Abstract

万向减震器涉及一种安装在多旋翼飞行器上的减震器。主要是为解决现有的飞行器没有减震设施,启动、降落、飞行时震动大,飞行不稳定,部件易损坏的问题而设计的。它包括震动源连接板,震动源连接板上固定有若干个减震体连接管,还包括与减震体连接管数量相同的减震体,所述减震体由橡胶制作,减震体设有轴向的通孔,各减震体的内端分别套在各减震体连接管的外端,每个减震体的外端都套设有一个减震体外套,减震体外套内设有弹簧,弹簧的一端顶在减震体上,弹簧的另一端顶在减震体外套上。优点是当发动机工作产生震动时,可通过减震体和弹簧进行轴向和径向减震,减少启动、降落和飞行时的震动,飞行稳定,部件不易损坏。

技术领域:
本发明涉及减震器领域,具体是涉及一种安装在多旋翼飞行器上的减震器。
背景技术:
随着飞行器技术的不断成熟,具有灵活轻便、可操控性能良好的飞行器使用范围也在不断扩大。
但现有的飞行器由于没有减震设施,启动、降落、飞行时震动大,飞行不稳定,部件易损坏,使用寿命短。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可减小震动,减少部件损坏,增强飞行稳定的安装在多旋翼飞行器上的万向减震器。
上述目的是这样实现的:它包括震动源连接板,震动源连接板上固定有若干个减震体连接管,还包括与减震体连接管数量相同的减震体,所述减震体由橡胶制作,减震体设有轴向的通孔,各减震体的内端分别套在各减震体连接管的外端,每个减震体的外端都套设有一个减震体外套,减震体外套内设有弹簧,弹簧的一端顶在减震体上,弹簧的另一端顶在减震体外套上。
本发明的优点是:安装时将各减震体外套固定在多旋翼飞行器的机架上,将发动机安装在震动源连接板上,当发动机工作产生震动时,可通过减震体和弹簧进行轴向和径向减震,减少启动、降落和飞行时的震动,飞行稳定,部件不易损坏,使用寿命长。

1.万向减震器,其特征是:包括震动源连接板(1),震动源连接板(1)上固定有若干个减震体连接管(2),还包括与减震体连接管(2)数量相同的减震体(3),所述减震体(3)由橡胶制作,减震体(3)设有轴向的通孔,各减震体(3)的内端分别套在各减震体连接管(2)的外端,每个减震体(3)的外端都套设有一个减震体外套(4),减震体外套(4)内设有弹簧(5),弹簧(5)的一端顶在减震体(3)上,弹簧(5)的另一端顶在减震体外套(4)上;安装时将各减震体外套(4)固定在多旋翼飞行器的机架上,将发动机安装在震动源连接板(1)上。
