该衔接管40从该连接管30的顶面插入到该连接管30内,该插入件12插入到该衔接管40内,该插入件12、该衔接管40、该连接管30三者可拆卸地锁接在一起。该插入件12、该衔接管40、该连接管30锁接的第二连接点与上床架10的插入件12与上床架横梁14的连接点重合。
实施例四:
如图10、11,同实施例3类似,连接管30向上延伸,包括插入段121和连接段,支撑腿22与连接管30锁接的第一连接点,与支撑腿22与下床板的横梁22连接点重合。
连接管30的插入段部分121为上床板的侧支撑,上床板的横梁14与连接管的插入段121连接。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,凡将双层床支撑腿诉分的连接点与支撑腿与横梁的连接点重合的技术方案,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明的一种双层床能够减少组装床架的工作时间,并且该上床架、该连接管、下床架可以分开包装、运输,极大地增加了装柜的容量,有效降低了运输成本,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种双层床架,包括上床架、下床架、连接管,该二上床架之间连接上床架横梁,该二下床架之间连接有下床架横梁,其特征在于:该上床架的两侧边为插入件,该插入件向下延伸,该下床架的侧边为支撑腿,该连接管的下部与该支撑腿可拆卸地连接,该连接管与下床架的支撑腿的第一连接点和支撑腿与下床架横梁的第二连接点重合,该插入件插入到连接管内,该插入件、该连接管可拆卸地连接,该插入件与该连接管连接的第三连接点和插入件与上床架横梁的第四连接点重合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双层床架,其特征在于:还包括衔接管,所述的插入件通过该衔接管与连接管连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种双层床架,其特征在于:该插入件、该衔接管、该连接管三者利用拉铆螺母和螺丝可拆卸地锁接在一起。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种双层床架,其特征在于:该插入件、该连接管、该支撑腿都是圆管结构,该支撑腿的顶部设有连接部,该连接部插入到该连接管内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双层床的床架,其特征在于:该支撑腿是方管结构,还包括第二衔接管,该第二衔接管从该支撑腿的顶面插入到该腿管内,该第二衔接管的顶面设有安装孔,该连接管插入到该安装孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种双层床的床架,其特征在于:该支撑腿管、该第二衔接管、该连接管三者利用拉铆螺母和螺丝可拆卸地锁接在一起。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或5或6所述的一种双层床的床架,其特征在于:其特征在于:所述横梁包括第一节横梁、第二节横梁及中间梁,该中间梁的第一端插入到该第一节横梁当中,该中间梁与该第一节横梁可拆卸地接连,该中间梁的第二端插入到该第二横梁当中,该中间梁与该第二节横梁可拆卸地连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1或7所述的一种双层床的床架,其特征在于:在所述两个侧面床架之间设有床板框架,所述床板框架的侧面设有护栏,所述护栏包括二个或三个护栏单元,所述护栏单元由螺丝或螺栓锁接成一护栏整体,或所述护栏单元铰接成一护栏整体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种双层床的床架,其特征在于:,其特征在于:所述护栏单元为一栏框,该栏框由内侧竖管、外侧竖管、上横管、下横管及倾斜管连接成五边形,该倾斜管连接该外侧竖管与该上横管,该倾斜管与该上横管延长线之间的夹角是20°-60°。
  10. 一种双层床架,包括:上床架、下床架、连接管,该上床架的两侧分别为插入件,其向下延伸,该上床架的插入件连接有上床架横梁,其特征在于该连接管包括连接段及支撑腿段,该下床架的两侧分别为连接管的支撑腿段,该连接管的支撑腿段支撑下床架横梁,其特征在于该插入件插入到该衔接管内,二者可拆卸地连接,该插入件、该连接管连接的第三连接点与上床架的插入件与上床架横梁的第四连接点重合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种双层床架,其特征在于:还包括衔接管,所述的插入件通过该衔接管与连接管连接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的一种双层床架,其特征在于:该插入件、该衔接管、该连接管三者利用拉铆螺母和螺丝可拆卸地锁接在一起。
  13. 一种双层床架,包括上床架、下床架、连接管,该二上床架之间连接上床架横梁,该二下床架之间连接有下床架横梁,连接管包括插入段和连接段,连接管的插入段为上床板的支撑件,上床板的横梁与连接管的插入段连接,其特征在于:该下床架的侧边为支撑腿,该连接管的连接段与该支撑腿可拆卸地连接,该连接管与下床架的支撑腿的第一连接点和支撑腿与下床架横梁的第二连接点重合。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种双层床架,其特征在于:该支撑腿的上部为连接部,该连接部定位插入到该连接管内。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的一种双层床的床架,其特征在于:该支撑腿是方管结构,还包括第二衔接管,该第二衔接管从该支撑腿的顶面插入到该腿管内,该第二衔接管的顶面设有安装孔,该连接管插入到该安装孔内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种双层床的床架,其特征在于:该支撑腿管、该第二衔接管、该连接管三者利用拉铆螺母和螺丝可拆卸地锁接在一起。
