Abstract
本发明涉及一种高效铝材钝化工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)、清洗、处理剂初步处理;(2)、将上述步骤处理好的铝材烘干,使用聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚溶液喷涂在铝材表面,喷涂量为5ml/m2;(3)、在步骤(2)处理完成1min内,将铝材放入钝化液进行钝化处理,钝化处理时间为15‑20s。本发明的方法能提升钝化处理的效率及处理的均匀性,本申请的钝化液结合各处理剂的使用,能够使铝表面形成致密的氧化膜,其处理更均匀,处理效果更好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于金属表面处理领域,具体涉及一种高效铝材钝化工艺。
背景技术
铝及铝合金是当前用途十分广泛的、最经济适用的材料之一。世界铝产量从1956年开始超过铜产量一直居有色金属之首。当前铝的产量和用量(按吨计算)仅次于钢材,成为人类应用的第二大金属;而且铝的资源十分丰富,据初步计算,铝的矿藏储存量约占地壳构成物质的8%以上。铝用途广泛,但是在使用前往往需要进行钝化处理,提升其稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高效铝材钝化工艺,对铝材表面进行钝化,提升了铝材的防腐性能。
一种高效铝材钝化工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将铝材表面放入浸泡槽中,使用40℃、质量分数为2.5%的碳酸氢钠溶液浸泡处理30s,然后使用无纺布擦洗,然后使用质量分数为0.5%的柠檬酸溶液浸泡处理20s,浸泡过程中使用无纺布擦洗,然后使用质量分数1.2%的尿素水溶液浸泡处理5s,使用清水冲洗;
(2)、将上述步骤处理好的铝材烘干,使用聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚溶液喷涂在铝材表面,喷涂量为5ml/m2,所述聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚溶液按重量计由以下原料制成:聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚2.5份、苯甲醇0.8份、甘油5份、体积分数75%乙醇溶液8份;
(3)、在步骤(2)处理完成1min内,将铝材放入钝化液进行钝化处理,钝化处理时间为15-20s,每升钝化液中含硫酸铝钾2-3g、氢氟酸3-5ml、钛酸钾3-5g、高锰酸钾8-10g、六偏磷酸钠0.5-1g、琉基苯并噻唑1-1.5g、叔丁醇3-5g,调节钝化液的PH为5.5-6.5。
优选地,所述的每升钝化液中含硫酸铝钾2.2g、氢氟酸3.5ml、钛酸钾4g、高锰酸钾9g、六偏磷酸钠0.6g、琉基苯并噻唑1.2g、叔丁醇5g,调节钝化液的PH为5.5-6.5。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的方法在对铝材处理时,先使用多种盐溶液进行处理,不仅能除去污垢,而且处理后使铝表面更容易处理,提升钝化处理的效率及处理的均匀性,本申请的钝化液结合各处理剂的使用,能够使铝表面形成致密的氧化膜,其处理更均匀,处理效果更好,处理后的钝化膜强度大,具有很好的耐磨性,处理液不含铬,无明显污染,对铝内部结构不会造成腐蚀,可以使铝材保持良好的物理性能,本发明中各步骤中的温度及时间控制,对铝材的钝化处理效果有很大的影响,经过各步骤处理,提升了钝化处理的效率,本发明也验证了不同温度及时间控制,结果其钝化效果明显不如本申请处理的效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高效铝材钝化工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将铝材表面放入浸泡槽中,使用40℃、质量分数为2.5%的碳酸氢钠溶液浸泡处理30s,然后使用无纺布擦洗,然后使用质量分数为0.5%的柠檬酸溶液浸泡处理20s,浸泡过程中使用无纺布擦洗,然后使用质量分数1.2%的尿素水溶液浸泡处理5s,使用清水冲洗;
(2)、将上述步骤处理好的铝材烘干,使用聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚溶液喷涂在铝材表面,喷涂量为5ml/m2,所述聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚溶液按重量计由以下原料制成:聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚2.5份、苯甲醇0.8份、甘油5份、体积分数75%乙醇溶液8份;
(3)、在步骤(2)处理完成1min内,将铝材放入钝化液进行钝化处理,钝化处理时间为15s,每升钝化液中含硫酸铝钾2.2g、氢氟酸3.5ml、钛酸钾4g、高锰酸钾9g、六偏磷酸钠0.6g、琉基苯并噻唑1.2g、叔丁醇5g,其余为水和必不可少的助溶剂,助溶剂可以选用乙酸乙酯等,调节钝化液的PH为5.5。
将本发明处理后的铝材使用盐雾试验进行测试:
采用5%的氯化钠盐水溶液,溶液PH值为6.5作为喷雾用的溶液。试验温度为35℃,盐雾的沉降率为2.2ml/(80cm2.h),喷雾压力:0.05Mpa。
根据实验标准,产生生锈白斑开始停止实验,实验重复3次,实验结果如下:652h;649h;651h。
实施例2
一种高效铝材钝化工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将铝材表面放入浸泡槽中,使用40℃、质量分数为2.5%的碳酸氢钠溶液浸泡处理30s,然后使用无纺布擦洗,然后使用质量分数为0.5%的柠檬酸溶液浸泡处理20s,浸泡过程中使用无纺布擦洗,然后使用质量分数1.2%的尿素水溶液浸泡处理5s,使用清水冲洗;
(2)、将上述步骤处理好的铝材烘干,使用聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚溶液喷涂在铝材表面,喷涂量为5ml/m2,所述聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚溶液按重量计由以下原料制成:聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚2.5份、苯甲醇0.8份、甘油5份、体积分数75%乙醇溶液8份;
(3)、在步骤(2)处理完成1min内,将铝材放入钝化液进行钝化处理,钝化处理时间为18s,每升钝化液中含硫酸铝钾2.6g、氢氟酸3.8ml、钛酸钾4.2g、高锰酸钾9g、六偏磷酸钠0.6g、琉基苯并噻唑1.4g、叔丁醇4g,调节钝化液的PH为6。
将本发明处理后的铝材使用盐雾试验进行测试:
采用5%的氯化钠盐水溶液,溶液PH值为6.5作为喷雾用的溶液。试验温度为35℃,盐雾的沉降率为2.2ml/(80cm2.h),喷雾压力:0.05Mpa。
根据实验标准,产生生锈白斑开始停止实验,实验重复3次,实验结果如下:648h;647h;648h。
Claims (2)
1.一种高效铝材钝化工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将铝材表面放入浸泡槽中,使用40℃、质量分数为2.5%的碳酸氢钠溶液浸泡处理30s,然后使用无纺布擦洗,然后使用质量分数为0.5%的柠檬酸溶液浸泡处理20s,浸泡过程中使用无纺布擦洗,然后使用质量分数1.2%的尿素水溶液浸泡处理5s,使用清水冲洗;
(2)、将上述步骤处理好的铝材烘干,使用聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚溶液喷涂在铝材表面,喷涂量为5ml/m2,所述聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚溶液按重量计由以下原料制成:聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚2.5份、苯甲醇0.8份、甘油5份、体积分数75%乙醇溶液8份;
(3)、在步骤(2)处理完成1min内,将铝材放入钝化液进行钝化处理,钝化处理时间为15-20s,每升钝化液中含硫酸铝钾2-3g、氢氟酸3-5ml、钛酸钾3-5g、高锰酸钾8-10g、六偏磷酸钠0.5-1g、琉基苯并噻唑1-1.5g、叔丁醇3-5g,调节钝化液的PH为5.5-6.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效铝材钝化工艺,其特征在于,所述的每升钝化液中含硫酸铝钾2.2g、氢氟酸3.5ml、钛酸钾4g、高锰酸钾9g、六偏磷酸钠0.6g、琉基苯并噻唑1.2g、叔丁醇5g,调节钝化液的PH为5.5-6.5。
