Abstract

Description

用于将保护管紧固至受保护元件的方法及保护管
本申请是于2011年3月17日提交的名称为“保护管”的发明专利申请2011800141790的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护管,尤其用于保护线缆,所述保护管被紧固在受保护元件的一端、两端或者紧固在所述元件的整个长度上。
背景技术
在现有技术中,在细长元件(例如汽车线缆)上使用保护管是已知的。
这些保护管由编织或针织在一起的许多根线组成,以使得这些管提供合适的机械保护和热保护。
安装这些保护管遇到的一个问题是随时间的推移这些管可能相对于其保护的细长元件移动。
解决该问题的一个方案例如在专利EP-A-0 784 181中描述。该专利描述了一种编织的护套套筒,该护套套筒在所述护套的一个扩张端的丝之间包括一定量的粘合剂,且被热收缩塑料材料制成的接头所围绕。
为了确保将扩张端紧固至受保护元件,一个成形心轴必须被放置且热施加至所述端,使得粘合剂熔化且接头被紧固。
该护套的缺点是除了护套本身、接头之外,还需要额外的元件,以允许护套被紧固至受保护元件,这会带来额外的成本。
因此,明显需要一种能够以更快速和更简单的方式紧固至受保护元件,而不需要包含不构成保护管本身一部分的元件的保护管。
发明内容
通过发明的保护管,解决了前述的缺陷,呈现下文描述的进一步的优势。
本发明的保护管包括编织或交织在一起的多根线,其特征在于,所述线的至少一部分包括热熔材料,换句话说,存在下列选择:
-所有线或一些线被涂覆或浸渍在热熔材料中;
-一些线完全由热熔材料制成,其也可浸渍在所述材料中。
由于该特性,为了将保护管完全或部分地接合至受保护元件,不需要使用任何额外的元件。
根据第一实施方案,所述线的至少一部分浸渍有所述热熔材料。优选地,所有线浸渍有热熔材料。在这些情形中,所述热熔材料优选地是热熔树脂或热熔粘合剂,或任何合适的材料。例如,所述热熔树脂或热熔粘合剂可以是聚氨酯基的粘合剂。
根据一个替代实施方案,所述线的至少一部分由热熔材料制成。在该情形中,所述热熔材料是具有低熔点的合成橡胶、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酰胺或聚酯。
具体实施方式
下文通过非限制性实施例描述本发明的保护管的优选实施方案。
根据第一实施方案,本发明的保护管是按照下列参数制造的编织的线管:
-线轴数:32;
-每个线轴的线:2;
-密度:每3厘米25个针脚
-线类型:PET单丝、0.22mm、黑色;
-用于精整的树脂类型:具有聚氨酯基并处于含水介质(40%固体成分)中的热活化粘合剂,以名称Morchem 5152HR售卖;
-精整过程:通过浸没;
-应用模型:在直径8mm的聚酰胺汽油管上,浸渍的罩在炉子中在150℃下被应用和干燥30秒;
-结果:管被紧固至汽油管。
根据第二实施方案,本发明的保护管可以使用编织机器以下列方式执行:
1)3个0.22mm PET聚酯的锭头和1个0.18mm热熔线的锭头;和/或
2)3个0.22mm PET聚酯的锭头。
所有梭心可以是按照选择1),或者是25%按照选择1),剩余75%按照选择2),或者其任意组合。
保护管的材料可以是聚酯或者具有聚酰胺的任何其他塑料材料。
必须指出,本发明的保护管可以在圆形打褶机、圆形整经机、编织机和织布机上使用编织、经编、缝合打褶或织物织造技术来制造。
另外,线的材料可以是任意塑料纤维,例如聚酰胺或聚酯。
用于对管进行加热和收缩的方法可以是任何常规方法,例如通过热空气、红外束辐射、热辐射等。
还应指出,本发明的保护管和受保护元件之间的接头可位于保护管的一个端部、两个端部或者在所述保护管的整个长度上。
尽管已参考本发明的具体实施方案,但是对于本领域技术人员明显的是,在不偏离由所附权利要求限定的保护范围的情况下,可对所描述的保护管进行各种变化和改型,且所提及的所有细节可有其他技术等价物所替换。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于将保护管紧固至受保护元件的方法,包括以下步骤:
-提供具有多根聚酰胺或聚酯的编织或交织的线的保护管,其中所述线的至少一部分包括和/或浸渍在热熔材料中,并且其中所述热熔材料是:
-热熔树脂,所述热熔树脂是聚氨酯基的粘合剂;或者
-具有低熔点的合成橡胶、聚乙烯或聚丙烯;
-将所述保护管围绕所述受保护元件放置;以及
-加热所述保护管,由此使热熔材料熔化并使所述保护管紧固至所述受保护元件,从而使得所述保护管接合至所述受保护元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中加热所述保护管导致所述保护管的收缩并且在加热的区域处接合至所述受保护元件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述加热的区域是所述保护管的一个端部、两个端部或者在所述保护管的整个长度上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述受保护元件是线缆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述受保护元件是管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中加热所述保护管的步骤包括应用热空气。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中加热所述保护管的步骤包括应用红外束辐射。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中加热所述保护管的步骤包括应用热辐射。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中加热所述保护管的步骤包括在炉子中干燥所述保护管。
10.一种用于受保护元件的保护管,包括多根聚酰胺或聚酯的编织或交织的线,其中所述线的至少一部分包括和/或浸渍在热熔材料中,并且其中所述热熔材料是:
-热熔树脂,所述热熔树脂是聚氨酯基的粘合剂;或者
-具有低熔点的合成橡胶、聚乙烯或聚丙烯;
其中所述保护管适于根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的方法被接合至所述受保护元件,而不需要使用任何额外的元件。
