一种门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法
技术领域
本发明涉及门窗铝型材表面处理的技术领域,具体是涉及一种门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法。
背景技术
现有铝合金型材品种很多,但是其中颜色比较单一,现有的门窗铝型材是将已喷涂或者未喷涂的铝合金型材进行切割后,进行喷漆处理,对于已喷涂的铝合金型材进行切割后制备的门窗铝型材颜色不能满足大多数家装的需求,在切割处容易掉色,另外现有的铝合金型材喷涂后表面不能进行冲压,冲压后容易掉色变形,大多数采用在铝合金型材制备过程中进行冲压后喷涂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法,该门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法通过未喷涂的铝合金型材进行切割后,进行粉末静电喷涂、烤漆、冷却和冲压,不仅使门窗铝型材在冲压时不掉色,色彩富有美感,而且可以提高门窗铝型材的强度,减少生产工艺流程,降低设备成本。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法,其步骤如下:
1)切割;将未喷涂的铝合金型材按照比例进行切割形成门窗铝型材;
2)门窗铝型材表面清洁处理;采用除油脱蜡液清洗去除门窗铝型材表面的油脂,然后用清水冲洗至表面呈中性;
3)钝化处理:向门窗铝型材表面喷淋钝化液,使门窗铝型材表面形成一定厚度的钝化膜;
4)干燥:将表面钝化的门窗铝型材置于干燥炉内干燥;
5)静电喷涂:在门窗铝型材内套入凸模模具,然后送入静电喷涂机内,采用静电喷涂工艺向门窗铝型材的钝化膜上喷涂粉末涂料,粉末涂料的厚度为0.06~0.08mm;
6)烤漆:将喷涂粉末涂料的门窗铝型材送入烘烤箱中,烘烤箱对铝带进行烘烤,烘烤箱内的温度设置为160℃~180℃,门窗铝型材通过烤箱的时间为30~120秒;
7)冲压:将高温的门窗铝型材冷却到38℃~50℃,然后送入到压模机中进行冲压处理。
进一步,在步骤3)中,所述钝化液为90~120g/L的铬酸液溶液,所述喷淋工艺为:喷淋压力为0.1~0.2MPa,喷淋时间为60-90min;所述钝化膜厚度为0.03~0.05mm。
进一步,在步骤5)中,所述静电喷涂的工艺条件为:喷涂电压45~55Kv,压缩空气压力为0.3~0.5MPa,喷涂角度为60~90度。
进一步,在步骤6)中,在冲压之前进行贴膜,贴膜时铝带的表面温度设置为60℃~80℃。
进一步,在步骤6)中,冲压时,铝带表面的压力设置为40~50bar。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法通过未喷涂的铝合金型材进行切割后,进行粉末静电喷涂、烤漆、冷却和冲压,不仅使门窗铝型材在冲压时不掉色,色彩富有美感,而且可以提高门窗铝型材的强度,减少生产工艺流程,降低设备成本。
2、本发明门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法通过低温热压,相比较单边冷压,铝型材表面的强度提高了10~15%。
具体实施方式
本发明一种门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法,其步骤如下:
1)切割;将未喷涂的铝合金型材按照比例进行切割形成门窗铝型材;
2)门窗铝型材表面清洁处理;采用除油脱蜡液清洗去除门窗铝型材表面的油脂,然后用清水冲洗至表面呈中性;
3)钝化处理:向门窗铝型材表面喷淋钝化液,使门窗铝型材表面形成一定厚度的钝化膜,所述钝化液为90~120g/L的铬酸液溶液,所述喷淋工艺为:喷淋压力为0.1~0.2MPa,喷淋时间为60-90min;所述钝化膜厚度为0.03~0.05mm;
4)干燥:将表面钝化的门窗铝型材置于干燥炉内干燥;
5)静电喷涂:在门窗铝型材内套入凸模模具,然后送入静电喷涂机内,采用静电喷涂工艺向门窗铝型材的钝化膜上喷涂粉末涂料,粉末涂料的厚度为0.06~0.08mm,所述静电喷涂的工艺条件为:喷涂电压45~55Kv,压缩空气压力为0.3~0.5MPa,喷涂角度为60~90度;
6)烤漆:将喷涂粉末涂料的门窗铝型材送入烘烤箱中,烘烤箱对铝带进行烘烤,烘烤箱内的温度设置为160℃~180℃,门窗铝型材通过烤箱的时间为30~120秒,该烤箱温度参数与涂漆厚度参数设定,有利于将漆层附在铝带上,避免铝带在高温变形,使漆层内含有一定的水份,便于冲压时涂漆沿着冲压方向进行变形,避免掉漆和崩漆;
7)冲压:将高温的门窗铝型材冷却到38℃~50℃,然后送入到压模机中进行冲压处理,该工艺通过低温热压,通过凸模和凹模冲压成型、相比较冷压,门窗铝型材的强度提高了10~15%,另外可以避免花形出现弹性形变,在冲压之前进行贴膜,贴膜时铝带的表面温度设置为60℃~70℃,该工艺有利于贴膜紧密的贴附在门窗铝型材上,冲压时,门窗铝型材表面的压力设置为40~50bar,该压力参数、温度参数、烤箱温度参数以及涂漆厚度参数的设置,避免了现有先涂漆后冲压出现的掉漆、崩漆的现象,与先冲压后涂漆相比,工艺更简单,更节省漆料,涂漆表面更美观,避免了冲压处与其周边存在较大的色差。
最后说明的是,以上优选实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管通过上述优选实施例已经对本发明进行了详细的描述,但本领域技术人员应当理解,可以在形式上和细节上对其作出各种各样的改变,而不偏离本发明权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法,其特征在于:其步骤如下:
1)切割;将未喷涂的铝合金型材按照比例进行切割形成门窗铝型材;
2)门窗铝型材表面清洁处理;采用除油脱蜡液清洗去除门窗铝型材表面的油脂,然后用清水冲洗至表面呈中性;
3)钝化处理:向门窗铝型材表面喷淋钝化液,使门窗铝型材表面形成一定厚度的钝化膜;
4)干燥:将表面钝化的门窗铝型材置于干燥炉内干燥;
5)静电喷涂:在门窗铝型材内套入凸模模具,然后送入静电喷涂机内,采用静电喷涂工艺向门窗铝型材的钝化膜上喷涂粉末涂料,粉末涂料的厚度为0.06~0.08mm;
6)烤漆:将喷涂粉末涂料的门窗铝型材送入烘烤箱中,烘烤箱对铝带进行烘烤,烘烤箱内的温度设置为160℃~180℃,门窗铝型材通过烤箱的时间为10~15分钟;
7)冲压:将高温的门窗铝型材冷却到55℃~60℃,然后送入到压模机中进行冲压处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法,其特征在于:在步骤3)中,所述钝化液为90~120g/L的铬酸液溶液,所述喷淋工艺为:喷淋压力为0.1~0.2MPa,喷淋时间为60-90min;所述钝化膜厚度为0.03~0.05mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法,其特征在于:在步骤5)中,所述静电喷涂的工艺条件为:喷涂电压45~55Kv,压缩空气压力为0.3~0.5MPa,喷涂角度为60~90度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法,其特征在于:在步骤6)中,在冲压之前进行贴膜,贴膜时铝带的表面温度设置为60℃~80℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗铝型材表面粉末静电喷涂方法,其特征在于:在步骤6)中,冲压时,铝带表面的压力设置为40~50bar。
