本发明涉及滤料技术领域,具体涉及一种三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋。
背景技术
由于高温三聚氰胺原料易吸附板结在滤袋上,需定期更换滤袋,且现有的滤袋为单层结构,更换时生产设备需停工,影响生产的连续性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种更换板结滤袋时,也不影响生产连续性的三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明创造采用如下技术方案:
一种三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋,由三层滤料套装而成,滤袋依靠各层滤料的纤维组织相互摩擦结合,最内层滤料为玄武岩双斜纹布,中间层滤料为玄武岩复合毡,外层滤料为玻纤。
进一步的,每层滤料均设置为长筒形状。
进一步的,最内层滤料的一端封口。
进一步的,最外层滤料的两端设有拉环。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明创造产生如下积极效果:
由于将三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋设置为三层套装的结构,针对过滤的介质原料吸湿性大的特点,第一层滤料粗效过滤,有效防止糊袋,第二、三层滤料精细过滤,保证成品合格率。

具体实施方式
结合图1,该实施例的三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋,由三种不同材质的设置成长筒形状的滤料套装而成,其中,最内层滤料为玄武岩双斜纹布,中间层滤料为玄武岩复合毡,外层滤料为玻纤,三层滤料各自独立成同心圆结构结合。
其中,玄武岩双斜纹,耐腐蚀、耐高温,柔软性好易清灰,孔径大用作粗效过滤。玄武岩复合针刺毡,耐高温、耐腐蚀,形成孔径率小,确保产品精度。玻纤机织加密布,防止磨损,预防中间层玄武岩复合毡纤维脱毛,确保产品合格率。
为便于现场应用,最内层滤料的一端封口,以便套设在支撑架上。最外层滤料为无底筒形,两端设有拉环,生产时轧制在滤料端部上;更换方便,直接拿掉更换。
当使用一段时间后,玄武岩双斜纹层滤料板结,需更换;外面一层在起到过滤功能的前提下,同时具有保护功能,保护内层过滤层效果不损失。

1.一种三聚氰胺热气过滤器专用滤袋,其特征是:由三层滤料套装而成,滤袋依靠各层滤料的纤维组织相互摩擦结合,最内层滤料为玄武岩双斜纹布,中间层滤料为玄武岩复合毡,外层滤料为玻纤;每层滤料均设置为长筒形状;最内层滤料的一端封口;最外层滤料的两端设有拉环。
