Abstract
本发明公开了一种TPE包胶注塑工艺,采用二次注塑工艺或采用双色或多色注塑机一次成型。所述二次注塑工艺包括以下步骤:(1)先将PP、ABS、PC或PA硬质材料成型;(2)然后将注塑好的硬质塑胶件固定在包胶模具上;(3)再将TPE在170‑250℃的温度范围内注塑到硬胶件上,即成。所述双色或多色注塑机一次成型工艺包括以下步骤:先注塑PP、ABS、PC、PA硬质材料,再注塑TPE。本发明提高了材料制品的缓冲性、舒适性,有机的结合了TPE的软质特性和PP、ABS、PC、PA的硬质特性;TPE有优越的触摸手感和止滑性,PP、ABS、PC、PA等硬质材料有较好的按摩功能及塑形性,二者的结合应用于防滑垫、地垫和隔水垫,有效的解决了全部是软质的或全部是硬质的缺陷。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,具体是一种TPE包胶注塑工艺。
背景技术
TPE包胶,顾名思义,就是将TPE软胶材料包胶到其他材料上。一般采用的加工方法有双色注塑机一次成型,或者用一般的注塑机,采用包胶模具,分二次注塑成型。
TPE材料是热塑性弹性体的通称,英文全称Thermoplastic Elastomer。是一类兼具橡胶弹性及塑料挺性的功能性材料,可直接注塑挤出成型。一般应用包胶的TPE材料指的是TPE-S即聚苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体,是以SEBS或者SBS弹性体为基材复合改性获得的热塑性工程塑料。TPE-S类弹性体在弹性体业界一般也称为TPE或者TPR。
TPE包胶射粘有真包胶及假包胶之区分。真包胶是利用软胶与硬胶在软化熔融时的相容性(相容性主要取决于材料的溶解度参数SP,溶解度参数越接近,则两种材料相容性越好(关于溶解度SP的知识详见高分子化学),在硬胶与软胶接触面形成一层粘结层,大大提升TPE软胶与硬质塑胶的包胶粘合性。假包胶则几乎不涉及到两种材料的相容性,材料的包胶是通过机械力,通过模具和制品之设计以及表面处理,通过箍嵌作用,使得软胶与硬胶能接合在一起。
TPE包胶射粘一般采用二次注塑工艺,即将已注塑好的硬质塑胶件固定在包胶模具上,再在合适的温度下将TPE软胶注塑射粘到硬胶件上,并经冷却得到制品。包胶射粘的注塑温度依据包胶的硬胶材料而不同。因温度要考虑到让硬胶和TPE软胶两种材料都要软化,才能促使两种材料在接触面达到一定的相容。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种TPE包胶注塑工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种TPE包胶注塑工艺,采用二次注塑工艺或采用双色或多色注塑机一次成型。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述二次注塑工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)先将PP、ABS、PC或PA硬质材料成型;
(2)然后将注塑好的硬质塑胶件固定在包胶模具上;
(3)再将TPE在170-250℃的温度范围内注塑到硬胶件上,即成。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤(3)中所述TPE在170-190℃的温度范围内注塑到PP硬质塑胶件上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤(3)中所述TPE在200-220℃的温度范围内注塑到ABS硬质塑胶件上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤(3)中所述TPE在210-240℃的温度范围内注塑到PC硬质塑胶件上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤(3)中所述TPE在230-250℃的温度范围内注塑到PA硬质塑胶件上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述双色或多色注塑机一次成型工艺包括以下步骤:先注塑PP、ABS、PC、PA硬质材料,再注塑TPE。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提高了材料制品的缓冲性、舒适性,有机的结合了TPE的软质特性和PP、ABS、PC、PA的硬质特性;TPE有优越的触摸手感和止滑性,PP、ABS、PC、PA等硬质材料有较好的按摩功能及塑形性,二者的结合应用于防滑垫、地垫和隔水垫,有效的解决了全部是软质的或全部是硬质的缺陷。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种TPE包胶注塑工艺,采用二次注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将PP硬质材料成型;
(2)然后将注塑好的硬质塑胶件固定在包胶模具上;
(3)再将TPE在170-190℃的温度范围内注塑到硬胶件上,即成。
实施例2
本发明实施例中,一种TPE包胶注塑工艺,采用二次注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将ABS硬质材料成型;
(2)然后将注塑好的硬质塑胶件固定在包胶模具上;
(3)再将TPE在200-220℃的温度范围内注塑到硬胶件上,即成。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种TPE包胶注塑工艺,采用二次注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将PC硬质材料成型;
(2)然后将注塑好的硬质塑胶件固定在包胶模具上;
(3)再将TPE在210-240℃的温度范围内注塑到硬胶件上,即成。
实施例4
本发明实施例中,一种TPE包胶注塑工艺,采用二次注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将PA硬质材料成型;
(2)然后将注塑好的硬质塑胶件固定在包胶模具上;
(3)再将TPE在230-250℃的温度范围内注塑到硬胶件上,即成。
实施例5
本发明实施例中,一种TPE包胶注塑工艺,采用双色或多色注塑机一次成型,包括以下步骤:先注塑PP、ABS、PC、PA等硬质材料,再注塑TPE。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (7)
1.一种TPE包胶注塑工艺,其特征在于,采用二次注塑工艺或采用双色或多色注塑机一次成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的TPE包胶注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述二次注塑工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)先将PP、ABS、PC或PA硬质材料成型;
(2)然后将注塑好的硬质塑胶件固定在包胶模具上;
(3)再将TPE在170-250℃的温度范围内注塑到硬胶件上,即成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的TPE包胶注塑工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述TPE在170-190℃的温度范围内注塑到PP硬质塑胶件上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的TPE包胶注塑工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述TPE在200-220℃的温度范围内注塑到ABS硬质塑胶件上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的TPE包胶注塑工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述TPE在210-240℃的温度范围内注塑到PC硬质塑胶件上。
6.根据权利要求2所述的TPE包胶注塑工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述TPE在230-250℃的温度范围内注塑到PA硬质塑胶件上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的TPE包胶注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述双色或多色注塑机一次成型工艺包括以下步骤:先注塑PP、ABS、PC、PA硬质材料,再注塑TPE。
