本发明涉及水产养殖领域,具体涉及一种治疗草鱼肠炎病饵料。
背景技术
草鱼生长迅速,饲料来源广,是中国淡水养殖的四大家鱼之一。草鱼营养丰富:富含蛋白质,能够维持钾钠平衡,消除水肿,调低血压,有利于生长发育;富含磷,促进成长及身体组织器官的修复,参与酸碱平衡的调节;富含铜,铜是人体健康不可缺少的微量营养素,对血液、中枢神经、免疫系统等的发育和维持功能有重要作用;含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,是心血管病人的友好型食物。
肠炎病是由嗜水气单胞杆菌引起的,是我国养殖鱼类中最严重的病害之一,病鱼腹部膨大,替色变黑,特别是头部显得更黑,有很多体腔液,肠壁充血,呈红褐色,轻压腹部有黄色粘液或脓血流出,鳞片易脱落,造成鱼类大量死亡,给养殖农户带来巨大的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗草鱼肠炎病饵料,该饵料不仅可以补充草鱼生命活动所需的营养,而且可以治疗草鱼肠炎病。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案为:一种治疗草鱼肠炎病饵料,其特征在于,包括组合物,所述组合物包含麦麸20~30份,羊骨粉或猪骨粉8~10份,黄豆渣8~10份,鸡血粉8~12份,胡萝卜粉10~15份,乳酸乳球菌、屎肠球菌和蒙氏肠球菌的混合物5~7份,枫香树叶10份,地锦草7份,黄毛耳草2份,樟树根1份,香薷1份。
麦麸、羊骨粉或猪骨粉、黄豆渣、鸡血粉、胡萝卜粉是为草鱼提供基本的营养物质。乳酸乳球菌、屎肠球菌和蒙氏肠球菌的混合物是为了补充草鱼体内的有益菌群,提高有益菌群的数量,让有益菌群占有绝对优势,从而对致病菌群发挥抑制作用。
枫香树叶用于胃脘疼痛、伤署腹痛、痢疾、泄泻、痈肿疮疡、、叶血、创伤出血、急性胃肠炎;地锦草清热解毒,凉血止血,用于痢疾,泄泻,尿血,便血,崩漏,疮疖痈肿;黄毛耳草清热,除湿,活血舒筋,治黄疸,水肿,乳糜尿,痢疾,腹泻,无名肿毒;樟树根祛风散寒;香薷治疗急性肠胃炎、腹痛吐泻、霍乱、水肿等症。
该方案的有益效果为:一是采用混合菌群,乳酸乳球菌、屎肠球菌和蒙氏肠球菌都是在鱼体内发现的有益菌群,同时添加这三种有益菌,更接近鱼体内的益生菌环境,利于鱼体的正常消化吸收。二是选用中草药来治疗肠炎病,在调节鱼体平衡的同时,增加鱼体免疫力,提高草鱼抗病能力。
优化方案一:作为对基础方案的优化:组合物还包含左氧氟沙星2份。左氧氟沙星是喹诺酮类药物中的一种,具有广谱抗菌作用,抗菌作用强,对多数肠杆菌科细菌有较强的抗菌活性。添加左氧氟沙星是为了弥补中药见效慢的缺点,提高治愈肠炎病的速度。
优化方案二:作为对优化方案一的优化:组合物包裹有光滑的可食用的外壳。左氧氟沙星有苦味,枫香树叶的中药成分也会使该组合物的口感不佳,为了避免鱼类吞入口中又吐出,所以在该组合物外裹一层光滑的外壳,能快速滑入鱼的腹中,减少该组合物被草鱼吐出的几率。
优化方案三:作为对优化方案二的优化:外壳的成分包含有吸引草鱼吞饵的香味素。香味素广泛用于钓鱼的鱼饵中,对鱼有很强的诱食作用,外壳中添加香味素后,草鱼会主动摄食,不会吐出该饵料,提高了治疗效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
实验地为重庆市铜梁区渔乡汇家庭农场,设置空白组、对照组、实验A组、实验B组和实验C组,将150尾患有肠炎病的病鱼随机均分到五个组里,实验进行具体处理方式如下:
空白组:每天换清水,充氧;投喂的饵料配方为:麦麸30份,羊骨粉10份,黄豆渣10份,鸡血粉12份,胡萝卜粉15份;投喂10天,不施用任何药物。
对照组:每天换清水,充氧;前3天投喂的饵料配方为:麦麸30份,羊骨粉10份,黄豆渣10份,鸡血粉12份,胡萝卜粉15份,鱼肠安2份,肝肠宝0.5份、三黄散0.7份;后7天投喂的饵料配方为:麦麸30份,羊骨粉10份,黄豆渣10份,鸡血粉12份,胡萝卜粉15份。
实验A组:每天换清水,充氧;前3天投喂的饵料配方为:麦麸30份,羊骨粉10份,黄豆渣10份,鸡血粉12份,胡萝卜粉15份,乳酸乳球菌、屎肠球菌和蒙氏肠球菌的混合物7份,枫香树叶10份,地锦草7份,黄毛耳草2份,樟树根1份,香薷1份;后7天投喂的饵料配方为:麦麸30份,羊骨粉10份,黄豆渣10份,鸡血粉12份,胡萝卜粉15份。
实验B组:每天换清水,充氧;前3天投喂的饵料配方为:麦麸20份,猪骨粉8份,黄豆渣8份,鸡血粉8份,胡萝卜粉10份,乳酸乳球菌、屎肠球菌和蒙氏肠球菌的混合物5份,枫香树叶10份,地锦草7份,黄毛耳草2份,樟树根1份,香薷1份;后7天投喂的饵料配方为:麦麸30份,猪骨粉10份,黄豆渣10份,鸡血粉12份,胡萝卜粉15份。
实验C组:每天换清水,充氧;前3天投喂的饵料配方为:麦麸30份,羊骨粉10份,黄豆渣10份,鸡血粉12份,胡萝卜粉15份,乳酸乳球菌、屎肠球菌和蒙氏肠球菌的混合物7份,枫香树叶10份,地锦草7份,黄毛耳草2份,樟树根1份,香薷1份,左氧氟沙星2份;将以上组合物制成球状的食丸,然后在食丸外包裹一层带有香味剂的光滑的可食用的外壳,即制成了完整的饵料;后7天投喂的饵料配方为:麦麸30份,羊骨粉10份,黄豆渣10份,鸡血粉12份,胡萝卜粉15份。
10天后实验结果如下:

空白组:已死亡28尾,另外2尾状态很差,趋于病亡;死亡率93.3%。
对照组:治愈率70.0%,好转率23.3%,死亡率6.7%。
实验A组:治愈率90.0%,好转率10.0%,死亡率0。
实验B组:治愈率86.7%,好转率13.3%,死亡率0。
实验C组:治愈率96.7%,好转率3.3%,死亡率0。
结果分析:实验A组和B组是采用了本发明的基础方案,实验C组是采用的本方面的优选方案,这三组的治愈率均显著好于采用传统技术方案的对照组,病死率显著低于对照组。由此可见,本发明相比现有技术,具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。
