背景技术
由于高温三聚氰胺原料易吸附板结在滤袋上，需定期更换滤袋，且现有的滤袋为单层结构，更换时生产设备需停工，影响生产的连续性。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种更换板结滤袋时，也不影响生产连续性的三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明创造采用如下技术方案：
一种三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋，由三层滤料套装而成，滤袋依靠各层滤料的纤维组织相互摩擦结合，最内层滤料为玄武岩双斜纹布，中间层滤料为玄武岩复合毡，外层滤料为玻纤。
进一步的，每层滤料均设置为长筒形状。
进一步的，最内层滤料的一端封口。
进一步的，最外层滤料的两端设有拉环。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案，本发明创造产生如下积极效果：
由于将三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋设置为三层套装的结构，针对过滤的介质原料吸湿性大的特点，第一层滤料粗效过滤，有效防止糊袋，第二、三层滤料精细过滤，保证成品合格率。

具体实施方式
结合图1，该实施例的三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋，由三种不同材质的设置成长筒形状的滤料套装而成，其中，最内层滤料为玄武岩双斜纹布，中间层滤料为玄武岩复合毡，外层滤料为玻纤，三层滤料各自独立成同心圆结构结合。
其中，玄武岩双斜纹，耐腐蚀、耐高温，柔软性好易清灰，孔径大用作粗效过滤。玄武岩复合针刺毡，耐高温、耐腐蚀，形成孔径率小，确保产品精度。玻纤机织加密布，防止磨损，预防中间层玄武岩复合毡纤维脱毛，确保产品合格率。
为便于现场应用，最内层滤料的一端封口，以便套设在支撑架上。最外层滤料为无底筒形，两端设有拉环，生产时轧制在滤料端部上；更换方便，直接拿掉更换。
当使用一段时间后，玄武岩双斜纹层滤料板结，需更换；外面一层在起到过滤功能的前提下，同时具有保护功能，保护内层过滤层效果不损失。

1.一种三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋，其特征是：由三层滤料套装而成，滤袋依靠各层滤料的纤维组织相互摩擦结合，最内层滤料为玄武岩双斜纹布，中间层滤料为玄武岩复合毡，外层滤料为玻纤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋，其特征是：每层滤料均设置为长筒形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋，其特征是：最内层滤料的一端封口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋，其特征是：最外层滤料的两端设有拉环。
