背景技术
现代社会中用于服装的布料多种多样,人们对服装布料的要求也越来越高,由于现在社会的进步,人们对于布料的需求也不仅仅是时尚、保暖,人们会去注重怎么样穿的健康,由于生活中无时无刻都存在细菌和辐射,虽然这些细菌和辐射在通常情况下不会对人产生影响,但是由于现代人经常加班,体质较差,因此容易受到细菌和辐射的影响,危害身体健康,现有的服装布料,抗菌效果差,防辐射效率低,从而影响服装的销量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供抗菌防辐射面料,具备抗菌防辐射的优点,解决了现有的服装布料,抗菌效果差,防辐射效率低,从而影响服装的销量的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:抗菌防辐射面料,包括面料本体,其特征在于:所述面料本体包括基布层,所述基布层的顶部固定连接有防辐射层,所述防辐射层的顶部固定连接有透气层,所述透气层的顶部固定连接有抗菌层,所述面料本体的顶部固定连接有装饰物,所述基布层的底部固定连接有保暖层,所述保暖层的底部固定连接有贴合层。
优选的,所述基布层采用棉纱或棉与棉型化纤混纺纱线纺织而成,且含棉量达百分之七十以上,所述防辐射层采用银纤维和不锈钢金属纤维编织而成,且银纤维和不锈钢金属纤维的配比为:。
优选的,所述透气层采用竹纤维材质,竹纤维是把竹子中的纤维素提取出来,再经制胶、纺丝工序制造而生成的再生纤维素纤维,所述抗菌层采用纳米银材质,纳米银粒径大多在纳米左右,对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,具备很好的抗菌防臭的效果。
优选的,所述保暖层采用天丝纤维与羊毛纤维编织而成,厚度为0.2-0.4mm,所述贴合层采用蚕丝材质,极具亲肤性。
优选的,所述装饰物可以起到修饰美化面料,还可以起到点缀和衬托使用者的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过基布层、防辐射层、透气层、抗菌层、保暖层和贴合层的配合使用,具备抗菌防辐射的优点,解决了现有的服装布料,抗菌效果差,防辐射效率低,从而影响服装的销量的问题。
2、本发明通过设置基布层,能够提高面料本体的穿着时的舒适度,通过设置防辐射层,能够有效的提高面料本体的防辐射性,给使用者带来健康的身体,通过设置透气层,能够有效的提高面料本体的透气性,避免穿着时面料不透气,给使用者带来不愉快的穿着体验,通过设置抗菌层,能够有效的提高面料本体的抗菌效果,通过设置保暖层,能够有效的提高面料本体的保暖性,通过设置贴合层,能够提高穿着时面料本体与身体接触时的亲肤感。

3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防辐射面料,其特征在于:所述透气层(4)采用竹纤维材质,竹纤维是把竹子中的纤维素提取出来,再经制胶、纺丝工序制造而生成的再生纤维素纤维,所述抗菌层(5)采用纳米银材质,纳米银粒径大多在25纳米左右,对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,具备很好的抗菌防臭的效果。
