Abstract
本发明涉及一种液压助力转向系统不解体清洗剂,化学配方组份按重量配比如下:聚α烯烃PAO基础油:16—92组份;OCP:2‑‑16.8组份;双烯基丁二酰亚胺:4.2—35组份;多环叔丁基酚:0.1‑‑9.8组份;硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐:0.7—37.8组份;二烷基二硫代磷酸钙盐:7.1—22.9组份;二甲基硅油:0.2‑‑4.8组份,本发明实现了对液压助力转向系统快速清洗,在15‑30分钟内完成清洗,能够一次清洗解决40000公里内形成的油泥胶质物,清洗时对油泥胶质物能够分解悬浮并被过滤掉,对于橡胶和塑料部件不产生腐蚀,加入后与转向油完全溶合,不产生析出,加入后能够补偿被破坏的抗磨和抗极压保护功能,避免产生过度摩擦与磨损,能避免在清洗过程中产生气泡,避免造成转向异响。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车维修保养用专业特殊化学品,特别涉及一种汽车液压助力转向系统不解体清洗剂。
背景技术
汽车在正常使用过程中,其液压助力转向系统内部会产生油泥等胶质物,液压助力转向油在规定的换油里程或时间内会不断的被氧化、酸化,转向油颜色逐渐变黑,酸化后的难闻气味越来越浓,被氧化和酸化的油泥逐渐变稠并粘附在转向机齿轮齿条上、叶片助力泵的叶片或齿轮泵的齿轮或柱塞泵柱塞及其腔体金属表面、以及系统油路管件等机械部件的内表面。液压助力转向系统内胶质物日积月累,形成量越来越多,胶质物能使转向油的正常循环流动变差,造成转矩阻力大,转向困难,特别是中国北方的冬季尤其明显,直接更换后的新助力转向油,加入后立即被污染,其性能大幅快速降低,现在汽车使用过程中,液压助力转向系统的保养被严重忽视,绝大部分修理厂不按汽车制造厂家规定的时间、里程换油,甚至不换,仅添加新油补充到规定的数值。
目前的汽车助力转向系统不解体清洗剂只关注于清洗能力,不关注产品对助力转向油和助力转向系统的副作用,主要存在以下几种缺陷:目前的清洗剂加入后不能与助力转向油完全溶合,会在特定条件下折出(如低温等);目前的清洗剂加入后会腐蚀液压助力转向系统的橡胶和塑料部件,特别是聚丙烯酸脂橡胶部分;目前的清洗剂加入后腐蚀金属,特别是有色金属;目前的清洗剂加入后会破坏原有的保护油膜,在清洗过程中甚至加重摩擦与磨损。
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种液压助力转向系统不解体清洗剂,该清洗剂可在不解体汽车液压助力转向系统的情况下快速彻底、安全无腐蚀的清洗整个系统胶质物等污垢。
发明内容
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种液压助力转向系统不解体清洗剂,其特征在于,化学配方组份按重量配比如下:聚α烯烃PAO基础油:16—92组份;OCP:2--16.8组份;双烯基丁二酰亚胺:4.2—35组份;多环叔丁基酚:0.1--9.8组份;硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐:0.7—37.8组份; 二烷基二硫代磷酸钙盐:7.1—22.9组份;二甲基硅油:0.2--4.8组份
本发明有几个方面的独特之处:1、采用了独特的组份配比;2、采用了无灰分散剂双烯基丁二酰亚胺和清净剂硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐配伍组;3、采用了多环叔丁基酚抗氧化剂;4、采用了同时具有抗磨和抗极压的二烷基二硫代磷酸钙盐;5、采用了二甲基硅油消泡剂。
本发明实现了下列的优点:1、快速清洗,在15-30分钟内完成清洗;2、效果好,能够一次清洗解决40000公里内形成的油泥胶质物;3、能够将油泥胶质物分解悬浮并过滤掉;4、对于橡胶和塑料部件不产生腐蚀;5、加入后与转向油完全溶合,不产生析出;6、加入后能够补偿被破坏的抗磨、抗极压和抗氧化保护功能,避免产生过度摩擦与磨损;7、复配有消泡剂,避免在清洗过程中产生气泡,避免造成转向异响。
本发明清洗剂在不解体液压助力转向系统的情况下,加入液压助力转向系统转向油中。在液压助力转向系统工作过程中与转向油一起循环,清洗附着在转向机齿轮齿条、管路和助力泵等部件内表面的油泥胶质物,快速、安全、无腐蚀。

实施例1
本实施例所述的液压助力转向系统不解体清洗剂,其特征在于化学组份按重量配比如下:
聚α烯烃PAO基础油:70.1组份;OCP:8.8组份;双烯基丁二酰亚胺:5.7组份;多环叔丁基酚:3.1组份;硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐:1.9组份;二烷基二硫代磷酸钙盐:10.1组份;二甲基硅油:0.3组份。
本实施例所述的液压助力转向系统不解体清洗剂的配置方法是:
1、将反应釜温度加热保持在50℃;
2、加入一半组份基础油和OCP,搅拌2小时;
3、依次加入剩余配比原料,并保持搅拌;
4、每种原料添加间隔15分钟;
5、原料添加完毕后保持搅拌2小时。

本实施例所述的液压助力转向系统不解体清洗剂的配置方法是:
1、将反应釜温度加热保持在50℃;
2、加入一半组份基础油和OCP,搅拌2小时;

2.一种液压助力转向系统不解体清洗剂,其特征在于化学组份按重量配比如下:聚α烯烃PAO基础油:69.1组份;OCP:7.5组份;双烯基丁二酰亚胺:9.2组份;多环叔丁基酚:1.7组份;硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐:1.9组份;二烷基二硫代磷酸钙盐:10.2组份;二甲基硅油:0.4组份。
