本发明公开了一种透气效果佳的袋式除尘器滤料,它包括基布层以及分别设置在基布层两面的迎尘面、净气面。所述基布层采用玻璃纤维材料层,基布层的规格可为6d‑10d,基布层的经向强力为≥ 1600N(50mm×200mm),纬向强力层为≥ 1500N(50mm×200mm);所述迎尘面采用PPS纤维材料层,迎尘面的规格可为3d‑8d,迎尘面的经向强力≥1200N(50mm×200mm),纬向强力层为≥ 1300N(50mm×200mm);所述净气面采用聚四氟乙烯材料层,净气面的规格可为5d‑7d,净气面经向强力为≥ 1000N(50mm×200mm),纬向强力层为≥ 800N(50mm×200mm)。本发明的滤料提高过滤精度,提高滤料的透气程度,同时拉伸断裂强度高,耐高温,耐腐蚀,寿命长。

Description

一种透气效果佳的袋式除尘器滤料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滤料,尤其涉及一种透气效果佳的袋式除尘器滤料。
背景技术
玻璃纤维滤布,具有过滤性能好,阻力小,化学稳定性好,耐高温,不吸湿和价格便宜等优点。中碱玻璃纤维圆筒形滤布,广泛地用于水泥、冶炼、炭黑和农药等工业的气体净化中。玻璃纤维滤布的过滤效率低于天然、合成纤维滤料。
PPS纤维比起常规纤维具有更优良的耐热性和热稳定性。它在高温下具有优良的强度、刚性及耐疲劳性,可在200~240℃下连续使用,在低于400℃的空气或氮气中较稳定,基本无重量损失。其耐化学腐蚀性与号称“塑料之王”的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)相近,能抵抗酸、碱、氯烃、烃类、酮、醇、醋等化学品的侵蚀,在200℃下不溶于任何化学溶剂。同时具有优异的阻燃性能,限氧指数(LOI)为34%,在火焰上能燃烧,但不会滴落,且离火自熄,发烟率低于卤化聚合物。
聚四氟乙烯纤维是由聚四氟乙烯(见氟树脂)为原料,经纺丝或制成薄膜后切割或原纤化而制得的一种合成纤维聚四氟乙烯纤维强度17.7~18.5cN/dtex,延伸率25%~50%。在其分子结构中,氟原子体积较氢原子大,氟碳键的结合力也强,起了保护整个碳-碳主链的作用,使聚四氟乙烯纤维化学稳定性极好,耐腐蚀性优于其他合成纤维品种;纤维表面有蜡感,摩擦系数小;实际使用温度120~180℃;还具有较好的耐气候性和抗挠曲性,但染色性与导热性差,耐磨性也不好,热膨胀系数大,易产生静电。聚四氟乙烯纤维主要用作高温粉尘滤袋、耐强腐蚀性的过滤气体或液体的滤材、泵和阀的填料、密封带、自润滑轴承、制碱用全氟离子交换膜的增强材料以及火箭发射台的苫布等。
目前对于袋式除尘器中的过滤,主要采用玻璃纤维、聚苯硫醚纤维(PPS)、芳香族聚酰胺纤维(芳纶)、聚酰亚胺纤维(P84)等纤维制成的过滤材料,不同程度的存在着过滤材料被腐蚀、过滤精度低、使用寿命短等问题,已经不能充分满足过滤的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种高精度、透气程度高,同时拉伸断裂强度高,耐高温,耐腐蚀,寿命长的透气效果佳的袋式除尘器滤料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种透气效果佳的袋式除尘器滤料,它包括基布层以及分别设置在基布层两面的迎尘面、净气面;所述基布层采用玻璃纤维材料层,基布层的规格可为6d-10d,基布层的经向强力为≥ 1600N(50mm×200mm),纬向强力层≥1500N(50mm×200mm);所述迎尘面采用PPS纤维材料层,迎尘面的规格可为3d-8d,迎尘面的经向强力≥1200N(50mm×200mm),纬向强力层为≥ 1300N(50mm×200mm);所述净气面采用聚四氟乙烯材料层,净气面的规格可为5d-7d,净气面经向强力为≥ 1000N(50mm×200mm),纬向强力层为≥ 800N(50mm×200mm)。
进一步的,所述基布层与迎尘面、基布层与净气面之间通过高温热压粘合在一起。
再进一步的,所述基布层、迎尘面以及净气面经高温热压粘合后,还经过表面活性处理,所述表面活性处理为将高温热压粘合后的基布层、迎尘面以及净气面先放入表面活性剂中侵渍处理,然后进行烘干处理,所述表面活性剂由以下重量百分比的组分配制而成:四氟乳液20-60份、防水剂5-10份、偶联剂1-5份、粘合剂1-5份,其余为水。
特别的,烘干处理后的所述迎尘面与净气面还进行聚四氟乙烯覆膜处理。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过高温热压将基布层与迎尘面、净气面粘合在一起,最后添加表面活性剂,本发明滤料拉伸断裂强度高,过滤效率高,同时耐高温、尺寸稳定、耐折性耐磨性好,寿命长,同时提高过滤精度,提高滤料的透气程度。

基布层与迎尘面、基布层与净气面之间通过高温热压粘合在一起,基布层、迎尘面以及净气面经高温热压粘合后,还经过表面活性处理,其中表面活性处理为将高温热压粘合后的基布层、迎尘面以及净气面先放入表面活性剂中侵渍处理,然后进行烘干处理,表面活性剂由以下重量百分比的组分配制而成:四氟乳液40份、防水剂8份、偶联剂3份、粘合剂3份,其余为水;烘干处理后的迎尘面与净气面还进行聚四氟乙烯覆膜处理。

5.根据权利要求5所述的一种透气效果佳的袋式除尘器滤料,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂由以下重量百分比的组分配制而成:四氟乳液20-60份、防水剂5-10份、偶联剂1-5份、粘合剂1-5份,其余为水。
