Abstract

本发明涉及一种治疗颈椎病的中药药丸，属治疗颈椎病的中草药制剂技术领域。本发明由白芍、赤芍、甘草、威灵仙、葛根、红花、狗脊、姜黄、桑葚子这些原料药构成，它以白芍为君药；赤芍、红花为臣药；葛根、威灵仙、狗脊、桑葚子、姜黄为佐药；甘草为使药。该中药药丸通过改善颈椎病，对颈椎病所引起的颈肩酸痛，手麻，头昏等症状有很好的改善作用，能够从根本上治疗颈椎病，解决了现有技术中针对颈椎病的治疗通常都是以缓解疼痛、止痛为主的治标不治本、易复发的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗颈椎病的中药药丸，属治疗颈椎病的中草药制剂技术领域。
背景技术
颈椎病又称颈椎综合征，是颈椎骨关节炎，增生性颈椎炎、颈神经根综合征、颈椎间盘脱出症的总称，是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾患，主要由于颈椎长期劳损、骨质增生，或椎间盘脱出，韧带增厚，致使颈椎脊髓、神经根或椎动脉受压，出现一系列功能障碍的临床综合征。表现为颈椎间盘退变本身及其继发性的一系列病理改变，如椎节失稳，松动；髓核突出或脱出；骨刺形成;韧带肥厚和继发的椎管狭窄等，刺激或压迫了邻近的神经根、脊髓，椎动脉及颈部交感神经等组织，并引起各种各样症状和体征的综合征。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种由中草药配制而成，通过改善颈椎病，对颈椎病所引起的颈肩酸痛，手麻，头昏等症状有很好的改善作用，达到标本兼治的治疗颈椎病的中药药丸。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现上述目的的：
一种治疗颈椎病的中药药丸，其特征在于：它由下述重量份的原料制成：
白芍40份，赤芍20份，甘草10份，
威灵仙15份，葛根20份，红花15份，
狗脊20份，姜黄15份，桑葚子20份；
上述组方中:白芍为君药；赤芍、红花为臣药；葛根、威灵仙、狗脊、桑葚子、姜黄为佐药；甘草为使药。
本发明的技术解决方案是基于祖国医学对眩晕症的发病机理的研究和治疗原则，按中医理论组方，使其在药剂中具有活经络，止痹痛，补肝肾。
本发明上述的原料组份中，每组份原料的药理及药效为：
白芍：苦、酸，微寒。归肝、脾经。血虚肝脉失养，肢体挛急，关节僵硬，屈伸不利肝阴不足，肝阳上亢，目眩头晕，耳鸣，肢体麻木‘缓急止痛《本草纲目》载：“白芍……除血痹破坚积，止痛益气通顺血脉、散恶血、逐贼血。”又据《本草别录》载：“白芍治脏腑壅气，强五脏，补肾气……”
赤芍：苦，微寒。归肝经。清热凉血，活血化瘀，止痛。《本草从新》：“赤散邪，能血中之滞。”
威灵仙：辛、咸，温。归膀胱经、肝经。祛风除湿,通络止痛,治骨鲠。《广西中草药》：祛风除湿，通经活络，利尿，止痛。治风湿骨痛，黄疸，浮肿，小便不利，偏头痛，跌打内伤。
葛根：甘、辛，性凉。归肺、胃经。解肌退热，透疹，生津止渴，升阳止泻。《本经》：消渴，身大热，呕吐，诸痹，起阴气，解诸毒。
红花：辛，温。归心、肝经。活血通经，去瘀止痛。治经闭，症瘕，难产，死胎，产后恶露不行、瘀血作痛，痈肿，跌扑损伤。《纲目》：活血，润燥，止痛，散肿，通经。
狗脊：味苦、甘，性温。归肝、肾经。祛风湿，补肝肾，强腰膝。《神农本草经》：主腰背强，机关缓急，周痹寒湿，膝痛。颇利老人。
姜黄：辛苦，温。归心、脾经。破血，行气，通经，止痛。《纲目》：治风痹臂痛。
桑葚子：甘；酸；性寒。归肝、肾经、心经。滋阴补血；生津润燥
甘草：甘，平。归心、脾、肺、胃经。调和诸药，缓急止痛。
该治疗颈椎病的中药药丸采用九味中草药制成，利用九味原料药的综合协同作用治疗颈椎病，对人体副作用小，无须煎煮。具有治疗方法简便，价格低廉，疗效显著的特点。为了说明本发明对治疗颈椎病的疗效，本发明经过对110例患者进行了临床观察，其临床数据如下：
1、一般数据：110例患者均为门诊患者，男性65例，女性45例。
2、疗效评定标准：
治愈：颈肩酸痛，眩晕，手麻等症状体征消失；
显效：颈肩酸痛，眩晕，手麻等症状明显减轻，不影响正常工作及生活；
好转：颈肩酸痛，眩晕，手麻等症状减轻，仍对工作及生活有影响；
无效：颈肩酸痛，眩晕，手麻等症状无明显改善甚至加重。
3、临床观察数据统计表
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的制取举一个具体的实施例。（以175kg原料药为例）
按前述重量份称取各原料药：
白芍40kg，赤芍20kg，甘草10kg，
威灵仙15kg，葛根20kg，红花15kg，
狗脊20kg，姜黄15kg，桑葚子20kg。
将上述的中药加水煎煮三次，每次一小时，水煎液过滤，虑液合并，浓缩至比重1.10~1.20（60摄氏度），减压干燥，粉粹，加适量蔗糖粉、糊精，用75%乙醇制颗粒，干燥，整粒，即得治疗眩晕症等颗粒剂，最后分装成瓶，每瓶60克。
用法用量： 一次6克，一日三次（6克相当于中药丸剂的20粒）
注意事项：孕妇及有消化性溃疡患者慎用，饭后半小时服用。
典型病例
病例1：尹芳，女，60岁，公安县毛家港镇人，患者因头晕目眩伴呕吐1小时入院。门诊行头颅CT示脑实质未见明显异常，TCD示椎基底动脉供血不足。在予以上述中草药制成的颗粒剂一周后眩晕等症缓解，继续服药两周后无明显头晕目眩，呕吐等症。
病例2：高必刚，男，52岁，公安县藕池镇人，患者因间作头晕1周，加重伴呕吐2小时入院。门诊行头颅MRI示小脑梗塞，在予以改善微循环，营养脑细胞，抗血小板聚集治疗的基础上，口服上述中草药制成的颗粒剂两周后眩晕等症状缓解，继续服药两周后无明显头晕目眩，呕吐等症。半年后随访未见复发。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗颈椎病的中药药丸，其特征在于：它由下述重量份的原料制成：
白芍40份，赤芍20份，甘草10份，
威灵仙15份，葛根20份，红花15份，
狗脊20份，姜黄15份，桑葚子20份；
上述组方中:白芍为君药；赤芍、红花为臣药；葛根、威灵仙、狗脊、桑葚子、姜黄为佐药；甘草为使药。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗颈椎病的中药药丸，其特征在于：它是按照如下方法制备的：将上述重量份的中药加水煎煮三次，每次一小时，水煎液过滤，虑液合并，浓缩至比重1.10~1.20（60摄氏度），减压干燥，粉粹，加适量蔗糖粉、糊精，用75%乙醇制颗粒，干燥，整粒，即得治疗眩晕症等颗粒剂，最后分装成瓶，每瓶60克。
