本发明公开了一种化工管道法兰用防锈油漆,以重量份计由下列组分组成:硬脂酸10‑20份、灰钙粉3‑5份、磷灰石粉4‑6份、甲酸钠1‑3份、无机固化剂2‑4份、酚醛树脂5‑8份、乙醇胺1‑2份、木钙0.2‑0.4份、玻璃丝纤维6‑8份、动物脂肪油5‑8份、光亮剂0.5‑0.8份。本发明的油漆用在化工管道上,粘结力强,干燥快且适合任意环境中使用,长时间不易脱落。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,特别涉及一种化工管道法兰用防锈油漆。
背景技术
由于化工管道长时间不能清洁,时间久了会出现生锈的情况,市场上出现伪劣产品油漆为了达到目的,使用了大量不符合规定的化学成分参与其中。本产品使用了不含刺激性化工成分在内,主要是能使化工管道在阴暗潮湿的地方时间久了不生锈、耐酸、耐碱性能好。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种化工管道法兰用防锈油漆,该油漆用在化工管道上粘结力强,干燥快且适合任意环境中使用,长时间不易脱落。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种化工管道法兰用防锈油漆,以重量份计由下列组分组成:硬脂酸 10-20份、灰钙粉3-5份、磷灰石粉4-6份、甲酸钠1-3份、无机固化剂2-4份、酚醛树脂5-8份、乙醇胺1-2份、木钙 0.2-0.4份、玻璃丝纤维 6-8份、动物脂肪油5-8份、光亮剂0.5-0.8份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)、将灰钙粉、磷灰石粉、玻璃丝纤维、木钙、动物脂肪油混合,搅拌速度为:100-120r/min,导入拌料筒中进行搅拌形成混合粉料,搅拌均匀后通过过滤网进行过滤,混合粉料中物料粒度为80目的颗粒物被隔离收集后进行粉碎再筛选,然后倒入标准剂量桶中备用;
(2)、将硬脂酸、酚醛树脂、无机固化剂、乙醇胺、光亮剂、甲酸钠加热将温度缓慢升至60-70℃,恒温搅拌30-40min,持续时间为1-2小时,然后将混合物倒出;
(3)、将步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物混合搅拌均匀,然后静置30-40分钟,然后缓慢加热至50-60℃并充分搅拌,蒸发多余水分,最后制得成品油漆。
化工管道法兰用防锈油漆,由以下重量份的成分组成:硬脂酸 15份、灰钙粉4份、磷灰石粉5份、甲酸钠2份、无机固化剂3份、酚醛树脂6份、乙醇胺1份、木钙 0.3份、玻璃丝纤维 7份、动物脂肪油7份、光亮剂0.7份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明在经过测试时,油漆粉刷在化工管道法兰上经过2个月的高腐蚀性化工原料的冲刷,仍完整的凝固在化工管道法兰上,因此此配方油漆适合在郊外等恶劣环境使用。油漆用在化工管道上粘结力强,不易生锈和脱落,且对耐酸、耐碱、耐老化性能好。
具体实施方式
一种化工管道法兰用防锈油漆,以重量份计由下列组分组成:硬脂酸15份、灰钙粉4份、磷灰石粉5份、甲酸钠2份、无机固化剂3份、酚醛树脂6份、乙醇胺1份、木钙0.3份、玻璃丝纤维7份、动物脂肪油7份、光亮剂0.7份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)、将灰钙粉、磷灰石粉、玻璃丝纤维、木钙、动物脂肪油混合,搅拌速度为:100-120r/min,导入拌料筒中进行搅拌形成混合粉料,搅拌均匀后通过过滤网进行过滤,混合粉料中物料粒度为80目的颗粒物被隔离收集后进行粉碎再筛选,然后倒入标准剂量桶中备用;

1.一种化工管道法兰用防锈油漆,其特征在于,以重量份计由下列组分组成:硬脂酸 10-20份、灰钙粉3-5份、磷灰石粉4-6份、甲酸钠1-3份、无机固化剂2-4份、酚醛树脂5-8份、乙醇胺1-2份、木钙 0.2-0.4份、玻璃丝纤维 6-8份、动物脂肪油5-8份、光亮剂0.5-0.8份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)、将灰钙粉、磷灰石粉、玻璃丝纤维、木钙、动物脂肪油混合,搅拌速度为:100-120r/min,导入拌料筒中进行搅拌形成混合粉料,搅拌均匀后通过过滤网进行过滤,混合粉料中物料粒度为80目的颗粒物被隔离收集后进行粉碎再筛选,然后倒入标准剂量桶中备用;
(2)、将硬脂酸、酚醛树脂、无机固化剂、乙醇胺、光亮剂、甲酸钠加热将温度缓慢升至60-70℃,恒温搅拌30-40min,持续时间为1-2小时,然后将混合物倒出;
(3)、将步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物混合搅拌均匀,然后静置30-40分钟,然后缓慢加热至50-60℃并充分搅拌,蒸发多余水分,最后制得成品油漆。
