技术领域
本发明涉及纱管纸领域,具体涉及一种废旧原料生产纱管纸的生产工艺。
背景技术
纱管纸主要应用于内核和管道的制作,工业管,地膜管,花炮管,纺织管,螺旋管,宝塔管,平行管,各种纸护角,纸箱,蜂窝纸板等等,纱管纸相比于其它类型的纸张来说所需要的浆料造价比较低廉,多数采用各种废纸浆或生物原料浆来制作,无需树木原浆,其纱管纸的主要用途不是用在高要求环境下,因此,纱管纸对于原材料和制造工艺来讲要求并不是很高,可用一些废渣以及废旧纸张重新加工使用,来降低生产成本,同时可减少原木的消耗,保护环境。
现有的纱管纸一般都只用于纸轴和包装,其都采用原生木浆混合废纸浆的工艺制造而成,一部分是原生木浆,需要一定成本去购买,而我国虽然是树木拥有量非常巨大,但每年所消耗的木材也不可小觑,其数值非常庞大,不断的砍伐树木会造成严重的水土流失,以及温室效应,且对环境破坏非常严重,为了能减少原木的砍伐,必须使用废纸再生的方法进行,而现有的再生工艺都需要较高成本,且工艺比较复杂,无法满足现有需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种工艺简单、原材料和制造成本低、环保节能的废旧原料生产纱管纸的生产工艺。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种废旧原料生产纱管纸的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤A、首先把废旧纸板21~41份、锯屑和刨花15~36份、纸厂废弃原木浆20~30份、节子浆8~21份,按照质量比进行配比后全部加入到高效水力碎浆机内进行碎浆;
步骤B、碎解:在高效碎浆机内加入一定量的水,并启动进行纤维碎解,制得纸浆;
步骤C、除砂:碎解后把浆料放入到高效除砂池内,并用搅拌机搅拌1~2个小时,然后静置30~50min,除去浆料中多余的杂物;
步骤D、脱墨:把除砂后的浆料放入到脱墨池中,并加入一定量的脱墨剂,使废旧纸张脱墨处理,脱墨后浆料的白度达到35~45ISO;
步骤E、筛网:再把脱墨后的浆料放入到六角网筛过滤池,使浆料进行筛选过滤,去除浆料内的细小杂质,提高浆料的纯度;
步骤F、脱水和洗浆:再放入到脱水池中,脱去含有杂质的水分,然后重新加水进行洗浆;
步骤G、调节:洗浆后放入到调节池进行调节;
步骤H、生物过滤:采用生物过滤方法在浆料中加入微生物进行除渣,有效提高浆料的特性;
步骤I、磨浆:放入到多功能磨浆机内进行磨浆,使浆料纤维化,磨浆浓度为3%~4.5%;
步骤J、配浆:最后放入到配浆池内配浆,并放入造纸所需添加剂,配浆完成后进入到普通造纸程序。
进一步的,所述步骤步骤I中,废旧纸板打浆浓度为35~40°SR,所述锯屑和刨花打浆浓度为38~42°SR。
进一步的,所述步骤B中,水和浆料质量比为6~8:2~3。
进一步的,在步骤步骤J中,添加剂包括湿强剂、施胶剂、填料,所述湿强剂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、聚合性多官能羧酸环氧氯丙烷或聚酰胺一种以上混合物,所述施胶剂为松香胶,所述填料为改性淀粉。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用废旧纸板、锯屑和刨花、纸厂废弃原木浆、节子浆作为原材料使用,把原本需要废弃的工业原料回收再次利用,可有效保护周围环境不受污染,且这些原材料本身价格就比较低廉,有些可直接从纸厂废弃物中进行回收处理,可有效降低生产成本,同时纸张质量没有下降,反而经过一系列工艺加工处理后可提高到一个程度。

实施例一
包括以下步骤:
步骤A、首先把废旧纸板35份、锯屑和刨花30份、纸厂废弃原木浆26份、节子浆9份,按照质量比进行配比后全部加入到高效水力碎浆机内进行碎浆;
步骤B、碎解:在高效碎浆机内加入一定量的水,并启动进行纤维碎解,制得纸浆;
步骤C、除砂:碎解后把浆料放入到高效除砂池内,并用搅拌机搅拌1个小时,然后静置35min,除去浆料中多余的杂物;
步骤D、脱墨:把除砂后的浆料放入到脱墨池中,并加入一定量的脱墨剂,使废旧纸张脱墨处理,脱墨后浆料的白度达到35ISO;
步骤E、筛网:再把脱墨后的浆料放入到六角网筛过滤池,使浆料进行筛选过滤,去除浆料内的细小杂质,提高浆料的纯度;
步骤F、脱水和洗浆:再放入到脱水池中,脱去含有杂质的水分,然后重新加水进行洗浆;
步骤G、调节:洗浆后放入到调节池进行调节;
步骤H、生物过滤:采用生物过滤方法在浆料中加入微生物进行除渣,有效提高浆料的特性;
步骤I、磨浆:放入到多功能磨浆机内进行磨浆,使浆料纤维化,磨浆浓度为3.5%;
步骤J、配浆:最后放入到配浆池内配浆,并放入造纸所需添加剂,配浆完成后进入到普通造纸程序。

步骤D、脱墨:把除砂后的浆料放入到脱墨池中,并加入一定量的脱墨剂,使废旧纸张脱墨处理,脱墨后浆料的白度达到40ISO;
步骤E、筛网:再把脱墨后的浆料放入到六角网筛过滤池,使浆料进行筛选过滤,去除浆料内的细小杂质,提高浆料的纯度;
步骤F、脱水和洗浆:再放入到脱水池中,脱去含有杂质的水分,然后重新加水进行洗浆;

步骤E、筛网:再把脱墨后的浆料放入到六角网筛过滤池,使浆料进行筛选过滤,去除浆料内的细小杂质,提高浆料的纯度;
步骤F、脱水和洗浆:再放入到脱水池中,脱去含有杂质的水分,然后重新加水进行洗浆;
步骤G、调节:洗浆后放入到调节池进行调节;
步骤H、生物过滤:采用生物过滤方法在浆料中加入微生物进行除渣,有效提高浆料的特性;

步骤B、碎解:在高效碎浆机内加入一定量的水,并启动进行纤维碎解,制得纸浆;
步骤C、除砂:碎解后把浆料放入到高效除砂池内,并用搅拌机搅拌1~2个小时,然后静置30~50min,除去浆料中多余的杂物;
步骤D、脱墨:把除砂后的浆料放入到脱墨池中,并加入一定量的脱墨剂,使废旧纸张脱墨处理,脱墨后浆料的白度达到35~45ISO;
步骤E、筛网:再把脱墨后的浆料放入到六角网筛过滤池,使浆料进行筛选过滤,去除浆料内的细小杂质,提高浆料的纯度;
步骤F、脱水和洗浆:再放入到脱水池中,脱去含有杂质的水分,然后重新加水进行洗浆;
步骤G、调节:洗浆后放入到调节池进行调节;
步骤H、生物过滤:采用生物过滤方法在浆料中加入微生物进行除渣,有效提高浆料的特性;
