本发明公开了一种促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜,它包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚氨酯30‑50份、明胶10‑20份、海藻酸钠4‑8份、甲壳素5‑12份、聚亚甲基碳酸酯3‑6份、甘油5‑15份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6‑14份、二乙烯基砜3‑5份、甘薯淀粉12‑18份、茶树精油8‑10份、川芎粉14‑20份、琥珀酸3‑8份、冰片10‑18份。本发明的一种促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜具有促进伤口愈合的功效,生物相容性和组织相容性好,对组织无刺激,弹性好,透气效果好,对皮肤的刺激性小,对人体无毒无害。

技术领域
本发明属于生物医用材料领域,具体涉及一种促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜。
背景技术
生物材料是用于人体组织和器官的诊断、修复或增进其功能的一类高技术材料,即用于取代、修复活组织的天然或人造材料,其作用药物不可替代。生物材料能执行、增进或替换因疾病、损伤等失去的某种功能,而不能恢复缺陷部位。自90年代后期以来,世界生物材料科学和技术迅速发展,即使在当今全球经济低迷的大环境下,生物材料依然保持着每年13%高速增长,充分体现了其强大的生命力和广阔的发展前景。现代医学正向再生和重建被损坏的人体组织和器官、恢复和增进人体生理功能、个性化和微创治疗等方向发展。传统的无生命的医用金属、高分子、生物陶瓷等常规材料已不能满足医学发展的要求,生物医学材料科学与工程面临着新的机遇与挑战。未来,生物医用材料的市场占有率大有可能将赶上药物。因此,加强生物医用材料的临床应用研究和推广应用,重点发展我国生物医用材料的研究、开发、生产、营销紧密结合的一体化体系是当务之急。实际上,国家当前在生物材料科学基础研究方面已经取得了重大突破进展,走在了世界先进行列,但产业化水平尚待提高,产业规模小、发展相对滞后,还不能满足全民医疗保健的实际需要。在国家政策、经济的大力支持下,我国生物材料的产业化发展将提速。企业应增强自主创新的能力,进一步解决依靠进口的局面,同时加大出口力度,实现跨越发展,扩大中国生物材料产品在国际上的影响力。
生物材料应用广泛,品种很多,其分类方法也很多。生物材料包括金属材料(如碱金属及其合金等)、无机材料(生物活性陶瓷,羟基磷灰石等)和有机材料三大类。有机材料中主要是高分子集合物材料,高分子材料通常按材料属性分为合成高分子材料(聚氨酯、聚酯、聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸、乳酸乙醇酸共聚物及其他医用合成塑料和橡胶等)、天然高分子材料(如胶原、丝蛋白、纤维素、壳聚糖等);根据材料的用途,这些材料又可以分为生物惰性(bioinert)、生物活性(bioactive)或生物降解(biodegradable)材料,高分子聚合物中,根据降解产物能否被机体代谢和吸收,降解型高分子又可分为生物可吸收性和生物不可吸收性。根据材料与血液接触后对血液成分、性能的影响状态则分为血液相容性聚合物和血液不相容性。根据材料对机体细胞的亲和性和反映情况,可分为生物相容性和生物不相容性聚合物等。医用薄膜就属于高分子材料中的一种,医用薄膜是医院进行手术时使用的一种卫生防护器材。医用薄膜在外科手术中发挥着至关重要的作用,它不仅可以作为医用愈肤膜、伤口创面敷料对轻微擦伤、小面积的I、II度烧伤及较小的伤口进行修复,手术时切口的保护及皲裂、褥疮的防治。然而现有的医用薄膜存在一些不足,如缺乏弹性,透气不好,作用单一等。因此,需要研发出一种高弹透气并能促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚氨酯30-50份、明胶10-20份、海藻酸钠4-8份、甲壳素5-12份、聚亚甲基碳酸酯3-6份、甘油5-15份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6-14份、二乙烯基砜3-5份、甘薯淀粉12-18份、茶树精油8-10份、川芎粉14-20份、琥珀酸3-8份、冰片10-18份。
其还包含地榆粉11-14份。
其还包含芦荟素3-7份。
其还包含羧甲基纤维素钠5-10份。
其制备方法为:按重量份称取各原料,将原料加入容器中,于室温下超声1-6h后,然后加热至80-110℃,搅拌1-3h,将混合物料经挤出机螺杆塑化后,从模头模口挤出成型;将上述挤出成型的材料经内外风环冷却,再经旋转牵引、拉伸、切边,最终收卷制得促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜。
有益效果:本发明的一种促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜具有促进伤口愈合的功效,生物相容性和组织相容性好,对组织无刺激,弹性好,透气效果好,对皮肤的刺激性小,对人体无毒无害。

本实施例的促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚氨酯30份、明胶10份、海藻酸钠4份、甲壳素5份、聚亚甲基碳酸酯3份、甘油5份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6份、二乙烯基砜3份、甘薯淀粉12份、茶树精油8份、川芎粉14份、琥珀酸3份、冰片10份。
实施例2
本实施例的促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚氨酯50份、明胶20份、海藻酸钠8份、甲壳素12份、聚亚甲基碳酸酯6份、甘油15份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺14份、二乙烯基砜5份、甘薯淀粉18份、茶树精油10份、川芎粉20份、琥珀酸8份、冰片18份、地榆粉14份。

本实施例的促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚氨酯30份、明胶10份、海藻酸钠4份、甲壳素5份、聚亚甲基碳酸酯3份、甘油5份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6份、二乙烯基砜3份、甘薯淀粉12份、茶树精油8份、川芎粉14份、琥珀酸3份、冰片10份、地榆粉11份、芦荟素3份。

本实施例的促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚氨酯50份、明胶20份、海藻酸钠8份、甲壳素12份、聚亚甲基碳酸酯6份、甘油15份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺14份、二乙烯基砜5份、甘薯淀粉18份、茶树精油10份、川芎粉20份、琥珀酸8份、冰片18份、地榆粉14份、芦荟素7份、羧甲基纤维素钠10份。

1.一种促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜,其特征在于包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚氨酯30-50份、明胶10-20份、海藻酸钠4-8份、甲壳素5-12份、聚亚甲基碳酸酯3-6份、甘油5-15份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6-14份、二乙烯基砜3-5份、甘薯淀粉12-18份、茶树精油8-10份、川芎粉14-20份、琥珀酸3-8份、冰片10-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜,其特征在于:其还包含地榆粉11-14份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜,其特征在于:其还包含芦荟素3-7份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的促进伤口愈合的医用薄膜,其特征在于:其还包含羧甲基纤维素钠5-10份。
