所述的胶水采用环氧树脂。
所述的纺织纤维占所述的无纺布的质量百分比的45%。
所述的银纤维占所述的无纺布的质量百分比的55%。
所述的纺织纤维为亚麻、棉纱和麻绳纤维。

本发明让银以离子状态聚合,实现了银离子的稳定附着,脱敏处理后的银离子可以更牢固的和纤维质结合,而且不易被氧化,优化了稳定性的银纤维面料不仅具备的长期的辐射保护能力,更重要的目的还在于更适合人体贴身穿着。
具体实施方式
实施例1一种防辐射复合无纺布,包括覆膜层和防辐射层,所述的覆膜层通过胶水与防辐射层粘结在一起,所述的防辐射层是由银纤维和纺织纤维构成,所述银纤维通过脱敏处理后,经过脱敏处理的银以离子状态聚合,银离子可牢固的与纺织纤维复合在一起,其中所述的纺织纤维占所述的无纺布的质量百分比的55%,所述的银纤维占所述的无纺布的质量百分比的45%;所述的覆膜层的材质为透明材质,覆膜层的厚度为0.02mm,所述的胶水采用环氧树脂,所述的纺织纤维为亚麻、棉纱和麻绳纤维。本发明让银以离子状态聚合,实现了银离子的稳定附着,脱敏处理后的银离子可以更牢固的和纤维质结合,而且不易被氧化,优化了稳定性的银纤维面料不仅具备的长期的辐射保护能力,更重要的目的还在于更适合人体贴身穿着。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述的覆膜层的材质为透明材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述的覆膜层的厚度为0.02mm。
