治疗失眠的中药
(-)技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于中药技术领域,特别涉及一种治疗失眠的中药。
(二)背景技术
[0002] 随着人们生活节奏的加快,以及来自社会、家庭等方面的压力,使人们在心里和精神上处于一种紧张的疲劳状态,久而久之,就会出现失眠、头晕、头疼、健忘、乏力等症状。这些症状对患者的生活、工作、学习及人际关系均产生影响,以致恶性循环,继发焦虑、抑郁、 疑病和恐惧等,给患者带来巨大的身体和精神上的痛苦。
[0003] 现在临床上多采用一些西药镇静剂,如安定、冬眠灵、速可眠等治疗失眠,随着病程延长,药量亦不断增加,或需要更换效力更强的镇静药品。西药镇静剂治疗失眠只是消积的控制或强制睡眠,不能提高睡眠质量,而且化学镇静剂对神经、脏器的毒副作用是人们早有共识的。现在临床上也有一些中成药,如补心丹、磁朱丸、朱砂安神丸等,但是它们在疗效上并没有取得令人满意的效果。
(三)发明内容
[0004] 本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种配制简单、疗效显著的治疗失眠的中药。
[0005] 本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
[0006] 一种治疗失眠的中药,由以下重量份数的原料组成:
[0007] 酸枣仁6〜12份、丹参4〜10份、灯心草1〜3份、淡竹叶9〜15份、半夏3〜 9份、夏枯草6〜12份、玄参9〜15份、榆白皮9〜15份、花惹3〜9份、茯神9〜15份、 百合6〜12份、柿叶3〜9份、合欢皮9〜15份、金针菜10〜20份、缬草3〜9份。
[0008] 其优选的各组分的重量配比为:
[0009] 酸枣仁9份、丹参7份、灯心草2份、淡竹叶12份、半夏6份、夏枯草9份、玄参12 份、榆白皮12份、花惹6份、茯神12份、百合9份、柿叶6份、合欢皮12份、金针菜15份、缬草6份。
[0010] 本发明所述中药为汤剂。将各原料清洗干净后,以水煎服,每日一剂,分两次睡前温服。
[0011] 下面对本发明采用的各原料的药用性能进行简要介绍:
[0012] 酸枣仁:宁心安神,养肝,敛汗。主治虚烦不眠,惊悸怔忡,体虚自汗、盗汗;
[0013] 丹参:活血祛瘀,调经止痛,除烦安神,凉血消痈。主治妇女月经不调,痛经,经闭, 产后瘀滞腹痛,心腹疼痛,癥瘕积聚,热痹肿痛,跌打损伤,热人营血,烦躁不安,心烦失眠, 痈疮肿毒;
[0014] 灯心草:利水通淋,清心降火。主治热淋,水肿,小便不利,湿热黄疸,心烦不寐,小儿夜啼,喉痹,口舌生疮;
[0015] 淡竹叶:清热,除烦,利尿。主治烦热口渴,口舌生疮,牙龈肿痛,小儿惊啼,小便赤

[0016] 半夏:燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,消痞散结。主治咳喘痰多,呕吐反胃,胸脘痞满,头痛眩晕,夜卧不安,瘿瘤痰核,痈疽肿毒;
[0017] 夏枯草:清肝明目,散结解毒。主治目赤羞明,目珠疼痛,头痛眩晕,耳鸣,瘰疬瘿瘤,乳痈痄腮,痈疖肿毒,急、慢性肝炎,高血压病;
[0018] 玄参:凉血,滋阴降火,解毒。主治温热病热入营血,身热,烦渴,舌绛,发斑,骨蒸劳嗽,虚烦不寐,津伤便秘,目涩昏花,咽喉肿痛,瘰疬痰核,痈疽疮毒;
[0019] 榆白皮:利水通淋,消肿解毒。主治淋证,水肿,痈疽发背,瘰疬,秃疮,疥癣;
[0020] 花惹:化痰,安神,止血。主治咳嗽痰多,癫痫,失眠,咯血,衄血,吐血,便血,月经过多;
[0021] 茯神:宁心,安神,利水。主治惊悸,怔忡,健忘失眠,惊痫,小便不利;
[0022] 百合:养阴润肺,清心安神。主治阴虚久咳,痰中带血,热病后期,余热未清,或情志不遂所致的虚烦惊悸、失眠多梦、精神恍惚,痈肿,湿疮;
[0023] 柿叶:止咳定喘,生津,止血。主治咳喘,消渴及各种内出血,臁疮;
[0024] 合欢皮:安神解郁,和血消痈。主治心神不安,忧郁,不眠,肺痈,痈肿,跌打损伤;
[0025] 金针菜:利湿热,解郁,凉血。主治小便短赤,黄疸,胸膈烦热,夜少安寐,痔疮出血, 疮痈;
[0026] 缬草:安心神,祛风湿,行气血,止痛。主治心神不安,心悸失眠,癫狂,脏躁,风湿痹痛,脘腹胀痛,痛经,经闭,跌打损伤。
[0027] 配方中,灯心草、淡竹叶、夏枯草、榆白皮主要用于清心降火、清热除烦、利尿通淋、 清肝明目;加配丹参、合欢皮、金针菜,用于活血祛瘀、和血消痈;再配半夏、花惹、柿叶,主要用于燥湿化痰、生津止渴、清心安神;又配酸枣仁、茯神、玄参、百合、缬草,作用在于养心安神、滋阴降火、清肝明目、行气止痛。
[0028] 本发明在清热降火、活血消痈的基础上,滋补肝肾、益精健脑、安眠补身、滋阴潜阳,调节人体达到阴阳平衡,解除失眠症状。

[0031] 本发明人对50例失眠患者进行临床观察治疗,其中男25例,女25例,年龄在25〜 65岁之间。

[0033] 将本发明的原料清洗干净后,以水煎服,每日一剂,分两次睡前温服。根据患者病情轻重计算治疗时间,轻度患者服用三天左右,重病患者连服十天即可痊愈。
[0034] (3)疗效判定标准
[0035] 治愈:症状全部消失;主要理化检测指标均为正常。
[0036] 显效:全部症状消除或主要症状消除;理化检测指标基本正常。
[0037] 有效:主要症状基本消失;主要理化检测指标有所改善。
[0038] 无效:主要理化检测指标与治疗前无变化。

[0040] 临床治愈46例(92% ),显效3例(6% ),有效1例Q% ),总有效率为100%。[0041] 本发明配制简单,吸收效果好,疗效显著,无副作用,安全性高,有利于病患及时减轻病状。
