Abstract
本发明公开了一种袋式除尘器高强度滤料,它包括迎尘面以及净气面。所述迎尘面采用连续玄武石纤维材料层,其纤维直径为10‑30μm,体积密度为0.20‑0.35g/m3;所述净气面采用PPS纤维材料层,其纤维直径为15‑45μm,体积密度为0.50‑0.65g/m3。本发明是通过高温热压将迎尘面、净气面粘合在一起,本发明滤料拉伸断裂强度高,过滤效率高,同时耐高温性、耐腐蚀性、耐折性、耐磨性好,寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滤料,尤其涉及一种袋式除尘器高强度滤料。
背景技术
玄武岩纤维是采用单组份矿物原料熔制而成的一种高性能无机纤维,外表呈光滑的圆柱状,其截面呈完整的圆形。玄武岩连续纤维具有较高的拉伸强度、耐高温,弹性模量高,优异的耐化学腐蚀性能等优点。
PPS纤维比起常规纤维具有更优良的耐热性和热稳定性。它在高温下具有优良的强度、刚性及耐疲劳性,可在200~240℃下连续使用,在低于400℃的空气或氮气中较稳定,基本无重量损失。其耐化学腐蚀性与号称“塑料之王”的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)相近,能抵抗酸、碱、氯烃、烃类、酮、醇、醋等化学品的侵蚀,在200℃下不溶于任何化学溶剂。同时具有优异的阻燃性能,限氧指数(LOI)为34%,在火焰上能燃烧,但不会滴落,且离火自熄,发烟率低于卤化聚合物。
目前对于袋式除尘器中的过滤,主要采用玻璃纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维(芳纶)、聚酰亚胺纤维(P84)等纤维制成的过滤材料,不同程度的存在着过滤材料被腐蚀、过滤精度低、使用寿命短等问题,已经不能充分满足过滤的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种拉伸断裂强度高,过滤效率高,同时耐高温性、耐腐蚀性、耐折性、耐磨性好,寿命长的袋式除尘器高强度滤料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种袋式除尘器高强度滤料,它包括迎尘面以及净气面;所述迎尘面采用连续玄武石纤维材料层,其纤维直径为10-30μm,体积密度为0.20-0.35g/m3;所述净气面采用PPS纤维材料层,其纤维直径为15-45μm,体积密度为0.50-0.65g/m3。
进一步的,所述迎尘面与净气面之间通过高温热压粘合在一起;所述高温热压的温度为400-500度,压力为1.5-1.7MPa。
再进一步的,所述迎尘面与净气面在高温热压粘合之前还进行热清洗处理;所述热清洗处理的温度为200-300度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过高温热压将迎尘面与净气面粘合在一起,同时在高温热压之前进行热清洗处理,有效的去除纤维表面的残留物,保证滤料强力不受损;本发明滤料拉伸断裂强度高,过滤效率高,同时耐高温性、耐腐蚀性、耐折性、耐磨性好,寿命长。
具体实施方式
具体实施例1:一种袋式除尘器高强度滤料,它包括迎尘面以及净气面;迎尘面采用连续玄武石纤维材料层,其纤维直径为10μm,体积密度为0.20g/m3;净气面采用PPS纤维材料层,其纤维直径为15μm,体积密度为0.50g/m3。
迎尘面与净气面之间通过高温热压粘合在一起;其高温热压的温度为400度,压力为1.5MPa。再进一步的,在高温热压粘合之前还进行热清洗处理;所述热清洗处理的温度为200度。
具体实施例2:一种袋式除尘器高强度滤料,它包括迎尘面以及净气面;迎尘面采用连续玄武石纤维材料层,其纤维直径为20μm,体积密度为0.3g/m3;净气面采用PPS纤维材料层,其纤维直径为25μm,体积密度为0.6g/m3。
迎尘面与净气面之间通过高温热压粘合在一起;其高温热压的温度为450度,压力为1.6MPa。再进一步的,在高温热压粘合之前还进行热清洗处理;所述热清洗处理的温度为250度。
具体实施例3:一种袋式除尘器高强度滤料,它包括迎尘面以及净气面;迎尘面采用连续玄武石纤维材料层,其纤维直径为30μm,体积密度为0.35g/m3;净气面采用PPS纤维材料层,其纤维直径为45μm,体积密度为0.65g/m3。
迎尘面与净气面之间通过高温热压粘合在一起;其高温热压的温度为500度,压力为1.7MPa。再进一步的,在高温热压粘合之前还进行热清洗处理;所述热清洗处理的温度为300度。

1.一种袋式除尘器高强度滤料,它包括迎尘面以及净气面,其特征在于:所述迎尘面采用连续玄武石纤维材料层,其纤维直径为10-30μm,体积密度为0.20-0.35g/m3;所述净气面采用PPS纤维材料层,其纤维直径为15-45μm,体积密度为0.50-0.65g/m3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种袋式除尘器高强度滤料,其特征在于:所述迎尘面与净气面之间通过高温热压粘合在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种袋式除尘器高强度滤料,其特征在于:所述高温热压的温度为400-500度,压力为1.5-1.7MPa。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种袋式除尘器高强度滤料,其特征在于:所述迎尘面与净气面在高温热压粘合之前还进行热清洗处理。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种袋式除尘器高强度滤料,其特征在于:所述热清洗处理的温度为200-300度。
