发明内容
本发明提供了一种双层床横梁和立柱的方便拆装的结构,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种双层床横梁和立柱的连接装置,立柱包括支撑柱和连接柱,横梁端部设有连接座,连接座设有竖直贯穿的锥孔,锥孔内活动设置一轴套,轴套的外表面与锥孔的侧面形成一对彼此配合的斜面,连接柱端面上设置多个凹槽从而使连接柱侧壁的端部上形成多个夹爪,支撑柱一端插入连接柱,轴套穿套在连接柱上,连接座与轴套紧或过盈配合,轴套压迫夹爪向内变形抱紧支撑柱。
一较佳实施例之中:轴套是锥形套结构,轴套外表面是锥面。
一较佳实施例之中:轴套小孔径一端设有螺纹部,螺纹部向外伸出连接座,螺纹部上套有螺母,螺母压在连接座上,拧紧螺母可增大二斜面之间的夹紧力。
一较佳实施例之中:所述轴套是塑料件。

本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:

请参照图5和图7,下横梁(20)端部设有连接座(80),连接座(80)设有竖直贯穿的锥孔,锥孔上小下大,锥孔内活动设置一轴套(90),轴套(90)的外表面(92)与锥孔的侧面(82)形成一对彼此配合的斜面。连接管(40)底端面上设置多个凹槽从而使其侧壁的下端部形成多个具有弹性的夹爪(44),下支撑管(50)顶部插入连接管(40)底部并被弹性夹爪(44)包围。轴套(90)穿套在连接管(40)上,连接座(80)挤压轴套(90)使二斜面(82)、(92)压紧在一起,轴套(90)压迫弹性夹爪(44)向内折弯变形抱紧下支撑管(50)。
优选地:所述轴套(90)是塑料件。轴套(90)是锥形套结构,轴套(90)外表面是锥面。轴套(90)小孔径一端设有螺纹部(94),螺纹部(94)向上伸出连接座(80),螺纹部(94)上套有螺母(96),螺母(96)压在连接座(80)上,拧紧螺母(96)可增大二斜面(82)、(92)之间的夹紧力。
可以理解地,也可以将弹性夹爪(44)设置在下支撑管(50)上,连接管(40)底部插入下支撑管(50),轴套(90)穿套在下支撑管(50)上,轴套(90)压迫弹性夹爪(44)向内折弯变形抱紧连接管(40),一样能将下横梁(20)、连接管(40)、下支撑管(50)连接在一起。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种双层床横梁和立柱的连接装置及双层床,拆装非常快捷、简单,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种双层床横梁和立柱的连接装置,立柱包括支撑管和连接管,其特征在于:横梁端部设有连接座,所述连接座设有竖直贯穿的锥孔,锥孔内活动设置一轴套,轴套的外表面与锥孔的侧面形成一对彼此配合的斜面,连接管的端面上设置多个凹槽,在连接管侧壁的端部上形成多个夹爪,支撑管一端插入连接管,轴套穿套在连接管上,连接座与轴套紧或过盈配合,轴套压迫所述的夹爪向内变形抱紧支撑管。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双层床横梁和立柱的连接装置,其特征在于:所述轴套是锥形结构,所述轴套外表面是锥面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双层床横梁和立柱的连接装置,其特征在于:还包括一螺母,所述轴套小孔径一端设有螺纹部,所述螺纹部向外伸出所述的连接座,螺纹部上套有所述螺母。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的双层床横梁和立柱的连接装置,其特征在于:所述轴套是塑料件或易形变材料制成。
  5. 一种双层床,包括上横梁、下横梁及立柱,其特征在于:立柱包括上支撑管、连接管和下支撑管;所述连接管上端连接上横梁和上支撑管;
    所述下横梁端部设有连接座,连接座设有竖直贯穿的锥孔,锥孔内活动设置一轴套,轴套的外表面与锥孔的侧面形成一对彼此配合的斜面,所述连接管底端面上设置多个凹槽,在连接管侧壁的下端部形成多个夹爪,下支撑管顶部插入连接管底部,轴套穿套在连接管上,所述连接座与所述轴套紧或过盈配合,所述轴套压迫所述夹爪向内变形抱紧所述下支撑管。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种双层床,其特征在于所述的上横梁端部设有连接座,连接座设有竖直贯穿的锥孔,锥孔内活动设置一轴套,轴套的外表面与锥孔的侧面形成一对彼此配合的斜面,所述连接管顶端面上设置多个凹槽,在连接管侧壁的上端部形成多个夹爪,所述上支撑管底部插入所述连接管顶部,所述轴套穿套在所述连接管上,所述连接座与轴套紧配合,所述轴套压迫所述夹爪向内形抱紧所述上支撑管。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的双层床,其特征在于:所述轴套是锥形结构,所述轴套外表面是锥面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的双层床,其特征在于:还包括一螺母,所述轴套小孔径一端设有螺纹部,所述螺纹部向外伸出所述连接座,所述螺纹部外拧有所述螺母。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的双层床,其特征在于:所述轴套是塑料件或易形变材料制成。
  10. 一种双层床,包括上横梁、下横梁及立柱,其特征在于:立柱包括上支撑管、连接管和下支撑管;
    所述上横梁端部设有连接座,所述连接座设有竖直贯穿的锥孔,锥孔内活动设置一轴套,所述轴套的外表面与锥孔的侧面形成一对彼此配合的斜面,所述连接管顶端面上设置多个凹槽,在连接管侧壁的上端部形成多个夹爪,所述上支撑管底部插入所述连接管顶部,所述轴套穿套在所述连接管上,所述连接座与所述轴套紧或过盈配合,所述轴套压迫所述夹爪向内变形抱紧所述上支撑管;
    下横梁端部、下支撑管顶部、连接管底部连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的双层床,其特征在于:所述下横梁端部设有连接座,连接座设有竖直贯穿的锥孔,锥孔内活动设置一轴套,所述轴套的外表面与锥孔的侧面形成一对彼此配合的斜面,所述下支撑管顶端面上设置多个凹槽,在所述下支撑管侧壁的上端部形成多个夹爪,所述连接管底部插入所述下支撑管顶部,所述轴套穿套在所述下支撑管上,所述连接座与轴套紧或过盈配合,所述轴套压迫所述夹爪向内折弯抱紧所述连接管。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的双层床,其特征在于:还包括一螺母,所述轴套是锥形结构,轴套外表面是锥面;所述轴套小孔径一端设有螺纹部,螺纹部向外伸出连接座,螺纹部拧有螺母。
