背景技术
目前LED平板灯的悬吊顶板结构粗糙,体积较大,且散热效果不好,使得制成的LED平板灯的体积较大,LED平板灯散发的温度无法快速散去,造成LED平板灯的温度较高,使用寿命降低;同时,现有的LED平板灯安装悬吊不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED平板灯悬吊顶板结构,该种悬吊顶板不仅构造简单紧凑,方便用于固定灯条,而且悬吊便捷。
本发明的技术方案在于:一种LED平板灯悬吊顶板结构,包括矩形悬吊顶板本体,所述悬吊顶板本体中部设置有矩形凸部,所述矩形凸部的中部设置有用以穿设灯条接线端头的矩形槽孔,矩形凸部的四个边角分别设置有延伸至悬吊顶板本体相应边角的条形凸部,所述悬吊顶板本体的侧边分别设置有折边,所述折边上分别设置有用以灯条散热的散热槽,位于两旁侧的折边分别间隔设置有至少两个向内弯折的凸块,所述悬吊顶板本体上还设置有悬吊装置。
优选的,所述悬吊装置包括设置于悬吊顶板本体周部的四个向上凸起的凸钮,所述凸钮上设置有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔上螺接有连接端头,相邻两连接端头之间设置有一悬吊支线,所述悬吊支线上紧固有 一与悬吊主线相连接以调节悬吊主线及悬吊支线的调节机构,所述悬吊主线上端还设置有用于与墙体顶部固定连接的固定端头。

本发明中该悬吊装置的使用方法:通过悬吊支线实现两连接端头 之间的连接,再通过内六角螺钉与连接柱之间的松紧度调节连接柱在悬吊支线上位置,以使连接柱位于悬吊支线的中部,从而实现悬吊顶板本体的平衡;再将悬吊主线穿过管体并经侧孔穿出连接柱侧壁,在压簧向外的挤压力作用下,使得管体具有向上预紧力并与端盖的倒锥形孔相配合,从而使得钢珠夹紧悬吊主线,防止悬吊主线在向外的拉扯力下从管体中脱离,当将管体向连接柱轴向螺纹槽孔内挤压时,钢珠与悬吊主线脱离,即可实现悬吊主线的自由伸缩,以完成悬吊主线长度的调节,调节好长度后即可松开管体,管体在压簧的挤压力下重新向外挤压,使得钢珠夹紧悬吊主线。
