技术领域
本发明涉及一种双层床横梁和立柱的快拆机构及双层床。
背景技术
人们在生活中经常会遇到需要对两个管件进行组装或拆卸的情况,在大多数的情况下,两个管件之间都是通过螺栓进行连接固定,需要用到螺丝刀等旋紧工具,操作起来不仅费劲,而且也比较麻烦。特别是对于双层床架而言,双层床架的立柱高度达到两米多,如果横梁与立柱的连接不够牢固,或者横梁与立柱连接错位,很容易导致床架倾斜、不稳,因此,现有的双层床架在横梁与立柱的连接部位都要采用大量的螺栓从不同部件进行固定,安装起来非常麻烦、费时。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种双层床横梁和立柱的快拆机构及双层床,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种双层床横梁和立柱的快拆机构,立柱包括支撑柱和连接柱,横梁端部设有连接座,连接座设有竖直贯穿的锥孔,锥孔内活动设置一轴套,轴套的外表面与锥孔的侧面形成一对彼此对置的斜面,连接柱端面上设置多个凹槽从而使连接柱侧壁的端部上形成多个弹性夹爪,支撑柱一端插入连接柱并被弹性夹爪包围,轴套穿套在连接柱上,连接座挤压轴套使二斜面压紧在一起,轴套压迫弹性夹爪向内折弯变形抱紧支撑柱。
一较佳实施例之中:轴套是锥形套结构,轴套外表面是锥面。
一较佳实施例之中:轴套小孔径一端设有螺纹部,螺纹部向外伸出连接座,螺纹部上套有螺母,螺母压在连接座上,拧紧螺母可增大二斜面之间的夹紧力。
一较佳实施例之中:所述轴套是塑料件。

2.轴套小孔径一端设有螺纹部,螺纹部上套有螺母,螺母压在连接座上,拧紧螺母可增大二斜面之间的夹紧力,拆装操作非常方便。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2,本发明的一种双层床横梁和立柱的快拆机构,立柱包括支撑柱1和连接柱2,支撑柱1位于横梁3下侧,连接柱2位于横梁3上侧。
横梁3端部设有连接座4,连接座4设有竖直贯穿的锥孔,锥孔内活动设置一轴套5,轴套5的外表面5-1与锥孔的侧面4-1形成一对彼此对置的斜面。轴套5从下往上插入锥孔内,轴套5越往上移动,轴套外表面5-1与锥孔侧面4-1贴合的更加紧密。
连接柱2底端面上设置多个凹槽2-2从而使其侧壁的下端部上形成多个弹性夹爪2-1。支撑柱1顶端插入连接柱2底部并被弹性夹爪2-1包围。凹槽2-2呈长条的U形状,并且,这些凹槽2-2呈环环阵列排布,对应的,弹性夹爪2-1呈环环阵列排布。
轴套5穿套在连接柱2上,连接座4挤压轴套5使二斜面4-1、5-1压紧在一起,轴套5压迫弹性夹爪2-1向内折弯变形抱紧支撑柱1,从而使支撑柱1、连接柱2、横梁3连接在一起。
优选地:所述轴套5是塑料件。轴套5是锥形套结构,轴套外表面是锥面,从而,轴套外表面5-1与锥孔侧面4-1就是一对彼此对置的锥面。轴套5小孔径一端设有螺纹部5-2,螺纹部5-2向上伸出连接座4,螺纹部5-2上套有螺母6,螺母6压在连接座4上,拧紧螺母6可增大二斜面4-1、5-1之间的夹紧力。
请参照图3至图5,本发明的一种双层床,包括上横梁10、下横梁20及立柱,立柱是三段式结构,立柱包括上柱30、中柱40和下柱50,上横梁10、上柱30、中柱40三者的连接采用上述快拆机构,同样,下横梁20、中柱40和下柱50三者的连接也采用上述快拆机构。
请参照图5和图6,上横梁10端部设有连接座60,连接座60设有竖直贯穿的锥孔,锥孔上大下小,锥孔内活动设置一轴套70,轴套70的外表面72与锥孔的侧面62形成一对彼此对置的斜面。中柱40顶端面上设置多个凹槽从而使中柱侧壁的上端部形成多个弹性夹爪42,上柱30底部插入中柱40顶部并被弹性夹爪42包围。轴套70穿套在中柱40上,连接座60挤压轴套70使二斜面62、72压紧在一起,轴套70压迫弹性夹爪42向内折弯变形抱紧上柱30。
优选地:所述轴套70是塑料件。轴套70是锥形套结构,轴套70外表面是锥面。轴套70小孔径一端设有螺纹部74,螺纹部74向下伸出连接座60,螺纹部74上套有螺母76,螺母76压在连接座60上,拧紧螺母76可增大二斜面62、72之间的夹紧力。
可以理解地,也可以将弹性夹爪42设置在上柱30上,中柱40顶部插入上柱30,轴套70穿套在上柱30上,轴套70压迫弹性夹爪42向内折弯变形抱紧中柱40,一样能将上横梁10、上柱30、中柱40连接在一起。
请参照图5和图7,下横梁20端部设有连接座80,连接座80设有竖直贯穿的锥孔,锥孔上小下大,锥孔内活动设置一轴套90,轴套90的外表面92与锥孔的侧面82形成一对彼此对置的斜面。中柱40底端面上设置多个凹槽从而使其侧壁的下端部形成多个弹性夹爪44,下柱50顶部插入中柱40底部并被弹性夹爪44包围。轴套90穿套在中柱40上,连接座80挤压轴套90使二斜面82、92压紧在一起,轴套90压迫弹性夹爪44向内折弯变形抱紧下柱50。
优选地:所述轴套90是塑料件。轴套90是锥形套结构,轴套90外表面是锥面。轴套90小孔径一端设有螺纹部94,螺纹部94向上伸出连接座80,螺纹部94上套有螺母96,螺母96压在连接座80上,拧紧螺母96可增大二斜面82、92之间的夹紧力。
可以理解地,也可以将弹性夹爪44设置在下柱50上,中柱40底部插入下柱50,轴套90穿套在下柱50上,轴套90压迫弹性夹爪44向内折弯变形抱紧中柱40,一样能将下横梁20、中柱40、下柱50连接在一起。

2.根据权利要求1所述的双层床横梁和立柱的快拆机构,其特征在于:轴套是锥形套结构,轴套外表面是锥面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双层床横梁和立柱的快拆机构,其特征在于:轴套小孔径一端设有螺纹部,螺纹部向外伸出连接座,螺纹部上套有螺母,螺母压在连接座上,拧紧螺母可增大二斜面之间的夹紧力。
