技术领域
本发明涉及石英石加工生产设备领域，具体涉及一种石英石复色板制造装置。
背景技术
在人造石英石板材行业中，复色板制造是指用两种或两种以上不同的熟料经混合均匀后，压制成石英石毛板的一个工艺制造过程，以含两种颜色的双色板为例，其基本工艺流程如下：分别按照配方要求，将颗粒和含色浆的树脂搅拌成A料和B料；按照配方要求，分别对A料和B料称重，将A料和B料分成若干等分；将A料筛分到一个配料斗内，随后将B料筛分到同一配料斗内；将含A、B料的配料斗内原材料混合均匀后进行二次筛分；二次筛分后的原材料进入压制工艺，传统工艺过程，搅拌、称重、筛分等过程，原材料需要在不同的配料斗中转运，混料配料斗的周转依据周转车等设备，称重好的物料需要人工搬运到配料斗内，物料和配料斗多次转运费时费力，降低石英石复色板生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，而提供一种结构简单、运行可靠、成本低、经济性好的石英石复色板制造装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种石英石复色板制造装置，它包括搅拌机A、搅拌机B、固定盘和固定板，所述的搅拌机A的出口连接有溜斗A，所述的溜斗A的下部设置有支架A，所述的支架A的底部设置有称重器A，所述的搅拌机B的出口连接有溜斗B，所述的溜斗B的下部设置有支架B，所述的支架B的底部设置有称重器B，所述的固定盘为圆形，所述的固定盘沿圆周侧壁设置有立板，所述的固定板上设置有减速电机，所述的减速电机的输出轴通过联轴器连接有转盘，所述的转盘的下部设置有三个规格一致的转轴。
所述的固定盘的侧壁设置有溜斗C。
所述的立板上设置有开口。
所述的开口处设置有可以活动的挡板。
所述的转轴上设置有叶片。
所述的溜斗A、溜斗B、溜斗C和水平面的夹角均为30°。
