Abstract
本发明公开了一种多味黄酒配方,由下述重量比的原料制备而成:大黄米30‑40、粳米10‑20、糯米5‑8、枸杞2‑4、芒果2‑4、番茄6‑9、黄芪2‑4、杏梅2‑4、姜汁3‑6、桂圆2‑5。本发明具有以下优点:采用多种粮食作物和其它农作物作为黄酒原料进行简单浸泡发酵,即可得到黄酒,操作简单,使用方便,得到的黄酒味道鲜美。

技术领域
本发明涉及酒制作技术领域,尤其是一种多味黄酒配方。
背景技术
黄酒是我国的民族特产,属于酿造酒。在世界三大酿造酒(黄酒、葡萄酒和啤酒)中占有重要的一席。酿酒技术独树一帜,成为东方酿造界的典型代表和楷模。是我国的民族特产,其用曲制酒、复式发酵酿造方法,堪称世界一绝。
黄酒以大米、黍米为原料,一般酒精含量为14%—20%,属于低度酿造酒。黄酒含有丰富的营养,含有21种氨基酸,其中包括有数种未知氨基酸,而人体自身不能合成必须依靠食物摄取8种必需氨基酸黄酒都具备,故被誉为“液体蛋糕”。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种多味黄酒配方,操作简便,使用方便。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种多味黄酒配方,由下述重量比的原料制备而成:
大黄米30-40 粳米10-20 糯米5-8 枸杞2-4、芒果2-4、番茄6-9、黄芪2-4、杏梅2-4、姜汁3-6、桂圆2-5。
进一步地,各原料的重量比为:
大黄米35 粳米15 糯米7 枸杞3、芒果3、番茄8、黄芪3、杏梅3、姜汁5、桂圆4。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:采用多种粮食作物和其它农作物作为黄酒原料进行简单浸泡发酵,即可得到黄酒,操作简单,使用方便,得到的黄酒味道鲜美。

实施例1
一种多味黄酒配方,由下述重量比的原料制备而成:
大黄米35 粳米15 糯米7 枸杞3、芒果3、番茄8、黄芪3、杏梅3、姜汁5、桂圆4。
将糯米、粳米、大黄米粉碎成粉,混匀后;枸杞、芒果、番茄、黄芪、杏梅、桂圆,进行鲜榨出汁,与姜汁混匀后,将混合米粉加入混合汁中密封静置5天,过滤。
实施例2
一种多味黄酒配方,由下述重量比的原料制备而成:
大黄米30 粳米20 糯米5 枸杞4、芒果2、番茄9、黄芪2、杏梅4、姜汁3、桂圆5
将糯米、粳米、大黄米粉碎成粉,混匀后;枸杞、芒果、番茄、黄芪、杏梅、桂圆,进行鲜榨出汁,与姜汁混匀后,将混合米粉加入混合汁中密封静置5天,过滤。
实施例3
一种多味黄酒配方,由下述重量比的原料制备而成:
大黄米40 粳米10 糯米8 枸杞2、芒果4、番茄6、黄芪4、杏梅2、姜汁6、桂圆2
将糯米、粳米、大黄米粉碎成粉,混匀后;枸杞、芒果、番茄、黄芪、杏梅、桂圆,进行鲜榨出汁,与姜汁混匀后,将混合米粉加入混合汁中密封静置5天,过滤。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种多味黄酒配方,其特征在于:由下述重量比的原料制备而成:
大黄米30-40 粳米10-20 糯米5-8 枸杞2-4、芒果2-4、番茄6-9、黄芪2-4、杏梅2-4、姜汁3-6、桂圆2-5。
2.如权利要求1所述多味黄酒配方,其特征在于:各原料的重量比为:
大黄米35 粳米15 糯米7 枸杞3、芒果3、番茄8、黄芪3、杏梅3、姜汁5、桂圆4。
