Abstract

本发明公开了一种插接式车用电池汇流母线组件,包括圆C型汇流母线和一个或两个U型弹性扦头;圆C型汇流母线包括直段和圆弧段,圆弧段内腔截面为C型;U型弹性扦头包括直段和圆冠状段,圆冠状段连接于直段的底端,直段的宽度略小于圆冠状段基部的宽度;U型弹性扦头直段的宽度与圆C型汇流母线直段内腔的开口宽度相当,U型弹性扦头插接于圆C型汇流母线的内腔中,使U型弹性扦头的直段与圆C型汇流母线直段的内腔紧密配合。本发明圆C型汇流母线的整个内腔均可容纳扦头,扦头可为并行插接的多个,可接纳足够多的电池包,降低单个电池包的容量,降低电池故障对电源系统的影响率。

插接式车用电池汇流母线组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种插接式车用电池汇流母线组件。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的提高,零排放的电动汽车得以推广。但作为电动汽车动力的电池的续航里程、效率和寿命又一直阻碍着电动汽车的大规模普及。目前,最常见的是以锂电池为动力源的电动汽车。除特斯拉公司的电动汽车能达到400km的续航里程外,一般电动汽车在纯电动模式下续航仅50km-150km。汽车电源由6-12个电池包组成,母线和铜排固定连接。首先,由于电池包数量较少,单个电池包容量较大,一旦电池包内的单个电池发生故障,就会影响整个电池包的功能,对电源系统影响较大;其次,由于电池包是密封的,所以难以找出其中的故障电池,一般是更换整个电池包,维护成本较高;另外,虽然也有采用无损连接母线连接小电池包方式构成电源,但采用的汇流母线都很复杂,且价格昂贵。
弹性插接是一种快捷可靠的电气连接方式,目前多见于有特殊高可靠性要求的连接,其典型案例如:MODAN 6000开关柜,如图1所示,其采用方C型垂直汇流母线101通过镀青铜的表带式触指簧片103与带有铜排(或扦头)102的抽屉式开关连接。又如,如图2所示,为750A V型汇流母线组件,采用V型汇流母线201通过触指簧片203与扦头202连接,V型汇流母线201外侧具有倒钩,扦头202具有锁紧夹205,引线204从扦头202顶端引出连接到车用动力电池。
这类弹性连接的共同特征有:
1.母线全长任意点槽口均可容纳扦头实现连接,无需打孔固结(故又称无损连接母线);
2.扦头和母线均通过表带式触指簧片相连,保证接触可靠性;
3.母线(或型材)外周可包覆绝缘,安装在绝缘基座上。
但是,MODAN 6000开关柜是大功率低压开关柜,母线截面积达700多mm2,扦头和母线依靠操纵机构定位,不适合车用,其C型截面所具有的1.5倍于矩形截面的载流能力已经验证,值得借鉴。
750A汇流母线的截面积近200 mm2,用扦头的外钩与母线的倒钩定位,可在剧烈运动的载体上使用,但造价过于昂贵,难以在一般民用车上普及,有必要从车用、小型化和多扦头方面进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决目前一般民用汇流母线截面积大,结构相对复杂且成本高而不适合车用的技术问题。
为实现以上发明目的,本发明提供一种插接式车用电池汇流母线组件,包括圆C型汇流母线和一个或两个U型弹性扦头;
所述圆C型汇流母线包括直段和圆弧段,所述直段内腔的开口宽度略小于所述圆弧段内腔的开口宽度,所述圆弧段内腔截面为C型;
所述U型弹性扦头包括直段和圆冠状段,所述圆冠状段连接于所述直段的底端,所述直段的宽度略小于所述圆冠状段基部的宽度;
所述U型弹性扦头直段的宽度与所述圆C型汇流母线直段内腔的开口宽度相当,所述U型弹性扦头插接于所述圆C型汇流母线的内腔中,使所述U型弹性扦头的直段与所述圆C型汇流母线直段的内腔紧密配合,所述U型弹性扦头的圆冠状段紧密锁合于所述圆C型汇流母线圆弧段的所述C型内腔中。
进一步地,所述U型弹性扦头直段的顶端固塑有塑胶手柄。
进一步地,所述U型弹性扦头直段的顶端连接有引出线,所述引出线用于连接车用动力电池。
进一步地,所述U型弹性扦头由高弹性铜合金制成。
进一步地,所述U型弹性扦头表面作电镀处理。
进一步地,所述U型弹性扦头至少一个以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明用弹性扦头与异形的圆C型汇流母线插接匹配,省略了一般母线连接所需的弹性簧片,在不降低连接可靠性的前提下降低了成本;只要改变弹性扦头的厚度或宽度及圆C型汇流母线内腔的形状即可获得满足使用要求的锁合力度,保证连接的可靠性;圆C型汇流母线圆弧段采用C型截面,提高母线的载流能力和刚度;由于是无损连接,圆C型汇流母线的整个内腔(或槽)均可容纳扦头,且扦头可为并行插接的多个,扦头上可接纳足够多的电池包,降低单个电池包的容量,最大限度降低电池故障对电源系统的影响几率,提高电池使用寿命和电源效率;现有的母线与扦头的连接是硬性接触,在汽车上使用时,遇到车辆行驶中颠簸或震动时具有脱离的隐患,而本发明是弹性接触,通过圆C型汇流母线与U型弹性扦头的精密配合形成,可以抵御汽车行驶中的颠簸或震动,保证连接的可靠性。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图3-6所示,本发明的插接式车用电池汇流母线组件,包括圆C型汇流母线301和一个或两个U型弹性扦头302;圆C型汇流母线301包括直段301-1和圆弧段301-2,直段301-1内腔的开口宽度略小于圆弧段301-2内腔的开口宽度,圆弧段301-2内腔截面为C型;U型弹性扦头302包括直段302-1和圆冠状段302-2,圆冠状段302-2连接于直段302-1的底端,直段302-1的宽度略小于圆冠状段302-2基部的宽度;U型弹性扦头302直段302-1的宽度与圆C型汇流母线301直段301-1内腔的开口宽度相当,U型弹性扦头302插接于圆C型汇流母线301的内腔中,使U型弹性扦头302的直段302-1与圆C型汇流母线301直段301-1的内腔紧密配合,U型弹性扦头302的圆冠状段302-2紧密锁合于圆C型汇流母线301圆弧段301-2的C型内腔中。
优选地,U型弹性扦头302直段302-1的顶端固塑有塑胶手柄303。
优选地,U型弹性扦头302直段302-1的顶端连接有引出线304,引出线用于连接车用动力电池。
优选地,U型弹性扦头302由高弹性铜合金制成。
优选地,U型弹性扦头302表面作电镀处理。
优选地, U型弹性扦头至少一个以上。

1.插接式车用电池汇流母线组件,其特征在于,包括圆C型汇流母线和一个或两个U型弹性扦头;
所述圆C型汇流母线包括直段和圆弧段,所述直段内腔的开口宽度略小于所述圆弧段内腔的开口宽度,所述圆弧段内腔截面为C型;
所述U型弹性扦头包括直段和圆冠状段,所述圆冠状段连接于所述直段的底端,所述直段的宽度略小于所述圆冠状段基部的宽度;
所述U型弹性扦头直段的宽度与所述圆C型汇流母线直段内腔的开口宽度相当,所述U型弹性扦头插接于所述圆C型汇流母线的内腔中,使所述U型弹性扦头的直段与所述圆C型汇流母线直段的内腔紧密配合,所述U型弹性扦头的圆冠状段紧密锁合于所述圆C型汇流母线圆弧段的所述C型内腔中。
2.如权利要求1所述的插接式车用电池汇流母线组件,其特征在于,所述U型弹性扦头直段的顶端固塑有塑胶手柄。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的插接式车用电池汇流母线组件,其特征在于,所述U型弹性扦头直段的顶端连接有引出线,所述引出线用于连接车用动力电池。
4.如权利要求1所述的插接式车用电池汇流母线组件,其特征在于,所述U型弹性扦头由高弹性铜合金制成。
5.如权利要求4所述的插接式车用电池汇流母线组件,其特征在于,所述U型弹性扦头表面作电镀处理。
6.如权利要求1所述的插接式车用电池汇流母线组件,其特征在于,所述U型弹性扦头至少一个以上。
